• Dorian (7/5): Voor Edinburgh een prima verblijf, prijs/kwaliteit minder. - Het appartement in zijn geheel zag er goed uit, gezellig en modern ingericht, ook de entree van het hotel en de gangen waren goed verzorgd. De bedden lagen lekker. Bij het inchecken werden we netjes geholpen door personeel terwijl het eigenlijk zelf inchecken is. En we konden er al rond 12.00 uur in. Daarbij komt dat de locatie perfect is, tussen Old Town en New Town in. Veel is te lopen. Het onderhoud wat betreft prijs kwaliteit mag beter van het appartement. De badkamer was wel schoon maar vond ik niet fris ogen met veel verschimmelde kit in de douche. Deur van een slaapkamerkast was kapot zodat de lamp ‘s nachts aan bleef. En nog wat van dit soort kapotte kleine dingen. De planken van de open kleding kast waren ook niet schoon. Het ontbijt was onder de maat, ik zou een volgende keer geen ontbijt toevoegen, prijs/kwaliteit slecht. Op is op geldt hier blijkbaar voor de rest van de week.

• Seng Wan (9/5): - Spacious, well supplied with everything we needed, easy to replenish supplies, every member of staff we met was pleasant, helpful and professional, place was clean although some things were a bit old (hence it did not rate it a 10). I would stay again. Value for mone? A little expensive, but it is Europe. A bit far to walk to Old Town, but, not too bad.

Le choix des produits du petit-déjeuner n’est malheureusement pas au rendez-vous (pas de pain qui constitue pourtant le produit phare pour un petit-déjeuner solide) Le service dans les chambres est inexistant ; être dans l’obligation de demander un rouleau de papier toilette ou une serviette supplémentaire est quelque peu contraignant.

Everything worked perfectly and was nice quality. Would happily stay again (at a similar rate!) No hob in the kitchen, understaffed in the mornings - 1 person serving everyone including breakfast, check outs and luggage room. Must have been very stressful for them with so many people annoyed at being delayed.

• Nicole (8/5): Great location and good size for sharing - It was easy to get to old town, the rest of new town, Stockbridge and the airport on foot/by tram. The room is large with two bedrooms, kitchenette and updated bathroom. We could leave our bags at the front desk before check in and there was a restroom to change in after our flight. There was some hallway and plumbing noises at night and the room could have been cleaner. We only had bath towels and no hand towels.
• Lukasz (8/5): Nice place to stay! - Location is fantastic. Our family apartment was great and had a small kitchen section. Beds were comfy, everything was great. The only issue worth mentioning is breakfasts. They’re not really breakfasts - it’s pretty much just croissants (not too many of them - they only have a small oven so some guests didn’t get any) and cereal. Next time I wouldn’t take the breakfast option and would use the kitchen utilities to make our own breakfasts.

La stanza a piano terra era piccola, fredda (18° all'arrivo, raggiunti i 20° dopo 3 giorni di permanenza) e molto disturbata dal rumore proveniente dai locali tecnici esterni. La colazione inclusa, definita continentale, era piuttosto limitata e consisteva in brioches, alcuni cereali, marmellate confezionate, succo di mela e arancia in bricchetti di cartone e porridge in scatola.

Maybe a different floor would have been better. - Great location, beautiful lounge area to work from if needed, clean and good looking apartment. Maybe just our luck, we stayed at L06 which is the lower floor. Our room didn't get a lot of natural sunlight and there was constant noise in the morning from a nearby door (I assume an employee entrance): people coming in and out, the door loudly closing and lots of chatter early in the morning when we'd have liked to sleep.

• niknikgva (7/5): Great rooms, poor breakfast - Wheelchair user here, asked for an accessible studio and the bathroom was great with handles and a foldable seat for the roll-in shower ! Lots of space to maneuver also ! I've never been more disappointed by a hotel breakfast. There was basically nothing except a few plain cereals, two kind of fruits and oats porridge you put in the microwave... Also Wheelchair users beware, there are 5-6 steps to get into the hotel and they have removables steep ramps. Not adapted for manual-wheelchair people who don't want any outside help. You'll always need to ask the staff (by calling via telephone because there are no "help bells" outside).

Charlotte checked our friends into the wrong room, then moved their bags out mid-day. Harriet showed up at our room at 10pm with a visa machine, demanding that we repay the deposit. She came back again ten minutes later demanding a second payment for one more pound. In my fifty years of travelling I’ve never had a hotel proprietor knock on my door demanding additional payment at 10pm.

• Alicia (3/5): Cocina inexistente - El hotel está bien ubicado y, en general, resulta correcto, pero la experiencia no ha sido la esperada para un apartahotel. Al llegar, no había champú ni gel; tras comunicarlo, nos lo repusieron, aunque consideramos que debería haber estado disponible desde el inicio. Además, la cocina prácticamente no era funcional: no había utensilios básicos ni siquiera una vitrocerámica. Esto hace cuestionarse el sentido de pagar por un apartahotel si no se puede cocinar. Por otro lado, el suelo en la entrada al baño presentaba un aspecto deteriorado, como si hubiese sufrido humedad y la madera se hubiera hinchado. En resumen, aunque la ubicación es buena, los servicios no se corresponden con los de un apartahotel, sino más bien con los de un hotel convencional, y en este caso, de una categoría inferior y de mucho menor precio.

