Very inconvenient key collection, dodgy wiring and a broken fridge. - First of all the process to collect the keys is very inconvenient as the reception desk is at the other end of the city. We had to get a bus back to the apartment. The beds are not very comfortable and there is damp in the main bedroom. Like other reviewers said, there is a strange smell in the apartment and the outside door is very noisy. Worst of all, when we tried to use the oven it tripped the electrics and all the lights went out. We couldn’t use the oven that evening and then had to wait in the next morning to receive a maintenance engineer. There is definitely something wrong with the wiring in this property as the following day we realised the fridge wasn’t working. All our fresh food was spoiled and we had to throw it away. From then on we had no way of storing fresh food such as milk. We contacted the owner about this and they offered to send yet another maintenance engineer the next day. When I asked to be compensated for the lost food and our inconvenience they refused. I would definitely avoid this apartment!
