• ALisa (8/5): Excellent location and a lovely host and apartment. - Beautiful calm vibe in a busy area. The location is easy to navigate by foot, train or ride share. Our host was lovely and clearly cares for his guests, preparing a very nice breakfast each day. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom we had as a private bath that was across the hall. Only issue was the room temperature at night was quite warm, due to location it was hard to leave the window open due to light and noise which was absent when window was closed. The small kitchen where breakfast is served while nice created the need for scheduling breakfast and made 30 min breakfasts a bit rushed. The food was very nice and fresh.

O pequeno almoço, apesar de muito "caseiro" foi esforçado considerámos bastante bom! Apenas o facto de ter casa de banho partilhada, com alguns problemas inerentes de higiene. Mas nada preocupante.

• Damiao (5/5): Aceitável - O quarto estava limpo, lençóis e travesseiros limpos, o quarto estava cheiroso e a casa de banho também. O anfitrião é muito simpático. Em baixo da cama havia muita poeira, a casa de banho não tinha pano de chão e o pequeno almoço deixou muito a desejar, fraquíssimo!
• CCGouveia (7/5): Vale muito pela localização - Localização excelente. Quarto bastante espaçoso. Persianas do quarto não fecham totalmente, logo deixam entrar muita luz. Porta da casa de banho não tem maçaneta e arrasta no chão, só conseguimos abrir/fechar a mesma segurando pela chave. Almofadas muito altas. Toalhas de banho a precisarem de ser substituídas, estão muito usadas e ásperas. O constante cheiro a incenso.

Unfortunately, if you are starting the camino, the breakfast isn't early enough, but the hostel kindly prepared some coffee for us before we headed off.

• Alexandra (10/5): Love, comfortable and cozy, safe and has everything you need - Honestly everything, they called me to check when I was coming in since it was very late because we had to leave the other place I was at because it was very unsafe. They tell you exactly where it is, they wait, they greeted me at the door, the place was spotless and cozy, like the whole house. Kitchen was great! Bathroom too! People can hog the hot water too so be careful when you take a shower. The room itself was super cozy and clean with comfortable beds and bedding, everything worked like the heating, the tv (I couldn’t turn it on because of my negative technological aura but my friend could!) water and cups in the room. Super refreshing honestly and I think it’s super safe for women travelling, they offer a map of the region too. The breakfast is very good with a good mix of the basics, the host is very nice and funny. At the end it was very nice too, he’s there when you leave to make sure everything was ok. Overall if I go to Porto again, this is the first place I’ll see if it’s available and I recommend it ALOT Nothing to say
• Ofer (10/5): - The location of the hotel is excellent. There are a limited number of parking spaces (2), which are rented at extra charge (10 euros per day). The guy who operates the hotel, named Sanjay, is a lovely, kind, generous guy and considerate of the guest requests. In particular, he helped me by allowing me to continue parking, even after I officially cleared the room. It's a charming gesture!!! Thank you so much, Sanjay, for your generosity! You are definitely a lovely guy! Breakfast is very elementary, but you can start the day beautifully with it. I was in room 4, very spacious and comfortable, and is the only room that also contains an integral bathroom. Residents of all other rooms must leave their room to share a common bathroom in the hallway. Overall I was very pleased. I think the price is fair. I highly recommend the Origami hotel to anyone who is not too spoiled. I'm sure all hotel guests will be happy if you serve butter instead of margarine at breakfast, provide a fresh bun instead of packed bread, and also provide some fresh vegetables, thank you very much!

Все делал для того, что бы нам все понравилось. Чувство, как дома. Завтрак со всем необходимым. В комнате есть Электро камин. В санузле есть все необходимое. Рекомендую. Есть во всем помещении запах старого, но это, наверное, что дом не новый и ремонт делался давно.
• Nikolai (4/5): - Good location. The room was clean. The bed was not bad. The breakfast was okay. They allowed me to check in after 11:00 PM. I booked a room with a private bathroom, as clearly stated in the description. However, when I arrived, I was given a room with a shared bathroom. I do not know whether this was a mistake or misleading information, but this is not what I paid for. I did not want to look for another accommodation for two nights, but with a shared bathroom I could have booked a much cheaper and better room elsewhere. In addition, the €10 city tax was not shown during the booking process. I was surprised by this charge. I believe such fees must be included in the price or at least clearly stated before confirming the booking.

• Carlos (8/5): Quite Good but can be better overall on key details - All good, nice flat with a nice bedroom to sleep and look around, close to Douro River. Spotless Paid breakfast and not served. In the morning, beginning of the day, no one helped on that . Bedroom TV not working either, no one there to contact and overcome this issue. Perhaps some attention and reimbursement should be done to me, specially if breakfast announced not served.

Lyset i gangen virket ikke så måtte bruke mobil lommelykt for å finne nøkkelhullet. Merkelig opplegg, men hyggelig personale.

Fui participar num evento que começava cedo (8h). Como o pequeno almoço só começava às 8H, não consegui usufruir de nada (apesar de estar incluído na reserva). Podiam ter sido um pouco flexíveis e dizerem algo como "só tenho tudo pronto às 8H, mas se quiser, tem aqui um café, sumo, bolo, fruta". Enfim, podiam ter disponibilizado alguma coisa para atender à minha situação, como se faz normalmente nestes casos. As toalhas da casa de banho estavam bem limpas mas com sinais de uso excessivo (encardidas).

• verena (8/5): Super Lage, sympathisch. - Super Lage, zu Fuß in die Altstadt und direkt an der Metro, schöner Balkon mit Fernsicht, ein Okay-Frühstück. Der Host war gut erreichbar und hat mir mit viel Einsatz geholfen, ein kleines Problem zu lösen. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig von anderen Räumen und der Straße.

• Emily (10/5): Fantastic stay, great host and fantastic location. Everything was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Would stay ag - Lovely stay! The room was exactly as described, the room was small but very comfortable and it was in a fantastic location - close to the metro, sunset spots and a huge supermarket. Breakfast included was a lovely touch, and our host was so friendly and welcoming.
