• Kristina Kajkut (8/5): Comfortable Stay – Just as Expected - The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. Everything was quite clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, with cafés and bars nearby, which was a nice bonus. The location is good – well connected by bus to different parts of the city and the airport. It’s also possible to walk to the Colosseum in about 40 minutes, which we found very convenient. The check-in process is done online and is simple to complete. Although some guests might find it a bit complicated, we personally found it straightforward and easy to follow. We received links for remote door access, which were simple to use and made the whole arrival process smooth. There is nothing in particular to complain about – everything was as expected and in line with the photos and description. As a small downside, it took quite a long time for the hot water in the bathroom to start running, and at one point we thought there was no hot water at all. Stanza pulita, ampia, doccia comoda. Utile bollitore e macchina del caffè in comune. Gentilissimo per assistenza check-inn Flavio Rossetti.

• Massimo Di Mauro (4/5): - Letto comodo, anche se di dimensioni ridotte. Doccia ampia. All’arrivo è stato fornito un codice di ingresso errato, segno di una gestione poco attenta. L’isolamento acustico è inesistente: nella camera matrimoniale deluxe la cucina si trova letteralmente dietro al letto, rendendo impossibile riposare. Basta che qualcuno al mattino utilizzi la macchina del caffè o il bollitore per essere svegliati. La pulizia è carente e la camera appare trascurata sotto diversi aspetti, inclusi i dispenser dei saponi vuoti. Anche l’estetica generale è poco curata. A tutto questo si aggiunge una marcata rumorosità proveniente dall’esterno.

• nico masoni (7/5): Soggiorno al gasometro - Il check-in è stato semplicissimo e guidato nei minimi dettagli. Non è stato necessario contattare host perché la procedura è intuitiva e semplice. Sarebbe da rivedere gli arredi che andrebbero rinnovati. Mancano dettagli.

• Alessia (10/5): DECISAMENTE RACCOMANDATO - Ho pernottato una notte. Il B&B è in una posizione strategica e ben servita: vicino alla fermata della metro B Piramide facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Intorno ci sono una serie di ristoranti e bar ed anche un supermercato. L'ospite è stato gentilissimo ed è venuto incontro ad una mia esigenza specifica con grande cortesia e disponibilità. La camera era grandissima e abbastanza insonorizzata. Letto tra i più comodi che abbia trovato. Bagno altrettanto spazioso e funzionale.

• Alix81 (5/5): Not great - The location Is ok, not far from the underground station. There are many restaurants and bars, well connected The photos don't really match the reality. The bathroom is very small and the shower looks cool, but hot water only lasts a few minutes before turning into really cold. You could hear every single noise from the other rooms and in the morning someone knocked on the door without saying anything, maybe just checking if someone was inside. Also, a bit disappointing paying extra for a so called luxury room and then finding out that it was just good pictures.

• Gionata (7/5): Ottima posizione vicino a gazometro - Posizione ottima in zona ostiense vicina al Gazometro in zona ricca di locali e a 5min a piedi dalla metro piramide. Letto comodo e stanza spaziosa. La struttura non ha reception e viene fatto tutto online prima dell'arrivo, incluso consegna chiavi virtuali. Ho contattato il gestore per un problema ed ho ottenuto pronta risposta e risolto. Nella stanza c'erano sono diverse cose un pò rotte: prese, componenti del bagno, il phon etc. La tv era configurata in ucraino al mio arrivo ed in generale tutta la stanza non è molto curata. Arredo minimal (non c'è armadio ma solo un appendi abiti). Dovrebbe essere reso più chiaro che non c'è servizio di pulizia giornaliero (che viene menzionato), non c'è il bollitore, non c'è il frigobar. Si accede alla stanza attraverso una scala abbastanza ripida senza ascensore.

• Alberto (1/5): Higiene y estado de la habitación LAMENTABLES. - Que tenía en frente de la calle una cafetería Problemas serios de higiene , la ducha tiene hongos, suciedad por todos lados , el marco de la puerta se calló mientras dormía . La TV no recibe señal .Hice fotos de todo para documentarlo y denunciarlo a booking cuando regrese. Las superficies dañadas , el estado de la pintura de las paredes hecho por un niño. Secador de pelo roto, en fin , ya me daba miedo tocar nada porque no sabía q me encontraría .Se lo comenté al propietario , y me dijo : “se q como está la habitación , pero no afecta a su funcionalidad “ alucinante. Soy buen chico y esto no es inquina , solo proteger a futuros huéspedes . Mucho led de colores y poca higiene .
• carlotta (8/5): - La camera è molto carina e confortevole, arredata con gusto e perfettamente pulita. Ho trovato estremamente comoda la modalità di check-in online e l’accesso pratico e veloce. La struttura non è in pieno centro, ma la zona è tranquilla e ben collegata: con i mezzi pubblici si raggiunge il cuore di Roma in circa 15-20 minuti. Un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca comfort e praticità.

• Agustín (10/5): Excelentes habitaciónes a 25-30 minutos del centro - Excelente la verdad, las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen todo lo necesario. A pesar de lo que dicen algunos comentarios no lo encontré para nada ruidoso, si que es verdad que si tuvieras que estar con la ventana abierta se escucha la calle pero es normal no deja de ser un primer piso!! Tampoco tuvimos problema con el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. La atención también excelente, pude en todo momento contactar con el dueño para aclarar dudas o recibir ayuda. Contesta bastante rápido y es una persona muy amable. La experiencia en general fue muy buena, es un barrio tranquilo, no parece al menos en el mes que fui yo que haya mucho actividad, múltiples restaurantes en la misma calle, si que es verdad que quizás restaurantes italianos no hay tantos si no que es una gran variedad de tipos de comida pero para otras personas puede ser un aspecto positivo. En cuanto a distancia, del aeropuerto de Fiumicino se llega en 30 minutos al hotel en un único tren. Y se puede ir hasta al centro caminando ya que esta a solo 25-30 minutos, de camino se pueden ver varias cosas de interés cultural. La única pega por rebuscar bastante y muchísimo, es que el somier de la cama era un poco ruidoso, cuando te mueves cruje el somier, cosa que también veo normal ya que es de madera pero es la única pega que le pondría a la estancia. Así que como ves es una nimiedad!

Нет никакой вывески , если бы местный парень с кафе не подсказал я бы еще возле той двери круги наматывала не понимая куда заходить. Сложновато с кодами , но хозяин был на связи, поэтому все нормально. В моем номере слив в душевой не очень был, набиралась вода и надо подождать чтоб пошла горячая вода, но то в принципе мелочи

Huoneen hintaan sisältyi muutama omenakin ja vesipullo.sängyn patja ja petivaatteet , sekä pyyheliinat todella hyvät, mutta itse sänkyrakennelma erikoinen, jossa patja pääsi siirtymään. Huoneeseen kantautui toisen huoneen äänet esim.wc pöntön käytön ja veden lorina äänet, sekä kadulta tulevat äänet.
