• ELISA (9/5): Malaga in relax - La pulizia, la comodità del letto, l'attenzione nei dettagli della fornitura del cucinino, la lavatrice, la posizione. È un monolocale arrredato con elementi di qualità e solidi, ben illuminato. È come da immagini. Ci tornerei. L'isolamento acustico non è ottimale, ma lo staff ha fatto trovare delle paia di tappi per le orecchie monouso. Una attenzione che ci è piaciuta.

• Daniela (9/5): Zum Weiterempfehlen - Unterkunft über drei Stöcke sehr cool mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Umgebung super, mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig wegen der Innenhoflage. Keine Türen, man hört alles aus den anderen Zimmer .
• Michael (6/5): Akzeptable Unterkunft in guter Lage mit viel Lärm und wenig Stauraum. - Zentral in der Stadt gelegen, dadurch Strand und Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man konnte schön die Trasladas vom Balkon anschauen. Sauber. Waschmaschine vorhanden, Smart TV für Netflix etc und WLAN. Bad ausreichend groß. Extrem laut. Fenster schließen nicht richtig, was wir auch reklamiert hatten. Es wurde sich aber nicht gekümmert. Mitten in der Nacht ziehen immer wieder angetrunkene Touristen durch die Straße. Sehr extrem zu hören. Auch die Reinigungsfahrzeuge teils mitten in der Nacht. Aus der Wohnung oben stampfte es laut bei jedem Schritt. Sehr hellhörig. Stauraum unzureichend. Kein Schrank. Keine Kommode. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Wasserdruck sehr schwach, d.h. es kommt nur ein langsamer Strahl aus der Brause. Wir würden hier nicht buchen.

• RnB_ehv (8/5): Meer dan perfect voor twee vriendinnen - Een betere locatie kan denk ik niet! Het appartement heeft 3 kleine verdiepingen met dus 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamertjes, echt meer dan perfect voor een stedentrip met 2 vriendinnen! Het zag er ook allemaal netjes uit. Lift werkte, airco op iedere verdieping en prima bedden. De douche krijgt 10 punten voor onhandigheid. Er was alleen een extreem verkalkte regendouche, dus succes met je haar droog houden of wassen... en nergens plek om kleding of spullen neer te leggen/hangen.
• Davide (6/5): - Die Lage war echt perfekt. Hatte keinen Wasserdruck und kein heisses Wasser, in der 1. Nacht. Erst am nächsten konnte ein Techniker vorbeischauen. Es wurde leider nur das Problem mit dem heissen Wasser gelöst. Ich hatte den ganzen Aufenthalt über kein Wasserdruck. Habe ihnen auch angeboten das Sie alles stornieren und ich mich selber um eine andere Unterkunft umschauen. Da es anscheinend kein einziges anderes Zimmer freigab.

• André (10/5): Muito boa - Adoramos o apartamento, era bonito, aconchegante e ficava no centro, gostamos muito do jacuzzi, a cama era confortável, tinha ar-condicionado. Só acho que não deveriam ter aquecedor de água, e sim recomendaria ter uma caldeira, porque a água quente não chegava a encher o jacuzzi, só com a água quente, tinha que esperar, mas de resto tudo estava impecável.

The lift was too small, my friend wasn’t able to get the pushchair in the lift. And only got 1 person and 2 cases and a shopping bag, partner had to walk up & down stairs. Wouldn’t be good if you had a wheelchair.
• HELENA (8/5): - Posizione fantastica in pieno centro. Appartamento spazioso e luminosissimo. appartamento con serratura elettronica con pin, quindi niente chiavi : super comodo. Cuscini e letto poco confortevoli. Era disponibile solo una camomilla: non c’era acqua in frigorifero né altre tisane o tè. Inoltre, nell’appartamento erano presenti pochi rotoli di carta igienica e il livello di pulizia è migliorabile. Sulla mensola vicino al letto è presente un messaggio gentile che avvisa del possibile rumore, dato che l’appartamento si affaccia sulla strada, invitando quindi alla comprensione. Noi, avendolo già letto nelle recensioni, ci siamo organizzati con dei tappi per le orecchie e abbiamo dormito senza problemi. Tuttavia, visto che la struttura stessa segnala questo aspetto, sarebbe un’attenzione apprezzata offrire i tappi agli ospiti. Considerando il prezzo richiesto, riteniamo che un piccolo investimento per il comfort dei clienti sia più che giustificato.

