- RIHO (8/5): 温泉と景色が良かったです - 景色の見えない和室でしたが、当日オーシャンビューのツインのお部屋に変更して頂きとても嬉しかったです。 腰痛もあり、助かりました。 温泉も広く、熱すぎない温泉もあり4歳の娘が気に入っていました。 別府湾がとても綺麗に見えました。 コインランドリーを使用しましたが、掃除が不十分で残念でした。

- Kaori (8/5): - ご飯が美味しかったです。遊技場の卓球と室内テニス？のようなレクリエーションのできるところ、漫画があり借りれることがよかったです。のんびり目的の1泊だったので、夜中と朝に大浴場にいきましたが運良く天気にも恵まれ星空と朝日のなか露天風呂が最高でした！ お部屋に加湿器があるのとエアコンの効きが良かった。 ブッフェはトレー置き場がなく片手で取らないといけないので取りづらさがありました。温泉の貴重品ロッカーか有料なのとカラオケルームがあるけど１時間2000円と1000円と少人数で楽しむには高すぎる値段設定なのが残念でした。 エアコンか加湿器か埃ぽかったので一度稼働しててもらえると嬉しいです。

- Anna (7/5): Gorgeous onsen, but skip the meal service. - Amazing location - oceanfront with sweeping views of Beppu Bay and neighboring onsen towns including Beppu. The hotel is BIG so when we went there were a lot of people, but the rooms were relatively quiet so we didn't have too much trouble with noise. The onsen is INCREDIBLE - the outdoor bath looks out directly onto the ocean and also has beautiful views of the night sky. The room was a little dated but the beds were really comfortable and overall it was a nice experience. The staff were lovely and accomodating. The buffet-style meal was crowded and not particularly tasty. Everything else with the hotel was nice, however the buffet was lackluster and the 2000yen price tag for all you can drink on top of that a little bit irksome. I'll definitely stay at the resort again, but I'm not going to eat there and instead eat somewhere else in Hiji.

- 桂 (9/5): ありがとうございます - 「不測の事態」に対するマネージャーの方の冷静・沈着で適宜適切な顧客対応の姿勢態度は御見事でした。 感謝申し上げます。頓首九拝 朝食が美味しかったです。(宗像市在住の宿泊客の方から夕食バイキングも美味しかったとお聞きしました) これからの更なるCS向上のために「改善」していただきたいことを申し上げます。 ブッキング・コム経由で予約した結果、和室にベッドでの3人部屋と2人部屋を指定したのに、和室１室となっているので、一室をパーティション分割した特別仕様かな？と思いつつも、ベッド以外は不可の指定難病者が１名いるので、ベッドの部屋を予約したつもりなのですが間違いないかどうか？を再確認するための画像添付のメールを発信し、ブッキング・コムからホテルに転送されており、ホテルからブッキング・コムには齟齬を指摘する返信がされた事実がわかるとともに、齟齬の発生原因についても懇切丁寧な詳しい御説明を聞いてカラクリがわかりました。が、 発注段階での指定内容が予約した部屋の様相と大違いである段階で、最終確認のためのフィードバック・チェック機能が働かないのは顧客満足度の低い発注システムだと思っております。その点が、唯一の良くなかった点です。

- Jenefer (10/5): 5 star 10 star we enjoyed our stay - The breakfast tasted so delicious, Mr Taro from the front desk suggested it and very resonable prize. During our stay my niece was poorly, she had a fever and the night staff 2 japanese men rang the hospital for us. He even type the hospital location to my sister’s car because she struggled with reading kanji. They were all very helpful to us,they lend their thermometer even put a translator for my husband inorder to understand him. I have had a problem connecting with my sister to pick us up from the Umi Jigoku and Mr Taro was talking to us in English and all the staffs were all very helpful. Mr Taro even left the desk to ask our my niece was. Please give him an award or praise please. Many thanks to all the cleaners the onsen lady for private family bath. Everything was all amazing
- Jou (4/5): - [総評] 夕食バイキングを付けず、朝食のみなら十分宿泊する価値のある宿だとは思う。夕食バイキング単体だと7000円するらしいが、7000円だすなら目の前でステーキ焼くとか、てんぷら等も揚げたてが食べたかった。 [食事] 結論、正直夕食のバイキングを付けたのは失敗で、朝食は近くに店が無いのでつけても良いと感じた。 やはり、飯は飯屋に尽きると思い知らされた。 夕食は確かに素材は良さそうだが、18時の開始直後に入ったのにスペアリブ、とり天、豚肉のステーキ？の肉類は冷え切っていた。バイキングの大皿の下に固形燃料みたいな物で火がついていたが、これでの温め待ち？ また、魚介類については刺身が鯛だけで、その他はエビ、明太子(朝食のみ？)、琉球丼の具といった感じで、夕食の値段を考えると、もう少し刺身等の種類を増やして欲しいと思った。 子供が多くうるさいのは口コミで事前に知っていたので、特に気にならなかった。 [風呂] おおむね満足。 シャンプー類は良くある馬油系のやつ。 サウナもぬるくなく良い感じだが、 個人用マットは見つからなかった。 少し残念なのは経費削減の為か、ジェットが２穴有るうちの片方からしか出ていない&水圧が弱い [部屋] 可もなく不可もなく。 お茶菓子や水は無し。 電子レンジは共用部にしかない。 風呂はユニットバスでシャンプー類は使い捨てのやつ 以上、プランによってはもう一度泊まるかもしれない。

Booked the hotel for the kids to use the waterslide but it was not open (despite it being September and still very hot) - that was disappointing. The kids did have fun nonetheless in the arcade and squash court. Property was tired and run down, outdoor areas overgrown and not maintained. It was very clean though. Perhaps it is better maintained at peak periods? Staff friendly and helpful.
- April (10/5): Great value for the price, really awesome interior design and crazy big pool park, ocean side, onsen and restaurants on - Beautiful hotel with a vintage feel, huge pool and ocean side. They didn’t have the pool open and didn’t denote that on their website, we were compensated so that was fair. If your booking for the swimming pool - call first or message to confirm it’s current hours of operation. They didn’t mention the buffet prices or need for reservations- hopefully they will explain that to you!
- KI (8/5): Seaview with big window - The seaview is really impressive! Not new decoration but in good condition and we like western style too. The breakfast is poor, for Japanese may be okay, but for foreigners, choices are limited.
- Ho lam (8/5): Water park not yet open - So sad that the water park not available during my visit day. It opens since 13/7. I’m about one week ahead. And misleading by website when book. But the sea view is great and give you a relax holiday feel. The staffs are helpful.

- Kye (1/5): extremely dissapointing. - When Checking in we were informed that we had only booked for 1 person, this was a mistake it seems on my part however they informed us the rate would be double for 2 people plus we would have to pay for a mandatory breakfast and dinner at the hotel, after a lot of discussion they let us off the breakfast but then going to the room you could not swing a cat, we paid for a sea view but there were white bars across the windows - just not a good experience at all, left immediately and went somewhere else, they refused to refund any of the money.
