Levon (7/5): Friendly and clean (but cold) - Amazingly hospitable and friendly host with very clean rooms in a convenient location. Yet, we got really cold here because the oil burner runs out of oil half way through at night, and it also gives a very unhealthy smell to the air.

Zeina (7/5): Good - Very easy to access, very well situated, basic confort. The host is really nice and helpful. We didn't plan to stay in the room so it's really enough for the price we paid. It's located on the main road so it's a little bit noisy at night. The room is very simple no extra service.

Viktor (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent; I will add that you may have good Lebanese breakfast there, and the host will help you hire a taxi at a reasonable price to take you around. The city itself is charming, as are its surroundings. Moukhtara palace is recommended.

Ghazi (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Elie, was very friendly and helpful. The mountain view was amazing,and the proximity to some historic places nearby, the souk, and a couple of great restaurants for dining out . Basically, nothing .
Mathias (8/5): Really good place to stay. You get what you pay for, it’s a fair price for the room compared to its standards. It’s not - Good location in the middle of the village. The host Ali was very welcoming and helpful, he can help with literally anything you might need. The Wi-Fi was not consistent in all parts of the room and the balcony view was into a work field.

Miguel (7/5): Convenient but needs a renovation - It is very convenient, the apartments are close to a supermarket owned by the same guy. The apartment is very spacious and has most of what’s needed, but could improve a lot with a renovation. The beds are probably the best, very comfortable. I tried several times but there was really no hot water, not even warm. Wifi didn’t work well. Too many mosquitos inside once I arrived. Overall clean but it is an old apartment so for example the toilet, even though clean, looked terrible, as all was quite old. Not great value for money

Diane (7/5): we really enjoyed speaking with the manager, but the hotel needs some TLC. - The location was very practical for our needs. A charming mountain building. The manager is very helpful and made a good restaurant recommendation. If you need anything he’s always ready to help and knows a lot about the region. The property sadly is rather run down and the bedding really needs to be replaced, especially covers and pillows. A side table would be nice.

Verified traveler (4/5): - Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. There was minimal amount of facilities or amenities. It's a shame because it's a very nice flat with great location. Some amendments will make this place lovely.