Our flight was delayed but we received the access code the afternoon of our arrival which meant we had no issue getting into apartment . Staff were able to arrange taxi back to airport in departure day . Great patisserie across the road for breakfast & snacks and small shop of essentials with bigger supermarket around corner in Constitution Square . Even ears plugs provided but we didn’t find the apartment too noisy at night . Right in heart of Malaga with everything easily walkable . I loved the property however a bottle of water in the apartment in arrival would have been good as we had to go straight out to pick one up. Not great when you are arriving late . Other than that everything was perfect even with a lift to save us carrying the luggage up the stairs .

• Pascal (8/5): Urlaub im Living4Malaga Skyline Apartments - Die zentrale Lage war klasse, man war direkt in der Stadt und es war alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit. Das Zimmer war recht groß, somit hatte man genug Platz für alles. Außerdem war es sauber schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gute Lage hat leider auch einen kleinen Nachteil. Es ist recht laut, auch Nachts. Trotz Fußgängerzone hört man sehr viel von der Straße. Für uns war es okay aber vielleicht nicht für jeden. Für den Aufenthalt wird zudem eine Kaution eingezogen. Grundsätzlich gängig und nichts schlimmes, ein Hinweis vor der Buchung wäre allerdings gut gewesen. Ansonsten alles top.

• marcel (8/5): Could be better, but overall a good stay. - Location and quick response and support For the price you pay, and how big your company is, I think extra towels, like a hotel should be standard feature and I think providing cleaning supplies and extra trash bags, etc should also be required. Paying approximately a month's rent is not worth having to spend the extra euros to purchase additional products. I have rented other airbnbs for a way cheaper price and still had received more basic items.

• Beverley (8/5): Clean apartment in great location hot tub disappointed - Location and it was very clean The hot tub on the roof was oversold the area was very small and covered by a tatty net getting up to the hot tub was awful steep loft ladder with extra steps and metal at the top was not good also on filling the hot tub and turning on the jets lots of black came from them filling the hot tub with dirt and hairs needs to be cleaned out properly using the jets to losen the dirt from the the jets and clean with Milton fluid we didn’t use the hot tub so it was a waste of the extra cost unfortunately

Apartment was clean, 2 large bedrooms with own shower and toilet Had laundry machine in Apartment. Nice little common room with nice kitchen features. Honestly, we have no complaints, there were 3 travelers, a couple and our niece and we all fit comfortably in the space and everything we needed was conveniently with walking distance.

Communication with host 5 stars. The fact that there is 2 bedroom 2 baths is nice except it's open through the stairway coming from upstairs and downstairs so no privacy since it's not closed we could hear each other because we were 2 couples. Shower was clogged with hair not enough hot water downstairs. Coffee maker was French did buy coffee but needed filters would suggest a capsule one or Italian to make it easier to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Everything else was great!

Mainly Spanish channels, almost no European channels. 2. Severe wear of furniture. 3. Various technical defects, such as a wobbly fridge, a dull knife, dirty spots on the sofa, etc., cause a feeling of discomfort. 4. Low level of management. To get an answer to a direct question you need to send a few emails. And if you need to get service, there are a lot of words, but no action there. For example, to replace towels you have to write a couple of emails that towels are provided according to their rules. They promised us to provide them during the day, but never did. They did not do it the next day either. They did not do it at all. This is the style of work.
• Deirdre (4/5): The Location was great near everything Malaga City always great to visit, Chistmas lights lovely - LOCATION THE Apartment dining room kitchen area was very small very little room to move around tiny table and chairs for 3 adults, apartment is BADLY laid out with two very big stair cases leading to the bedrooms no railing on stairs which have open steps very dangerous for older people and children, Had to walk across bedroom to wash hands as no sink in Bathrooms? the bedrooms were nice with good beds and nice brick work ,overall the apartment felt claustrophobic no natual light and so close to apartment behind you could nearly shake hands,The lift in the building is a joke and bearly fits, two people ,we had to go up and down a couple of times with luggage, Staff good at all times and kept in contact, Very long online check in, with scanning of passports?? before we were allowed entry to the Apartment?

