• Rosana (1/5): Misleading photos and terrible experience - Upon arrival, the owner’s parents hosted us and were very caring, even offering us food and drinks, which we appreciated. The location was perfect, just 8–10 minutes on foot from the town center - The parents initially told us we would stay in an apartment on the second floor (likely the first one shown in the photos), but we were never shown this flat. - The owner was rude and very unpleasant, only communicating with us over the phone, as he was busy playing tennis. - The apartment we were given was in poor condition: there was a bad smell, the toilet was broken, the stove was dirty, and the fridge was filthy. The photos on the website were misleading and did not reflect the actual conditions. - I told the owner this was false advertising, since on Booking he shows photos of different apartments but does not specify or allow you to select which apartment you will stay in. This makes guests believe they might get the nicer apartment shown first in the listing photos, which is simply not true. - When we asked to switch apartments, the owner had the nerve to say, “This is not a 5-star hotel.” - I explained that since I had paid, I expected to stay in a flat with acceptable conditions. - He then told us that if we weren’t happy, he could cancel the reservation, but would not refund our money. - His mother later showed us another apartment on the third floor, but it wasn’t much better, and with no elevator, we would have had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. We decided to stay in the original flat to avoid further inconvenience. - There was clear miscommunication: the parents thought we were staying only one night and even tried to charge us again for the booking. - No blankets or bed sheets were provided (for 4 people) - There were not enough towels for four people staying for three days. - We even had to buy our own toilet paper, as the small amount provided ran out, and when we asked for more, the owner’s mother said she didn’t have any and couldn’t buy it because the store was already closed.

• Sitta Romadona (9/5): You feel like a local - I like everything the apartment give it to us. big apartment, TV, washing machine, very kind and friendly host, big kitchen, wifi, location very close to beach and supermarket. The toilet is a little bit broken, but it's enough to make you not comfortable. It's a residential area so you will hear neighbours do some dramas like a couple fighting in the middle of the night, the kids crying and screaming.

• Jan (10/5): - Państwo gospodarze są wyjątkowo mili i uprzejmi. Przy zameldowaniu poczęstowali nas rakiją własnej roboty. Jednym mankamentem jest fakt, że nie mówią zbyt dobrze po angielsku, ale za to można się świetnie dogadać po polsku lub rosyjsku. Dla osób poszukujących taniego lokum polecam zadzwonić bezpośrednio do gospodarzy na telefon poprzez WiFi-calling i dokonać rezerwacji z płatnością gotówką na miejscu (brak prowizji pobieranej przez platformę Booking.com). W apartamentach panuje typowo bałkański mikroklimat - na pewno wrócimy tu ponownie.

• Ali (5/5): Clean bed sheets - Location is good. Bed sheets are very clean. Apartment is nice. We were 5 people and we had place for only 4 people. We found somehow a solution and Because we stayed only one night and landlord tried his best to find solution we did not make any trouble. What i would recommend is to write him 1-2 weeks before about your trip to remind him about your booking. People can make mistakes. This is normal.

• Nay (5/5): Great location but would be excellent if the facilities could be upgraded and the communication could have been clearer - Easy access to nice restaurants, coffee shops, town center and big supermarket. Lovely neighborhood. The family is the host is quite easy to get around for urgent need. Minor language barrier with the host’s family but Maksim has a good command of English and only one call away. The flat we stayed and the equipments inside the flat are slightly old compared to the pictures. Air con is not working properly. Hot water not working all the time. There was slight miscommunication/understanding regarding the payment method as they requested to be paid in cash.

• Halil (6/5): Needs renovation. - Location Very old furniture and tools. It is as if just to say that the apartment has tools and furniture but not for the use and comfort of the guests. Door not closing without locking. Sofa in living room is very old and so seems dirty, and the parts are felt when sit on it. The apartment needs a whole renovation. AC remote on/off doesn’t work properly. The tap of shower doesn’t work properly.
