Tatlılar biraz daha özen gerektiriyor. Sunumda hindistan cevizi, ceviz kullanımı güzel olurdu. Havuz ve deniz kenarındaki otel imkanlarını kullanmadık. Ancak havuz çok temiz görünmedi. Sitedeki açık havuz resimleri ile gerçek örtüşmüyor. Resim başka bir yere ait sanki.

Der Außen-Pool war dreckig, Personal spricht kein Englisch, nur türkisch, W-lan hat nicht funktioniert, 2 Tage waren nötig um die kaputte Klimaanlage zu reparieren! Die Ausstattung war nicht mehr im Besten Zustand! Das Essen war nicht immer frisch (vom Vortag Brötchen etc.) Es war eine absolute Enttäuschung und ich würde es niemanden Empfehlen! Ich mach schon seit Jahren in der Türkei Urlaub, aber das wa das schlimmste Hotel was ich bisher hatte!

- Gerhard (7/5): Buen lugar con excelente comida - Bonita y espaciosa habitación. La media pensión muy correcta. Comida sabrosa y hecha con cariño, algo fuera de lo común en los bufés. Haman cerrado, sin poder utilizar. La política es cambiar las toallas cada dos días y la ropa de cama cada tres... No cumplieron con las toallas.

- Rustem (9/5): - Просторный номер для семьи из 5. Отличный, вкусный, разнообразный завтрак, приветливый персонал. Тихий спокойный район. Нет шума от автомобилей. Есть чистый бассейн. В номере была варочная плита и вытяжка но она почему то не работала. Благо у нас была своя газовая плита и готовили ужин на нем. Если собираетесь готовить спросите про работоспособность плиты.

- Irina (10/5): - Чистый новый и приятный отельчик, что нечасто встречается в Алании. Район Кестель, самый его конец. В 15 минутах ходьбы Махмутлар, там поживее, есть большой Мигрос и жизнь кипит. В районе отеля много новой застройки, через несколько лет и там закипит, но пока что глуховато.

- Jessica (8/5): Preis Leistung waren super! - Für den Preis voll in Ordnung! Ausstattung top! In den Betten haben wir super geschlafen. Sie waren sauber. Dickes Bettzeug gab es auch. Personal war freundlich und unkompliziert. Klobrille defekt und die Klimaanlage ist nicht für kühlere Tage geeignet.

В отеле отличный закрытый бассейн Несколько на отшибе, развлечений в пешей доступности нет, но магазины и рестораны присутствуют. - Alexey (5/5): Очень советую провести инвентаризацию интерьера, наполнения номеров! - Я сначала снял стандартный номер, зашел в него по приезду и ужаснулся, поэтому сразу попросил заменить на дизайнерский Семейный номер. Номер оказался действительно красивым, дизайнерским. Большой огромный балкон со столом и 4 стульями. Окна в пол, прекрасно в жару проветривается. На этом плюсы закончились (( Единственный, кто вытягивает уровень сервиса - Рафиз, русскоговорящий сотрудник, который максимально помогал мне 1,5 месяца решать косяки отеля... Остальным по-русски ни бе, ни ме ... Только благодаря ему я бы вернулся опять, без него не поеду ) Ну поехали из минусов, которые для меня лично очень мешали моему отдыху за такие деньги: - в номере муравьи , если вы оставили мусор в ведре или на столе, скоро на вас нападут )) - душ во всех номерах при включении трещит как трактор, а когда спишь и в 12 кто-то из соседей включает его, то спать не получается - в спальне зачем-то везде понатыкали зеркал - на потолке, в шкафу, спереди, по бокам - в номер нет посуды нормальной, от слова совсем (пластиковые тарелки в дизайнерском номере, я покупал свой нож) - кастрюлю и сковородку просил принести, сначала там была со времен великой отечественной войны ) - нет стиральной машины, нет посудомоечной - ершики в туалете грязные и старые, попросил заменили У меня ощущение, что собственник отеля доит отель пока может. Потому что за номер по цене в 130 евро за ночь в сезон нужно стараться держать уровень.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - I utgangspunktet et veldig fint hotel med store fine rom og stor balkong. Synd at de ikke tar bedre vare på det med et litt bedre renhold. Bodde der 4 døgn. Rommet ble ikke vasket en eneste gang. Ikke ble det byttet på seng eller byttet ut noen håndkler eller etterfylt noen varer. Spurte og fikk svar at de byttet kun hver 3 døgn. Mye støv spesielt i luftespiel i tak/airc. Kjøkken hadde ikke noe utstyr for å lage middag. Kjøleskap, men ikke fryser i kjøleskapet. Det lå en gammel møkkete tre boks med muggen te i den ene kjøkken skuffen, litt spesielt at rengjøringspersonalet ikke hadde fjernet dette da det tydelig har ligget der lenge Likte veldig godt: størrelse på rom, utsikt mot fjell og basseng, alle store vinduer som kunne åpnes helt opp. Likte ikke: renhold, mye støv og insekter i skuff på kjøkken og bad. Veldig gammelt og slitt utstyr i gym. Ikke noe utstyr for å lage seg varm mat på rommet. Ikke fryser i kjøleskap

