- Hallgeir (4/5): - Gdansk meget fin ferieby, overnatting, dårlig, ikke reint i dusj, kun kaldt bann i vask på bad, sengetøy var flekkete, dårlig informasjon om ankomst. Beliggenhet av overnatting: god.
- Stian (6/5): Lite komfort - Helt ok for et par dager, men kommer ikke til og bo der igjen. Sliten leilighet med lite komfort, ikke så rent som ønskelig og ekstremt vond seng og sovesofa. Samsvarte ikke med bildene i bookingen. Positivt og bo så sentralt.

Für 4 Personen gab es nur 2 Duschtücher, nach mehrmaligen Kontakt mit der Bitte, man möge uns noch Duschtücher bringen. Sollen am 3. Tag welche gebracht werden, was leider nie geschah. Sehr ärgerlich… Trotzdem Top Lage und sonst auch gut.

Man må taste 4 først for å indikere leilighet nr.4 for så å trykke på Key med påfølgende kode fra verten. Ikke key eller C på slutten. Vi kom oss ikke inn, men en nabo slapp oss inn og når du først er inne er det enkelt for da får du egen nøkkel fra nøkkelboksen. Anbefaler ikke overnattingsstedet dersom du lander sent og må streve med koden til døra. Ellers, bra beliggenhet! Rent, og deilig leilighet.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Fin leilighet - super sentralt! - Flott leilighet - veldig sentralt. Litt hard seng. Litt komplisert med nøkler, betaling av gebyr mm siden vi måtte møte på en annen adr. Burde bare vært å hente bøker i nøkkelboksen. Nøklene var vanskelige å låse med- kunne vært klikklås på innersiden av dørene, blir mye styr. Han som møtte oss burde kunnet litt engelsk. Men et bosted vi var veldig fornøyd med.

- RAFAL (2/5): - Złotników 9/12 No sheets in the leaving room. Torn blanket. A stained couch. Dirty towels, duvets, pillows, glasses, cutlery, grease toaster. No hot water and we had to turn on the boiler ourselves and wait for the bathing water to heat up. Gate code broken and we waited two hours for someone to show us the second entrance gate.

But appartment itself had several missing items like 3 working dinner chairs (4 people staying), micro on the closet without any electricity and lamp missing a light bulb. Also quite confusing communication with eBookers final confirmation of payments and actual owner of the apartment. Not the staff could either speak English at their office. These confusing and communication problems brought sad begining to our vacation.

Widok z okna na Bazylikę Mariacką, 3 minuty pieszo od Ratusza i Długiego Targu, 4 minuty nad Motławę i Żuraw Gdański. Apartament spełnia najwyższe standardy. Posiada sypialnię, łazienkę i salon z aneksem kuchennym. W skład wyposażenia wchodzi płyta indukcyjna, ekspres do kawy, lodówka, zmywarka, toster, a nawet pralka. Miejsce godne polecenia!

- Mette (8/5): - virkelig god beliggenhed med udsigt til Maria kirken. Vi ankom tidligt på formiddagen og receptionen var meget behjælpsom så vi fik lejligheden nogle timer tidligere end normalt. Lejligheden er nyistandsat men mangler en del. Det ville have været rart med lidt knager på badeværelset, en el-kedel og måske lidt billeder på væggene. Der var kun er håndklæde til hver - ikke noget til gulvet. Beliggenheden opvejer dig meget. Vær opmærksom på at de forlanger et ekstra gebyr for skat og rengøring.

We came ahead of check in and even though we hadn't informed we would be early they had no issuess meeting up with us letting us in ahead of time, super service!!!