• Mihnea-costache (7/5): Jacuzzi and location is nice, but the rest can be so much improved. - The jacuzzi and the fact it was in the Center Cleanness, the fact that it did not have anything to use like cleaning pods for clothes, a mop, etc. when I asked for new towels (being used already for 4 days) they told me that I have a washing machine and just wash them (with what pods) or I can pay 15 euros to get new ones, which is comedically. Also, if you don’t come to clean during the morning (which is fair) at least put a mop in the house to clean the water

• Lesley (10/5): If you’re looking at this apartment book here with confidence, 10/10 - Modern, Smart, comfy & Clean. Bed and sofa very comfy, & nice shower. Very central and had everything you’d need for a short break. (Only thing missing was a tin opener if you wanted one, we didn’t) The small lift was very efficient & quick, shared between the four apartments. The apartment is in a pedestrian zone so Taxi drops you about 4 minutes walk from main entrance door (next to a baby shop and opposite a bakery) once settled in a mini mart is only 2 minutes away for milk and LavAzza coffee, coffee filters provided. Also bring from home a few washing tablets as good washing machine. Nice large TV that can be moved on bracket, watched odd film on Spanish Netflix already on TV and changed to English language with remote. The hot tub on terrace was a bonus. Easy to fill but from cold took a few days to get to 33 degrees. Luckily warm weather so ok. The automatic loft ladder access was step, I managed ok at 59 and carried towel, my own plastic glass and a bit of wine (no more as needed to be sober to navigate decent) up in plastic bottle in a bag as need both hands to scramble out the top as no rail. My husband at 68 didn’t go up as not safe if not 100% fit and able bodied. An indoor tub would have been better for him. The sky line view was nice at night. Need a swim suit on as overlooked by a few other apartments.the netting was a good idea as keep birds away. Bistro table and two chairs up there too.

AC working well, lift in the building, Storage for baggage and late check out eas very nice. Apartment was not very clean including fridge and shower. Stains on the blanket, broken knife in the kitchen and balcony door lock. No soap and just one tea bag for 2 person for a 4 night stay. It could be improved for that amount of money to have at least bottle of water when you arrive.

• Steve (9/5): Well located, comfortable and modern. - Very well located in the centre of old Malaga. Great design and looks great. Comfortable with great facilities. Lots of stairs into and within the apartment so any mobility issues need to be well considered. The building is serviced by a very small lift. The shower door in the lower apartment was broken and remained so throughout the visit, it was dangerous, though an attempt was made swiftly made by the maintenance team to resolve it. Limited privacy from other apartments and the central stair well unless you close all the shutters/blinds and limit day light. We spent the entire time with no natural light. It is a good apartment though.

Check in process was smooth and staff were very responsive to all queries via chat function. Some of the furnishing was damaged and unkept (marks on walls and cracks in spa bath). Also, typical bathroom and kitchen items were not provided (laundry products, sugar, salt, additional bin bags). But we still had a great stay!

• Karen (10/5): Overall, really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Malaga and Living4Malaga Skyline Apartments. - Location is excellent in the historic centre of Malaga, in close proximity to an amazing bakery and lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, but nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. It's within walking distance of the Cathedral, Alcazaba, the Castillo de Gibralfaro (highly recommend all three), the port, beach and more. The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Apart from the Wi-Fi code (on back of door), there was no information about about utilities/services in the apartment. For example, how to get hot water (water heated when shower was left running for a few minutes) and where to dispose of rubbish. The checkout email included a request to dispose of rubbish before leaving but no information on where/how. The response to our query about the rubbish (received day before we left) was a vague "We are very sorry for delay answer. We hope you've found the container for the trash nearby."

