• John (8/5): Well located in the wonderful town of St. Sebastian. - Comfortable apartment. Appreciated lifts and washing machine. A little anxiety using an app to unlock apartment. Beach towels would be appreciated - also umbrella, mat.

• Lila (10/5): Perfect location to beach, restaurants, transportation. Assistance was easy to access. A joy to stay - N/a Block out curtains on windows would have been good to keep sun out in morning and privacy when lights are on at evening. Also the option for a small basket of small sized basic cooking essentials i.e.salt pepper, oil, vinegar, etc (at a price) to allow for stay in cooking given the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the food variety and quality at the markets. These basic items would go a long way in enjoying a night or two in. We had to buy large quantities for a small cook up.
• David (9/5): Superb - Superb location in San Sebastian, meters from the beach and the old town - couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. The staff were great and the apartment was clean and well fitted out.
• Eszter (7/5): Good - the location was very good, near by everything, modern, clean, stylish apartman very very noisy, because the doors arent closed enough, so if the neighbours came home, we heard as they would enter our bedroom, thats why we didnt sleep well, although the bed was comfy. oder thing, we asked for help, where can we park with our car, and the lady said la concha parking is good and near. we went there, because of the recommedation- but if you doesnt register your car before, you can not drive in this area!!! if you drive in you get a punishment/fine, around 200 eur. ( so again, thank you receptionist for your help, - we went to this area - and we are waiting the fine now.

• Darrel (10/5): Excellent unit in a superb location, but had trouble getting in. - Superb location downtown and just a half block to the oceanfront plaza. A cafe-bar and a Starbucks within 50 feet of building entrance. Easy walk to everything. The unit is comfortable and well arranged. We particularly liked the living/kitchen area. Large round table in kitchen was convenient for putting things down, using iPad and writing in travel journals. Kitchen fully loaded with dishes, utensils and pots/pans. All the appliances worked well - instructions all set out in a 3-ring notebook. Big window in the living area out to courtyard below. For access to building, when you call management, you're asked to push a button at the front of the building corresponding to the unit number you've reserved. The management rep then sends a signal to open the front door. Except it didn't work. I carefully followed her instructions four or five times while she was on the line with me. She insisted I was doing something wrong. No, I could hear the signal that was supposed to unlock the door, but it didn't open. Rep was openly rude but said she'd send someone over. We waited about ten minutes. Nobody showed. Finally a resident of the building let us in the front door.

• David (8/5): Location can’t be beat but lacked any kitchen condiments and a bit of soul. - Location Being an apartment, I was expecting condiments and tea and coffee to be provided but there was nothing like that.

• Moore (7/5): Good - Great location. Clean and nice views of courtyard Stupid contact less entry app didn't work. Big problem with my phone dying and nobody there. Finally got a message response. The place is very stark and sterile. Noisy hallway from neighbors coming home very late.

• Catherine (5/5): I actually was glad to leave the apartment as I had sleepless nights. it was an expensive stay and not worth the money. - very central land spacious. very hot apartment, the fans should be thrown in the bin. One does not work properly and is old and noisy and the other hardly gives a breeze. I had to sleep with the window open and then you heard all sorts or noises.
• Brian (8/5): Very good - Modern, clean well equipped kitchen Hi-tech access to the apartment didn’t work. Had to phone to get a door code. Surprisingly, there were no drawers or shelves in the bedroom for our clothes.
• Raewyn (9/5): Studio was great, close to everything and very clean - It was a little difficult to access and we were lucky the cleaners had just finished and allowed us in. It is hard when you are travelling with large bags and there is no storage

So clean, everything you need and steps from the beach - Self catering Checking in took a little organisation and required a roaming enabled device, which we don’t always have, however we knew this in advance. We were inexperienced with the app and there was a little jet lag induced frustration. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and in a wonderful location

• Rosemary (8/5): Despite our slight dilemma at check in, I would recommend these apartments as close, convenient and very clean. - Fabulous location. very close to parking, transport and an easy walk all over town The check should have been easy but with no access to wifi it was quite stressful. All very well to be told your Bluetooth will work but it would not let us access the apartment until well after checkin. Also a “view” of an internal courtyard, with everyone’s washing, is not a view.
• Evgeniya.a (9/5): Great apartment near the beach - Nice, clean apartment directly near the beach. Very quiet although so central. The sofa was a bit old and not comfortable. The bathroom was also a bit dated.

• Seamus (10/5): Great apartment right in the centre of everything - very clean, modern property with everything you need supplied. comfortable bed and good sized rooms. close to beach, shops and the old town view is into area looking at the back of other buildings, not pretty any way We left beach chairs and umbrella on the balcony for future holiday makers to use on the beach as they were not supplied
