• Lynn (8/5): - Nice rustic cottage, older but very clean. Nice hot tub that you fill yourself with a hose of very hot water ( so you know the water is clean) Comfortable beds… and great view Should be a little wall beside the hot tub to have privacy from the cottage next door.
• Angela (9/5): - Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla strada e facile da raggiungere. La casa ci è sembrata ampia e con una vetrata spettacolare. L'Host è stato in tutto e per tutto gentile e disponibilissimo. La vasca esterna rappresenta un'esperienza stupenda da vivere in Islanda! Cottage molto carino e accogliente, immerso in un contesto piacevole e rilassante. Alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere rinnovati per renderlo ancora più confortevole, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. L’unico piccolo inconveniente riguarda l’accensione dell’acqua della vasca esterna, che si trova all’interno dello spazio privato dei vicini (nella loro sauna). Nulla di particolarmente problematico, ma abbiamo dovuto coordinarci direttamente con l’inquilino, che è stato comunque estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Also great to have a hot tub 😊 It could have been more clean and lovely, there is a bit too much camper vibe instead of cottage vibe which makes the price a bit too high for 2 people

• Karen (10/5): I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful, comfortable stay outside of town. - Just what we were looking for in booking a stay in Dalvik last minute! The host was accommodating in shoveling out snow and getting the property ready on the fly. We appreciated most the beautiful, north-facing panoramic views that allowed us to catch the Northern Lights! An improvement would be a wind block of some sort for the hot tub. The high-speed wind and snow made using the hot tub impractical, though we appreciated having one!

• Alberto (6/5): Aceptable - Limpio. La cabaña para dos personas es muy pequeña, apenas puedes asearte con la otra persona en la habitación. Para ducharse hay que salir fuera (mucho frío). La alarma de incendios suena sola sin motivo aparente. Tampoco me parece bien que amenacen con cobrarte 50 euros si no lo dejas limpio teniendo en cuenta lo que ofrecen para el precio que tiene.

• Kiley (10/5): Amazing experience and very helpful host! - Location was amazing. We wanted a cabin in the countryside of Iceland and that's exactly what we got! It was stunning! A lot of little beds for individual sleepers. It worked out for our whole group, but larger beds are limited in a cabin.
• laura (9/5): lots of room, nice private spaces and a HOT TUB! - Great location to see northern sites. multiple beds and rooms was great. Kitchen was moderately stocked, big cooktop and microwave. Private hot tub. Great view and nicely private. Great wifi and good instructions to connect to the tv (not that we had much time to watch tv) no oven, but that was not a big deal, shower was a bit on the small side, but was worked well. light for bathroom was near the celling which is fine for most but one of my companions could not reach so we just left that light on while there.

• P. (10/5): Inigualable, todo perfecto! - La casa fue excepcional con unos servicios excelentes y un confort inigualable. Las vistas preciosas, tanto de noche donde se vieron auroras boreales, como de día que da a un campo y se ve el amanecer perfecto. Las camas muy cómodas e incluso contábamos con capacidad para más, ya que nosotras éramos 3 y habían 3 camas individuales y una de matrimonio. El lavabo bastante amplio, incluso la ducha era grande ya que era para minusválidos. No tengo ninguna queja. Todo perfecto!

• Laseca Chico (3/5): - Lo único que merece la pena son las vistas y la barbacoa. Todo. Apenas hay espacio para estar 2 personas, en cuanto abres el sofá cama no cabes en la habitación. Del baño mejor no hablar, es medio metro cuadrado en el que te golpeas con las paredes. Es lamentable que pongan ese cuchitril para 2 personas a ese precio. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, parece más grande de lo que es en realidad.

• Lourdes (6/5): Para una persona sola. Muy pequeño aunque buenas vistas y bonito por fuera - La ubicación. El aspecto por fuera. Las vistas. La tranquilidad Un alojamiento (cabaña) de 15 x 15. Debería señalarse en la descripción. En esas dimensiones hay una mini cocina (bien equipada, ciertamente) y un wc con una cortina. Un sofá cama (eso ya estábaeen la descripción) y para comer tienes que sentarte en el sofa y comer en una mesa muy pequeña. Nada de espacio para abrir maletas y muy estrecho. La sauna no funcionaba y la llave del agua fría de la ducha sólo giraba hasta un punto, haciendo difícil controlar la temperatura del agua para que no fuera muy caliente

• Chiara (4/5): Il peggior mini bungalow in 10 giorni in Islanda - La posizione Divano letto estremamente scomodo In bagno c’era una tenda e non una porta a separare la zona dalla zona letto Il riscaldamento era staccato quando siamo arrivati Non abbiamo potuto usare né la sauna né la doccia perché sempre occupate dai vicini di bungalow anche se erano di nostra pertinenza L’assenza di un tavolo dentro il bungalow per poter mangiare la sera al caldo
• MARIO ALBERTO (8/5): IDEAL PARA DALVIK Y BALLENAS. - Amplia cabaña muy cerquita de Dalvik, ideal para explorar la peninsula y para el avistamiento de ballenas desde esa localidad. Ubicacion muy tranquila , con aplitud y vistas en las 2 cabañas. 2 habitaciones con gran sofa, la calefaccion va muy bien y temperatura agradable. Salio algo de agua del suelo del salon ( no sabemos como, pero tampoco era demasiado). Le puede venir bien algo de actualización a instalación e instrucciones para usuarios mas relajadas jj.

