• Daniel (9/5): - Situation of apartman. Nice Landlords/Accommodators. SeaView. I had to pay a deposit after making the reservation on Booking, which I wasn’t aware of, to cover any potential damage. However, the apartment was already slightly damaged.

• Anne (9/5): Ok huoneisto, mutta kaipaa osin uudistusta - Iso huoneisto läpi talon, parvekkeet molempiin ilmansuuntiin. Keittiö ja kodinkoneet hyvät, samoin pyykinpesukone. Keittiön varustus hyvä. Sijainti 5 krs. Alkuun ei tullut kuumaa vettä, mutta se korjattiin. Sängyn patja oli hyvä nukkua, vaikkakin itse sängyn kehikko kaipaa päivitystä. Huoneistossa oli myös irto lämmitin ja tuuletin. Meille osui kylmä ja myrskyisä viikko, joten lämmittimen avulla saatiin vaatteet kuivattua. Huoneisto on ostoskeskuksen rakennuksessa, joten erinomainen ruokakauppa on lähellä. Muutenkin hyvä valikoima kauppoja. Ulkona parvekkeella oli aikas meluisaa, koska alla vilkas liikenteinen tie. Huoneiston sänky todella kulunut. Matot likaiset ja kuluneet. WC:n laatikosto haisi ja ovi kosteudesta turvonnut ja kesinyt.
• Filipe (6/5): Preço elevado as fotos enganam - Localização excelente, espaço de garagem Alojamento muito mal estimado, cama em mas condições visuais mas confortável, sofá da sala em péssimas condições e sujo, quase impossível de transformar em cama porque está partido, wc a cheirar a mofo, varanda parece que começaram a limpar mas desistiram.

• Theresa (7/5): - Die Lage ist absolut top. Leider ist das Badezimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Neben der Tür, die sich kaum schließen lässt, ist die Decke verschimmelt und dementsprechend riecht es auch.
• Ana (7/5): Muito bem recebidos - A equipa de gestão é muito prestável. A localização do alojamento muito central. Ótima vista. Infelizmente houve alguns pormenores de limpeza, no wc tetos com alguma sujidade. O mobiliário do wc, a cama já estão com algum desgaste.

• Egidijus (9/5): - Kainos ir kokybės santykis - tobulas. Buto vieta tiesiog fantastiška, apačioje yra įvairiausių reikiamų parduotuvių, paplūdimys vos kelios minutės pasiekiamas pėščiomis. Visi reikiami indai, esant ilgesnį laiką drąsiai galima gamintis maistą. Personalas nuostabus, vos parašai klausimą, atsakymą gauni tiksliai, aiškiai ir greitai. Vienintelis minusas, kuris kartais erzindavo - dušo vandens temperatūros nepastovumas. Būdavo sunku nusiststyti vandens reikiamą temperatūrą. Atrodo bėga karštas ir jau jauti kai jis šaltėja pats.
• Citlalli (4/5): Si tienes otra opción no lo pienses - La ubicación y vistas. Cocina bien equipada con mucho menaje. Hay super justo debajo. Le hace mucha falta mantenimiento, la estructura de la cama se está desahiendo literalmente, sillas del comedor flojas y al baño le urge reforma. El sofá cama es incomodísimo. Pero lo peor es la atención, insistieron mucho sobre la hr de checkin (hasta nos pidieron vuelo) para organizar entrada y avisar en cuanto salieramos del aeropuerto y todo para que nos entregaran el piso 3 hrs después (yo viajaba con un bebe y una peque, entramos hasta las 21:30 y sin cenar porq no contestaban y no sabía cuándo estarían ahí) tuve que estar preguntando ya que no me informaban, no contestan al telefono por mas que llames y la respuesta via whatsapp con mucho es muy lenta y ni siquiera una disculpa al hacer el check in. Las sábanas olian fatal a humedad (tanto que no las usamos, las sawue a la terraza y preferinos dormir sin taparnos) avisé y solo hasta el tercer día nos las cambiaron todas.

• Laura (6/5): - La ubicación aunque no está en el centro es muy buena, muy cerquita de playa Formosa y con todos los servicios y restaurantes muy bien cubiertos. El personal es muy agradable y disponible. . El baño del apartamento claramente necesita una reforma. Es incómodo, viejo y ruidoso. La cocina está descuidada. En la habitación entran olores de extracción de la cocina de los locales.

• Eduardo (8/5): Good, but there are definitely points to improve. - - Location right next to the Forum Madeira mall, close to good restaurants and easy access to arrive and leave. - Apartment size, plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. - Good kitchen equipment. - The parking garage is horrible, unfortunately there's no other word for it. We left the car on the street every day because it was impossible to use the garage due to the ultra-narrow corridors and very tight parking space (we had a Renault Captur, but I believe even with a smaller car there will be immense difficulty) and, of course, this cost us a good few euros per day. It's so bad that, in my opinion, the apartment should be advertised without parking. - The bed is in terrible condition, the mattress is good, but the bed frame is fabric and it's all peeling. The person who checked us in said the furniture repairer would be coming to fix it, but I wonder if that isn't said for every stay, because on the day we left the cleaning person was already there at checkout time to prepare the apt for new guests. The check-in person would probably have to tell the repairer story again... - A lot of noise from construction work being done on the same street. As we weren't in the apartment during the day, it didn't bother us, but I imagine someone staying there to work during the day would have a lot of difficulties. - Quite a strong smell of food in the apartment, from early on. As the bedroom window overlooks the Forum Madeira mall, I believe the restaurants start preparing food early and the smell permeates the apartment.

• Tina (7/5): Good - we really liked the location and option to park. The place was large and had everything we needed. The 2 balconies were a nice addition. The kitchen was nicely stocked and it had all the appliances we needed. There was an ant problem. Ants were in every room in the apartment. There were traps set but no one told us beforehand. The bathroom had an apparent mold smell and you really couldn't regulate the water temperature so the showers were not that nice. Also the shower fixture is really bad and was always falling down mid shower. Also the part of the pull out couch was really tough and uncomfortable.

The location is amazing and you have 2 balconies with one viewing the ocean When we arrived it wasn’t clean but by the time we went around the city they cleaned the place. Also, it’s full of ants in the kitchen so better not to leave any food out

• Djordje (8/5): Very good - Apartment is big and spacious. Beds are comfortable. It was clean witch is most important. Location is really good. Garage is small but it is possible to park. Few things for renovation or refreshment. Bad frame totally ruins the picture of bedroom. You can smell dampness from drawers. Maybe some heating unit will be good to eliminate humid and to help clothes to dry

• Deak (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay! - The apartment is just like on the pictures! Excellent location, there is everything you need in just a short walk. Everything was lovely and clean, equipped kitchen, attentive and friendly staff! I can only recommend for your holidays in Funchal if you want to have a lovely and relaxed time when you get back from your trips or sightseeing tours :) Communication during our stay was also excellent and very helpful! Nothing to dislike, everything was as promised and shown on website.

• Kam (10/5): Beautiful Madeira - We had a wonderful stay in Madeira. The apartment was fantastic which made our holiday even better. It was very comfortable and was well resourced and had everything we needed and more. It was close to facilities e.g. Mall, ( including Supermarket and McDonalds), buses, taxis, some restaurants etc. Beautiful sea view. Our Host, Abel, was great and helped with any information we required. He also booked our taxi to and from the apartment, which was very convenient for us. All in all, great holiday and I would definitely be recommending it to my family and friends.