- Verified traveler (8/5): Bra alternativ till boende i Mahmutlar - Vi var nöjda med de mesta på hotellet. De vi saknade var möjligheten att äta på eller nära hotellet. Engelska var inte den bästa hos personalen.
- Atilla (6/5): Hotel should put more efforts in hygiene and maintenance and be more honest regarding the lack of sea view. - Facilities and location are good. There is mold in the bath room and respective bad smell in the whole apartment. Furthermore, I there was no sea-view although the reservation clearly stated it. This is not acceptable.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Flott leilighet i rolige omgivelser. Nært en fin og rolig strand, gangavstand til Migros og Bim. Gode bussforbindelser i området og en god restaurant (Panda) i nærheten. Rent og fint bassengområde. Godt renhold med trivelige renholdere. Grei frokost daglig. Litt dårlig med kjøkkenutstyr i leiligheten og dårlig kommunikasjon med resepsjon da de ikke snakker mye engelsk. Anbefales til de som liker en stille ferie.

The staff at the reception were rudely and didn’t give any information about the facilities in hotel, If you ask something they directly answered with no they don’t have. The food and cleanliness was horrible, there were constantly bugs on our bed and the room would not be cleaned until we would request for the hundredth time. The location of this hotel is bad too nothing is in even 30mins walking distance except the beach. I would not recommend this hotel.

- Tatjana (6/5): Good quality for money, but don't expect more. - Good room and good bathroom, water supply. Close to the beach and small supermarkets. Walkable distance to center of small town. Room was with dust, cleaned but some time ago. Some equipment was broken and not replaced after the request. There is a kitchenett in the room, but no supplied to cook with. Breakfast very basic and if come late might not be enough.
- Hatice - Rumeysa (6/5): - Je krijgt om de dag een schone handdoek. Staat ook nergens aangegeven tijdens het boeken. Als je gaat neem je eigen handdoek mee ipv douchen met een vieze handdoek. Op het plafond van de badkamer was er een grote schimmel en douchekop hing los. De kamer was groot en ruim, schoonmaak was karig. Strand is met de auto goed bereikbaar, maar lopend erg lang (i.v.m. autoweg). Ik had drinken besteld, die werd bezorgd bij de receptie. Toen ik het ging ophalen, werd er verteld dat iemand anders uit het hotel had opgedronken. Heel vaag en raar. Speeltoestellen bij het kinderbadje werden telkens uitgezet. We hadden meerdere malen gevraagd of deze weer aangezet kon worden, maar dat werd niet gedaan. Helaas voor ons geen tweede keer.