• MARIA (9/5): Fenomenal. - No cogimos la opción de desayuno. En cuanto a la ubicación al menos nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema para la localización. La cabaña que se nos asignó era cómoda, con suficiente espacio y muy limpia y ordenada. Equipación de la cocina suficiente y con algún armario vacío con espacio para dejar nuestras cosas. No tuvimos ningún problema. Las vistas excepcionales, pues precisamente el terreno está en pendiente y nuestro cottage creo que era el más elevado. Un saludo a Lorenzo, que es quien nos recibió y con quien tuvimos muy buena comunicación. Aprovechamos el hidromasaje. El lugar es muy muy muy recomendable y esta zona concreta ( creo que no es tan visitada) es una maravilla. Es un país inolvidable. Me gustó todo. Si hubo algo no debió ser importante pues se me ha olvidado. Por dar un único apunte, vendría bien un poco más de luz en el baño. Y ya sabemos que todo en Islandia es caro.

Pokoj pro 4 sice trochu malý, ale okolí nádherné, postele pohodlné, koupelna malinká a plně vybavená. Nevím o ničem, co by se mi na tomto ubytování nelíbilo. Vše bylo super.

• Olga (6/5): Meget trængt værelse. - Værelset var meget lille. Sovesofa, som skulle slås ud, og derved tog en del af rummet. Værelset er faktisk kun egnet til 1 person og ikke to, Ingen bordplads. Skulle spise på terrassen. Toilettet havde ingen dør, men kun et gardin. Og store personer kan ikke benytte toilettet. Bad skulle foregå i saunaen. (OK) Sauna var også til fri afbenyttelse.

• Con uVe De Viaje (10/5): un lugar idílico en la naturaleza - la ubicación en un espacio natural protegido, con muchas aves en los alrededores. Las camas fueron muy cómodas y en el alojamiento estuvimos muy a nuestro gusto. Pudimos cocinar y estar tranquilos para descansar en nuestra vuelta por Islandia. Volveriamos 100% recomendable Todo estuvo a la la altura de las expectativas o mejor. Úicamente reseñar que el agua fria del hot tub no funcionaba correctamente (ya informamos al anfitrión) y fue muy difícil ajustar la temperatura (solo salía agua caliente) por lo que tardamos mucho y estaba muy caliente. Aún así tanto las instalaciones como la ubicación son perfectas y recomendamos reservar aquí si estás de viaje por la zona.

• valentina (10/5): Un posto dove staccare - Cottage davvero carino, host molto reattivo e disponible, il self check-in è stato facile e veloce. La sauna è davvero piacevole dopo una lunga giornata di visite.Un posto rilassante dove tornerei senza dubbio!

• Arnaud (8/5): - Le cottage est au calme, près d'un étang où on peut observer des oiseaux. Le jaccuzi permet de se détendre. L'hôte est très réactif. Pas de grand lit.
• Thomas (7/5): Minimalistischer Natur – Spot - Lage etwas außerhalb circa fünf Autominuten von Dalvík entfernt. Mit der Beschreibung leicht zu finden. Umgebung, Natur pur. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. 10 m² große Hütte bietet Mini Küche, ausklappbare Couch, Flachbild TV, mit Vorhang abgetrennt TS WC mit Waschbecken, großer Veranda und Dusche mit Sauna. Personalfreier Checkin/Checkout. Kommunikation über Booking COM mit Vermieter funktioniert gut. Ordentlich gereinigt. Die 10 m² Wohnfläche waren in der Booking COM Beschreibung von vornherein klar definiert. Jedoch bei drei Übernachtungen war die „Größe“ grenzwertig für uns. Die Couch recht schmal und hart. Leider war in der Beschreibung nicht ausgeführt, dass sich die Dusche außerhalb der Hütte in separatem Raum befindet.

• Marzia (10/5): Perfect Relaxation with a Stunning Mountain View - The place is clean and welcoming, with well-maintained and cozy spaces. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable, great even for longer stays. The sauna is a real highlight, perfect for unwinding. The host was always responsive and quick to reply. The patio is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the mountains, making it ideal for peaceful moments. A truly great experience. Everything was just perfect.
• Mirjam (4/5): Onaangenaam. - De plek en locatie is ok. Prachtige vogels in de buurt. De slaapbank was erg klein, te klein voor 2 personen. Je moet douchen bij het huisje ernaast. We hadden een heel vervelende ervaring met de host. Hadden de buitentafel verzet waardoor er strepen op de veranda waren gekomen. Hij begon direct een schadevergoeding te eisen voor schilderwerk terwijl het huisje verder slecht onderhouden is. De strepen bleken makkelijk wegpoetsbaar met een doekje. We hadden het idee dat hij uit was op een manier om meer geld te verdienen.

The interior of the house probably dates back to the time the cottage was built and would need a professional handyman's help in some places. The bed linen smelled strongly of washing powder.

• Jenny (7/5): Comfortable and restful sleep. - Spacious place, very quiet location; hot tub was a bonus. A small tea towel(dish wash cloth)to wipe up spills around the kitchen area would be nice, only one kitchen towel provided to dry the dishes.

• Devinder (4/5): - We stayed 2 nights at this property. The property didn’t provide shampoo or body wash ( I did reach out to owner and was told that’s not included). Linen was not the cleanest. Owen doesn’t work. Also there is no dishwasher and so have to clean after you to avoid any extra fee. I definitely will not stay at this place again.
• Busch (8/5): Häuschen mit Ausblick und Ausziehcouch - Wir konnten schön auf der Terasse sitzen. Es war auf kleinstem Raum alles vorhanden. Das die Dusche bei der Sauna außerhalb des Häuschen ist, war überhaupt kein Problem. WC ... :-) ... man sollte sich kennen. ;-)