- Marina K. (2/5): Da dimenticare - Lunghissima attesa del check-in e poi scopro che mi cambiano indirizzo di appartamento. In pratica non era la proprietà che ho prenotato, perché invece di un normale appartamento era un piccolo sottotetto con travi sporgenti e pericolose. Al check -in mi hanno chiesto il pagamento delle spese di pulizia e tasse di soggiorno che non erano menzionate e ben visibili durante la fase di prenotazione on-line.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Die zentrale Lage war super. Leider stimmte die Adresse nicht und wir mussten von der genannten Adresse wo anders hingehen. Es war zwar in der Nähe, aber durch die sprachlichen Schwierigkeiten, hat es lange gedauert, bis wir dann endlich die Wohnung gefunden haben. Die Frau mit der wir gesprochen haben, sagte immer, dass sie in 5 Min kommt, daraus wurde allerdings fast eine Stinde. In der Wo Leider waren einige Stühle kaputt und eins der Fenster hatte ein Loch. Es gab nur 4 Handtücher, kein Duschgel und nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir mehr bekommen, aber es kam nichts.
- Eva Helene (10/5): Stor og fin leilighet, godt renhold. - Vi var 4 damer som reiste sammen, og bodde på Elite Apartments. Vi var veldig fornøyd med leiligheten, stor og fin med to soverom. Lå sentralt bare en kort spasertur til gamlebyen. Disse leilighetene ligger ikke samlet med resepsjon, så det må ringes tlf.nr, som står på bestillingen for å få noen til å komme med nøkler, dette er kanskje et lite minus.
- Linda (8/5): - Helt ok lägenhet. Är man fler än 4 får man dela bäddsoffa, men det får plats 2 personer. 1 sovrum med dubbelsäng och 2 bäddsoffor i vardagsrum. Ok kök. Dusch i badkar, litet men resten är stort. Mycket nära centrum, 2 min till långa torget.

The accommodation was fine, just not as expected. Communication was difficult to attempt to line up getting keys to the apartment. Once arrangements were made, I was asked to pay additional fees for checking in late - not listed in the Expedia listing.

- I.Donohoe (10/5): - Everything was better than expected - very recently renovated property with everything you'll need for your stay. Very central, with easy access to all amenities. One small issue was related to a slight smell of sewage from bathroom, but suspect this is related to the property being old- the bathroom itself was only recently refurbished, so nothing that some bathroom cleaner/air freshener wouldn't sort so maybe if apartment owners left that or installed a deodoriser it could be overcome.

There was a very bad smell of drains in the bathroom, the extractor fan in the bathroom dripped water, three towels between rwo people for three nights was a bit scimpy and no a big deal but it would have been nice to have a microwave.

Late check in fee after 10pm not mentioned but Expedia refunded this. Also cleaning fee but this is mentioned. On plus side apartment very well located in quiet residential street, very clean and new with good facilities.

There was not enough hot water to shower with for the whole family. It was less than 10º outside and the shower did not have hot water. We had to wait for the shower to reheat for a long time before being able to take a shower. Also hotels.com never gave us an email to contact the property so it was difficult to contact the property and to arrange how we could collect the keys on arrival.

The unit on third floor recently nicely renovated in a great spot with views to St Mary's Cathedral and old houses. Next door to small supermarket. Near everything. Complaints were addressed.

The apartment was lovely but straight above a noisy pub. No internet . No tea or coffee. Would not use them again. On the last evening no electric. Was looking forward to a lovely holiday and it turned out to be an endurance test.

- Agnieszka (10/5): - The aprtment is in the fantastic location. It is clean, comfortable and comfy. No problems with anything. I think the additional cleaning fee, that is charged on top of the rate, isi a bit much, but, it is Gdańsk after all...
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good apartment in central position - The apartment was good and located in the centre of the city, not distant from the plaza with the neptune fountain. But you must note: -the room curtain let the light enter already at 4.30 am, so you need a mask to sleep well; -there is not carpet for the shower -most important, my apartment (they dos have many) was not the one selected on the site and was at the third floor without elevator; not a big problem for me but may a big problem to someone else. Finally, there was a delay both in the delivery of the keys to the checkin and in the return to the checkout
- Bea (10/5): Comfortable and great location - Beautiful brand new apartment, nicely and comfortably furnished, big second bed. Great view and easy walking distance to everything in Old Town area. Staff were very responsive and accommodating, communication was quick.