Le petit déjeuner était tout le temps la même chose et j'ai un doute au niveau de la date de péremption de certains produits servis. J'ai du payer un supplément pour avoir une chambre propre car pas de personel disponible pour faire le nécessaire. Pas moyen de faire nettoyer sa chambre et pas assez de serviette de bain non plus. Je peux encore continuer à citer beaucoup d'autres problèmes car il y en a...

- Songül (5/5): - De hygiëne en de wifi. Op Booking staat dat je halfpension kunt nemen, dat bleek niet waar te zijn. Ook de foto’s op Booking zijn misleidend, er is helemaal geen gemeenschappelijke keuken. Er is wel een kitchenette maar het beloofde keukenmateriaal is er niet, zelfs geen lepel. Bovendien is het strandgedeelte aan het hotel heel ontoegankelijk en moet je naar een ander strand rijden. De receptionist (man) werd boos omdat ik hem vertelde dat de faciliteiten niet overeenkwamen met wat op Booking stond, hij heeft ons de rest van het verblijf genegeerd, heel onprofessioneel. Het zwembad was bovendien niet lauw maar warm! Ik zou er niet terugkeren.

- Alex (7/5): - Отличный номер, достаточно большой и красиво выглядит. Отличный диван. Шикарный балкон и вид на горы. Ближайший пляж отлично подходит для использования масок – дети просто будут залипать часами смотря на рыб которых очень много рядом. Сначала нам дали ключи от совершенно другого номера, далее в нашем номере нельзя было регулировать кондиционер самостоятельно, нужно было обратиться на ресепшен что бы что-то изменить и в номере постоянно был неприятный запах (возможно из кондиционера).

- Ibrahim (10/5): Beyond expectations - Tek kelime ile beklentilerin üzerinde bir konaklama fırsatı. Bu fiyata bu fırsat kesinlikle kaçmaz. Güzel bir plaja kıyısı olsa fiyatı en az 2 -3 kat fazla olurdu ve bu hiç de anormal olmazdı. Konumu sessiz sakin bir yerde. Tek dezavantajı güzel bir plaja yakın olmaması. Yakınındaki plaj ve deniz çok kayalık taşlık. Klimayı istediğimiz dereceye ayarladık ve döndüğümüzde hala çalışır durumdaydı. Balkonu da oldukça geniş ve kullanışlı. Duşu vb. Oldukça düzgün ve yeterli. Yataklar da oldukça rahattı.

- Milan (7/5): Delimicno okej. - Soba su lepe i čiste, bazen je odlican, veliki i lep. Dorucak nam se nije dopao, dlake su bile u jelima. Spa i velnes nema na koriscenju samo uz doplatu. Lokacija je pola sata od centra autobusom.. Najvise nam se nije dopalo to sto ima kuhinja, a nije je moguce koristiti zato sto ima samo 2 case u njoj i jedan nozic, znaci i da hteli spremati nesto ne bi imali kako da jedemo. Mi avionom nismo imali mogucnost da ponesemo ceo jedan kofer za kuhinju.

Breakfast could be better. Not a lot of options and they serve the same things everyday. Cleaning staff came into my room while I was sleeping. They left the room when they saw me but it made me uncomfortable. Wake up early if you don’t want this to happen to you too

- Yasemin (5/5): Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert - Frühstück war zwar jeden Tag dasselbe, aber es war alles da,was man braucht. Pool war in Ordnung. Auf booking.com stand 2 Doppelbetten, aber es war ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gab Lieferschwierigkeiten beim Toilettenpapier, so dass wir immer wieder keins hatten. Wir mussten dreimal das Zimmer wechseln bei der Ankunft. Beim ersten waren die Schränke und der Boden klitschnass und beim zweiten wurde die Glasscheibe vom Balkon ausgetauscht, so dass noch Bauschutt rumlag und die Betten nicht bezogen waren. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und die Toilettenbrille hatte Flecken, die nicht abgingen.

Der er morgenmad om morgen MEN restauranten var aldrig åben udover morgenmad. Og der er ikke en bar selvom der stod at det er der. Hellere ikke lifthavnstransport
