• Anna (10/5): Enorme camere, pulitissime e tranquille. Tutto perfetto 🧡. - Per noi (eravamo in 5 in tre camere) il soggiorno era perfetto. Ogni tassista ti porta davanti la porta del ingresso per il hotel. Non capisco come non si può trovarlo… le stanze sono enormi, bellissime, pulitissime. C’è la metro vicina, una shopping mall enorme e tanti ristoranti. Lo staff è gentilissimo e il prezzo é buono. Niente. Tutto perfetto.

• Zsombi (10/5): - We had an amazing experience at the hotel the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable for an astonishingly low price. The staff was really helpful and kind, they even let us check-in early and check-out later than the original times. The hotel was quite easy to find and there war even 2-3 metro lines within 10 minute walking distance. For our european taste the breakfast options were a little bit unusual but it was still great and we could always find some options that we enjoyed. We could here some noise from the streets and the rooms next to/above us but it was never too loud.

• Angelina Emanuelle (10/5): Highly recommended! - The best hotel I've stayed at during my China trip. Easy to find (15F of Building 4) with the nicest staff. Rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. The elevator reviews by other guests were honestly a non-problem, we had no issues with it. Very large mall in the ground floor divided by 4 halls/buildings. Lots of restaurant options and a convenience store also just outside the building lobby. Self-service laundry room was a plus. Fairly good breakfast choices. Quite far from the city center/Jiefangbei area, but we didn't go there often so we don't mind.
• Jayesh (8/5): - Rooms are quite large, staff is very helpful, location is good. The photos are misleading and confusing. Hotel name is Bloom hotel and not Bloom Boutique Hotel. This hotel is from 15th to 20th floor and the lifts are always busy. Breakfast is quite average at the best (not much vegetarian option). We initially didn't like it at first sight but it grew on us with time, I'd say. I changed our hotel booking at our next destination paying a penalty from this experience.

Great value for money, very satisfied! My stay was more than satisfactory and my evaluation is excellent. I would like just to provide a couple of ideas for improving even more the level of service. 1) To arrive in the hotel is not so easy because the entrance is quite hidden in a secondary street. Maybe it would be a great idea to provide more detailed information to clients by email, maybe even attaching some photos. Breakfast was good, but more options for westners would be highly appreciated

• Levent (9/5): Nice stay with good price - Location is good. Hotel is near to one of main street although enterance from small street. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel give nice and new Equipments to use. Breakfast reasonable only missed cheese. Next to nice big and nice shopping mall. Very near also to Paradise Walk shopping mall&restaurants and metro station. Use didi app for taxi with reasonable price and use wechat or other payment methods. Hotel is located in 15th floor. All nice with hotel no negative point. Need to use google translate or other translation. Note Chinese writing of hotel name and place to go. Money exchange to be done in banks. I lost 1.5 hours to wait bank staff to do documentation, translation to Chinese.

• Shi Qing (9/5): Really nice hotel in the city centre. - Location was great, convenient as it is next to a big shopping mall and many eateries, convenience stores and drink places. It made it easy to buy things and snacks when needed. Food delivery was also very convenient to the hotel. It was walking distance to Shiyoulu station which was also very close to most tourist attractions. Water heating was a bit temperamental at times but otherwise was good. Nothing else

• James (5/5): 工作人员很好，地理位置方便，酒店设施老旧，不推荐 - 地理位置不错，酒店附近就是大商场，吃饭购物很方便。工作人员很热情。 设施老旧，空调非常糟糕。入住后换了三个房间，因为每个房间的空调在运行时都有非常刺耳的金属碰撞声。而且空调总是让我觉得不舒服，灰尘很多，入住后直接发烧和咽喉炎了。 入住第二层，没有电梯，需要抬行李，很不方便。 酒店是在一个商业楼里面的，每次上楼都跟一群人抢电梯，很麻烦也很不方便。

Attenzione alla posizione dell hotel, dovete passare il negozio huawei e andare nella strada a sx, dopo 200 metri passare un convenience store e entrare nel portone ( c’è una caffetteria all interno). Il personale non parla assolutamente inglese.

The room is very clean and everything is provided including laundry service and free snacks and drinks. There is a variety of items included in breakfast and the food is delicious. The hotel is within the business building. Sicnce it's on the 15th floor, if you wanna get down to the Ground floor at 6pm, you might need to take the stairs and walk all the way down for 15 floors, which will take you about 5-6 minutes. I guess you could do that once in a while to train your muscles and legs... ^-^

• Michelle (8/5): Great staff, breakfast and room, but poor soundproofing - Staff was super accommodating, location was good and close to metros and a huge shopping mall. Loved the breakfast, always fresh fruit and the classic spicy noodles from Chongqing available! The room was spacious Soundproofing was the worse I’ve seen in a hotel so far, unfortunately! We used the earplugs that the hotel gave us but on the occasion that my boyfriend’s earplug slipped out in the middle of the night, he could hear loud and clear a group of people play mahjong up until 4am… Also, the bathroom lighting could be better, it was a little dim, and the hotel is only just one level in a building, which was annoying as lifts were slow because so many people were using them.
