- Elisa (10/5): Ottima soluzione, comoda e funzionale - Ho soggiornato presso B&B La Torretta a Napoli e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. La posizione è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze: strategica, a due passi dal mare e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, tra metro, treni e autobus facilmente raggiungibili. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in un monolocale, e devo dire che era dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole: ambiente ampio, luminoso, cucina attrezzata con stoviglie e pentole, frigorifero, spazi ben organizzati e letti comodi. Nel complesso un’ottima soluzione, comoda e funzionale.

The room was big but the mattresses were old so the beds were not really comfortable. The bathroom was really old, It needs refurbishment. The building itself is not looking great.
- Iryna (1/5): - Все бы ничего, если бы не женщина, которая "следит за уборкой", как назвал её хозяин. К самому объекту вопросы есть, но они минимальные. Но вот то, что происходило после выселения, выходит за все рамки нормы. Все комнаты имеют свои кухни, где есть очень минимальный набор посуды. Есть духовой шкаф, который в одном из комнат был очень грязный изначально. Я привезла группу людей, которые заняли 3 комнаты. Знаю точно, что в одной комнате не работала вытяжка. После двух дней пребывания мне написал хозяин и сказал, что в одной из комнат запах еды. Я спросила, можно ли пользоваться кухнями, которые есть в каждом номере. На что был положительный ответ. Одни девушки запекли рыбу и оставили её завернутую в фольге. Именно это не понравилось той самой "следящей за уборуой". Все остальное время прошло все спокойно. При выселении я сама лично пришла, чтобы убедиться в порядке. Одну комнату уже подготавливали и убирали (была снята постель с кровати, полотенца лежали в куче на полу). Вместе со мной пришла и та самая женщина. С самого начала она спросила не нужна ли нам уборка на кухне, которая стоила 20€ за кухню. Мои все гости ушли и ничего не сказали, что им нужна уборка. Они убрали сами. Я попросила эту женщину Клаудия пройтись по всем комнатам. В каждой комнате она сказала, что все ОК. Но затем ей не понравился запах из одной комнаты, которая даже не была на мою бронь. Её арендовали другие ребята из нашей страны. Клаудия сказала, что воняет едой и начала показывать прайс уборки. Побежала в комнату, которая не была мной забронирована, и начала нюхать покрывало на диване и штору. Затем побежала в другие комнаты и стала доставать продукты из шкафчиков, которые остались, рассыпала сахар в шкафчике. И начала делать фотографии: сахар, который сама рассыпала, полотенца, которые сбросил в одну кучу убощик убиравший комнату, мусорное ведро, полотенце с пятнышком. Клаудия, которая следит за уборкой. Её нужно обходить стороной. Никогда не ставила 1 в отзыве. Но эта женщина превзошла все берега. Из-за неё вы (хозяин объекта) будете терять клиентов.

- Elisabeth (10/5): Gentilissimo il proprietario e la signora Claudia , brave persone ti fan sentire a casa tua . - Di questa struttura mi è piaciuta la vicinanza alla metro , vicino al lungomare bellissimo di Napoli , poi comunque vicino avevi tutto dai tabacchi , panineria, pizzeria , e la colazione in camera comodissima . Solo i rumori e i clacson assordanti ma alla fine chiudi il balcone e sei a posto . Per il resto se torno a Napoli scelgo la Torretta sempre mi son trovata bene

The location is very good, with public transport just a 2-minute walk away. The building is very old, but there is a lift to get to the accommodation.

Ma dopo ciò nulla di entusiasmante. nulla di entusiasmante a partire dalla colazione poca scelta e non tanto gradita, la serratura della porta ogni volta una fatica ad aprire in quanto quasi rotta.. nonostante, vengano avvisati i gestori che il telecomando non funzionasse ci raccomandano di sistemare ma non si è mai risolto niente.. viene pagata la tassa di soggiorno non lasciano la ricevuta e iden non chiedendo i documenti.

- letizia (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno vicino a Mergellina ed ambasciata USA - Staff decisamente disponibile, premuroso ed accogliente. Siamo stati coccolati ad aiutati anche oltre il dovere, il che è stato inaspettato e molto gradito. Forse nel nostro appartamento si sarebbe potuto migliorare l'impianto elettrico, ma la posizione e lo staff hanno sopperito a qualsiasi altra mancanza.

