- Dejana (8/5): Lovely studio in a new building, some amenities like iron for suitcase clothes and morning coffee are not available at p - Easy access with codes in the building and the apartment, fast communication with the host, free parking outside, cozy comfortable and stylish studio. The location is more business/industrial not so much residential so walking to the center and back especially at night should be re-thought. Balcony is overviewing the railway but there was no noise at night

- Irina (7/5): - The rooms look pretty much like on the pictures - renovated, with big bed and a TV. There was also a water cattle and coffee machine with capsules and two water bottles, much appreciated. It was easy to find free parking on the street. You can get to the city centre in 10-15mins super convenient by bus. Generally good value for the money. The area is very industrial and has a dodgy vibe, this however was mentioned in previous reviews, so I was not surprised. What was disappointing was that the shower knob necessary to use the shower head was missing and we could only use the shower as a tap.

Επίσης και τα 2 δωμάτια είχαν πολύ καλό εξωτερικό φωτισμό αφού όλη η μπροστινή πλευρά ήταν τζαμαρία. Οι δύο πόρτες στο μπάνιο δυσκόλευαν την πρόσβαση. Το ένα στρώμα ήταν προβληματικό. Ηταν πολύ μαλακό και έγερνε ο ένας προς τη μεριά του άλλου. Επίσης η αναφορά για parking ήταν παραπλανητική καθώς όλοι οι γύρω δρόμοι ήταν κατειλημμένοι από παρκαδόρους του κέντρου Πύλη Αξιού

Lots of free parking spots in front of the accommodation. Maybe you could put in two or three coffee bags/pouches along side the bottles of water (which were appreciated) :) We had a coffee maker, to boil water in it but alas no coffee baggies with Greek coffee.

- Alper Ve Emine (1/5): a purely money-driven approach with little regard for guest satisfaction. - Yoğun bir mesai gününün ardından Selanik’e aracımızla oldukça yorgun bir şekilde vardık. İsminin “Limani” olmasından dolayı sahile yakın bir yerde olduğunu düşünerek son dakika 2 gecelik bir rezervasyon yaptık. O gün şehirde ana yolların büyük bölümü çiftçilerin protestosu nedeniyle kapalıydı. Navigasyon bizi sürekli ara yollara yönlendiriyordu. Başta protestolar nedeniyle ara yollardan gidiyor olduğumuzu düşündük. Ancak navigasyon sonunda geldiğimizi söylediğinde kendimizi terk edilmiş ve metruk binalarla dolu bir sokakta bulduk. O anda buranın 7/24 resepsiyon hizmeti olan bir otel değil, bambaşka bir konseptte bir yer olduğunu fark ettik. Binanın önünde sürekli girip çıkan 4–5 erkek vardı ve sokak neredeyse tamamen terk edilmiş gibiydi. Ortam açıkçası bir konaklama tesisinden çok güven vermeyen bir sanayi mahallesini andırıyordu. Eşim kendini burada kesinlikle güvende hissetmedi. Durumu hemen işletmeye hem mesaj hem de WhatsApp üzerinden bildirdik ve 2 gece için yaptığımız rezervasyonu lokasyon nedeniyle iptal etmek istediğimizi söyledik. Rezervasyonu yalnızca yarım saat önce yapmış olmamıza rağmen yaklaşık 2 saat sonra ücretsiz iptal yapamayacaklarını söylediler. 2 gecelik rezervasyon olmasına rağmen hiçbir anlayış göstermediler. Odalarını günlerdir ya da haftalardır tutuyor değildik. Buna rağmen iptal talebimizi reddedip konaklama ücretini iade etmeyeceklerini belirttiler. Sonuçta bu para beni fakirleştirmez, onları da zengin etmez. Ancak bu yaklaşımın tamamen para odaklı ve misafir memnuniyetini önemsemeyen bir anlayışı gösterdiğini düşünüyorum. Özellikle düşük bütçeyle seyahat eden kişilerin bu tür katı ve esneklik göstermeyen işletmelere karşı dikkatli olmalarını tavsiye ederim. After a long and exhausting workday, we arrived in Thessaloniki by car late in the evening. Because the place is called “Limani,” we assumed it was somewhere close to the seaside and made a last-minute reservation for two nights. That day many of the main roads in the city were closed due to farmers’ protests. The navigation kept directing us through smaller side streets. At first we thought this was simply because of the protests and the road closures. However, when the navigation finally said we had arrived, we realized we were in a street surrounded by abandoned and derelict buildings. At that moment we understood that this was not a hotel with a 24/7 reception service but a completely different kind of accommodation. There were constantly 4–5 men going in and out of the building, and the street itself looked almost deserted. The whole area felt more like an unsafe industrial neighborhood than a place where travelers would feel comfortable staying. My wife did not feel safe there at all. We immediately informed the property both by message and via WhatsApp that we would not be able to stay due to the location and asked to cancel our two-night reservation. Even though we had made the reservation only about 30 minutes earlier, they responded about two hours later saying that a free cancellation was not possible. We had not been holding the room for days or weeks. Despite explaining the situation and how uncomfortable we felt with the location, they refused to cancel the reservation or refund the payment. In the end, this amount of money will not make me poor, nor will it make them rich. However, this attitude clearly reflects a purely money-driven approach with little regard for guest satisfaction. Travelers, especially those traveling on a limited budget, should be aware of such rigid policies and think twice before supporting businesses that operate this way.

- Kiril (10/5): A++ - I'd recommend! - The bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled very good. The bathroom was recently renovated with new tiles, and it was also very good. We had warm water and the water pressure was good. Overall it's A++ Just the location, it's a bit away from the center (by foot) but close by is the One Salonica mall.

- Savaş (5/5): Sadece 1 gecelik konaklama için tavsiye ederim - Araç için park sorunu yok ve merkezde. Tek gecelik kısa konaklama için uygun. Hijyen konusunda sınıfta kaldı. Temiz değildi ve evin içi kokuyordu. Mutfaktaki sünger ve bez çok eskimiş kullanmaktan ve bizim kullanımımıza sunulması çok tuhaf. Her müşteriden sonra yenilenmesi gereken hijyenik bir ürün çünkü. Binanın tam karşısında büyük bir gece kulübü var ve tüm gece boyunca sabaha kadar müzik ve konser sesinden uyumakta zorlandık. Valeler 21 itibari ile tüm sokağı parka kapatmış ve şerit çekmişti park etmekte gece zorlandık sabah bomboştu. Tek gece yatakhane olarak kullanacaksanız mantıklı ama fiyat yatak kullanımı için yüksek.

- Dimitrios (7/5): - Very easy to find the place and to park in free street parking. very close to the city center. Location is not ideal. Next to a live music club, the noise was loud until 5 am. Also, the hotel is very close to a red light district. During the day is ok but during the night not suggested for walking