• Graham (8/5): Very enjoyable stay and good value for money in central location. - Excellent location close to city centre. Cleanliness was very good. Reception and lounge areas nicely furnished and welcoming Cleaning staff worked during the night on stairs next to our room creating a lot of noise and making sleep near impossible. Would have given higher overall score if this had not happened.
• Ivonne (8/5): Great comfort on Queen's street. - Having a mini kitchen,washing machine,towel heater, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Area felt safe and getting to the sights was easy. Housekeeping is only done if you stay longer than a week but the receptionist quick to help with issues.

• Ágnes (4/5): Csalódás, kényelmetlenség, összeségében negatívan befolyásolta a nyaralást és nyomasztó volt. - Az elhelyezkedése jó volt, közel volt a Belváros. A csomagokat érkezéskor és távozáskor ott tudtuk hagyni a szálláson. A szoba, amit kaptunk nem találkozott az elvárásaimmal. Egyrészt a -1. szinten volt, es egy kis sötét belső udvarra nézett, kicsi is volt 3 ágynak, nem volt igazából leülő/beszélgető sarok, 1 db fotel volt és egy összecsukható szék. Ha főztünk volna sem tudtuk volna megenni csak a saját ágyunkon kb, bár volt még egy összcsukható szék es egy kihúzható asztal, de akkor is rejtély hogyan kellett volna ott ennünk. Egyáltalán hogy kellett volna főznünk, amikor a kihúzott fiók 10 cm-re került az egyik ágytól. A fürdőszobai szagelszívó nem működött így állandóan pára és büdös volt a szobában, vagy kinyitottuk az ablakot és akkor hideg. Mikor megérkeztünk ezek a kényelmetlenségek még nem derültek ki, csak az, hogy engem nagyon nyomasztott az alsó szint, szorongásom lett, nem szívesen nyaral így az ember, pláne nem, ha direkt nem alacsony árfekvésű szállást választ. Sajnos azt mondta a személyzet összesen 2 ekkora szobájuk van, nem tudunk cserélni, más megoldást nem ajánlottak, de jelezte a menedzser, hogy egyébként is van ablak a szobán. Amikor jeleztem, hogy nem működik a szagelszívó, ez este volt, nem volt olyan személyzet, aki ezt tudta volna kezelni, ezért megbeszéltük, hogy másnap reggel szólok, amikor elmegyünk - ez így is történt, bár azt ígérték, hogy megnézik, nem történt semmi, amennyiben úgy találták, hogy működik - de nem működött - akkor erről nem írtak sem üzenetet sem személyesen nem mondták el. A 3-ból két ágy nagyon kemény volt, kényelmetlen. A leírás szerint szőnyegpadló van a szobákban, de itt sima laminált padló volt, kivéve az ágy körül, ezért ott egy szegéllyel választották el a két anyagot, ami kifejezetten kényelmetlen volt pluszban, mert ha ráléptél ez egy a fém szegély megnyomta a talpad. Valószínűleg ez egy akadálymentes szobanak készült, de a fürdőben mégis volt pereme a zuhanyzónak. A 3. ágy is úgy tűnt, mintha csak pluszban lenne egy olyan szobában, ahol eredetileg csak 2 volt, a szoba mérete is ezt engedte volna meg kényelmesen.

• Juliana (1/5): Yuck - The location was great and Charlotte was very helpful and friendly. It was filthy. They did not clean our room evidently and we had hair in the shower, on the bed sheets and the entire drain was clogged. The manager came and unclogged it at 9pm, didn’t clean the hair though. We then had to have the sheets changed. The woman from the front desk took over 35 minutes to make the beds because she “isn’t housekeeping” and proceeded to put the dirty sheets on my husbands open suitcase. It was a disaster. She also had extremely intense body odour. I’m a reasonable person but this was beyond anything I could have imagined. The only reason we stayed was because the next day Charlotte had our room deep cleaned with bleach, apologised profusely and refunded us for the night we spent in a dirty room with two children. The manager and staff the night of were also so strange. A fire alarm went off because of toast cooking and she was running like crazy making no sense or advising us if everything was okay. Apparently it happens often. I would avoid this hotel even though the location is good.

• Margot (6/5): - L’emplacement est excellent. Nous avons cependant rencontré un problème avec la climatisation, ce qui rendait la chambre assez froide. De plus, le ménage n’est pas fait pendant le séjour : les lits ne sont pas refaits et les serviettes ne sont pas changées. La cuisine est peu équipée, sans plaque de cuisson — seulement un réfrigérateur et un micro-ondes. En revanche, la décoration est très jolie.