- Diego (7/5): Quarto amplo em prédio antigo - O bairro em que a acomodação fica é bom, boas opções de restaurantes, fica próximo de uma estação de metrô/trem. O quarto era bem amplo, assim como o banheiro. Cama boa. Embora não tenhamos utilizado, a cozinha permite economizar um pouco numa estadia mais longa (não precisar comer fora todos os dias). O prédio é muito antigo, e a rua específica onde ele fica não é muito agradável, com sujeira, pichações, etc. Nos primeiros 10min de quarto, vimos uma barata na cozinha (pra ser justo, não vimos mais nenhuma até o final da estadia, mas enfim...). O café da manhã precisava ser agendado entre as 8h e as 9h, o que tira um pouco da flexibilidade - por exemplo, para visitar Pompei, acabamos saindo mais cedo que isso. O anfitrião não estava disponível presencialmente no local pra nos receber - conseguimos resolver tudo de forma fácil por WhatsApp, mas considero um ponto levemente negativo, já que estávamos sem Internet quando chegamos em Nápoles.

Noi abbiamo sempre alloggiato in infrastrutture con ratings decenti e con le recensioni per la maggiore positive. Detto questo, quindi, avevamo aspettative abbastanza alte di questo B&B leggendo il rating e le recensioni che non sono state soddisfatte. Ovviamente, tutto ciò che andrò a dire in questa recensione può essere facilmente dimostrato tramite i video e le foto che ho scattato nella struttura. Una volta effettuato il check-in, che è stato effettuato interamente via telefono, un’altra aspetto che non abbiamo apprezzato poiché essendo un B&B avremmo preferito un'accoglienza in persona, siamo entrati nella nostra stanza. Entrati nella stanza ci siamo accorti che le foto caricate online non corrispondevano alla stanza ed, inoltre, il pavimento della stanza, composto da piastre in legno, cigolava assai. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo nella stanza ci viene comunicato via telefono che la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie, che erano incluse nei servizi, non potevano essere usate poiché malfunzionanti. A tutti questi disservizi, si aggiunge anche il WiFi, incluso anch’esso nei servizi offerti dal B&B, non funzionante. Poiché il WiFi ci serviva, lo abbiamo fatto notare al responsabile, il quale ci ha comunicato che avrebbe provveduto alla sua riparazione, ma ciò non è mai avvenuto. Ovviamente, le nostre disavventure non finiscono qui con questo B&B, il giorno seguente quando abbiamo usato la doccia ci accorgiamo che la piletta della doccia è intasata quindi il deflusso dell’acqua è rallentato. Di conseguenza. durante la doccia ci siamo ritrovati con l’acqua sporca che ristagnava ai nostri piedi, una situazione disgustosa e orribile.

The apartment was huge and had all the necessary facilities that you would need on holiday. The air conditioning was basically not effective and didn’t cool the room down at all.

- Guido (7/5): Insomma…. - I gestori sicuramente molto cortesi e solleciti. stanze che francamente hanno bisogno di cura, e parecchia, perché si vedono gli anni, e si vedono senza cercare nei piccoli dettagli (per esempio porte sporche, bagno scrostato, divano macchiato e molto …). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, se vogliamo, ma certo nulla di che essere così entusiasti come i commenti letti. Molto comodo se dovete andare al consolato americano, ma non per la visita a Napoli, c’è di molto meglio. Colazione: fatela al bar, non vale la pena. Giudizio finale: insomma…

- laura (5/5): - posizione è abbastanza comoda sia per girare a piedi sia per i mezzi che a 500 mt ci sta il treno per raggiungere il centro città. lo staff era gentile , colazione buona si puo migliorare la pulizia e un po il bagno. poi non ho capito perche' in camera c era la lavatrice in funzione appena arrivati e quando siamo tornati a dormire era svuotata... quindi si permettono di entrare nelle camere? mi è rimasto questo dubbio.
- Nataliia (1/5): Краще ніколи не потрапляти до такого готелю! - Наявність спальних місць Персонал( співробітник чоловік був дуже привітним, але його колега дівчина ні), після виїзду співробітниця намагалась здерти з нас гроші, через те що ми погано після себе прибрали, поклавши нібито немитий посуд ( якого не було) і зробила фото. Одним словом перебуваючи в цьому готелі можна очікувати що вас будуть змушувати додатково оплачувати! Підлога дерев'яна та страшенно скрипуча, неможливо навіть в туалет сходити так, щоб не розбудити всіх. В душі пліснява. Сніданок насправді лише перекус, якщо ви з дітьми то це буде неприємним сюрпризом, адже круасан і кава ( або сік) це весь сніданок! Тому дуже не рекомендую данний готель!