• Ian (8/5): Could have been perfect - The location was very good, we only really used the room as a base, and didn’t use the cooking elements etc, bathroom / shower was fine. We didn’t get a room with a jacuzzi, they also locked us out before we had left, and had to make a call which took 10 minutes to regain access.
• Darcy (10/5): Comfortable home base for a multi day trip to Malaga. - Centrally located in the old centre of Malaga. Walking distance to countless shops and restaurants. The room was quite large and the king size bed was super comfortable! The jacuzzi spa tub was a fun way to relax after a hot day of walking 15000 steps. We arrived on a Saturday. The room is on the first floor facing the street and it was very noisy all night until 4:00 to 5:00am. The building is not at all insulated for street noise. Thankfully the following nights the streets were relatively quiet after 10:00PM.

• Peter (9/5): Lovely apartment in the centre of Malaga - The location is great and the apartment was nice and quiet. It’s set out over three levels with the bedrooms top and bottom and the kitchen and living area in the middle. Each of the bedrooms has its own en suite and the apartment is accessible via a lift. It’s a small inconvenience but the property is only available after 4pm , we dropped our bags off around lunchtime and there is lots to do in Malaga but we had an early start (3:30am) and we were ready to lie down but when we arrived at the office it still wasn’t available at 3:55pm . This wouldn’t stop us booking it again and the staff were really good but it was nice to access it.

• Nazarenekarodia (8/5): Great Location - Location was great. Large open plan feel. Hard memory foam pillow and bed. Very uncomfortable. I could have complained to reception on WhatsApp because it's a different building to apartment but didn't. It's expensive and guests required to wash dishes on check out and possibly take out trash. This is something the hotel should do to ensure cleanliness for next guests. You have to buy your own loo paper and there is no house keeping service. The hotel apartment my sister stayed in was not much more expensive and had better services.
• Mohammed (9/5): Review for Living4Malaga - Nice comfortable bed. Hot tub/jacuzzi. Location, right next to the centre. Speed of response isn't too bad via Booking.com. spacious and not too small. Aircon system works well. I would book again Hot water on jacuzzi becomes cold before even filling the tub up, so you have to wait a while after half of the tub is full. The floor was dirty and dusty, seems like no one mopped the flooring. The TV could be moved slightly so both people could watch it from the bed comfortably. It was slightly hard to find the location at first because outside the actual apartment (not their office) it doesn't say "Living4Malaga". You have to find the place through the number of the building (10 calle nueva) No change of bedsheets in a short stay like normal hotels do. Had to call and ask for more towels. They give one large towel and two small towels. Could at least give an extra large towel.

• Evatravels (10/5): Lovely stay in a central location. - The studio was a great size with plenty of room to relax. You’re right in the middle of shopping and cafes but still it’s nice and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Walking distance to everywhere of interest and also the beach :) The shower was great too and loved the minimalist design and privacy of this modern gem in the old town of Malaga! Just a note, if you’re driving to collect the keys from the airport, you’re allowed to stop outside reception for 5 mins. You don’t need a car for Malaga but we just had a short stop in the city before continuing along the coast. The closest parking is 25 euros for 24 hours.
• Andy (9/5): Great location, bright and big room, would certainly stay there again!! - The property was very light and spacious. Excellent facilities and a fantastic location. The floor and bathroom may have needed a quick sweep. The TV would not connect to WiFi or anything else. Maintenance guy turned up but he couldn’t sort it either, said he would need to get it connected via a cable, but he never came back.

• Samuel (10/5): Very nice accommodation in a perfect location. - This was perfect for our first stay in Malaga! Very cute apartment with everything we could need. The location was superb! Walking distance to everything and a wonderful balcony to watch the world go by on our busy street (that was nice and quiet at night). Our only gripe was the bed. It is very firm! My wife and I like a soft bed so this was difficult for us. My wife equated it to the stone bed at the local hammam. If you like a very firm mattress then you will be happy.
