• CEFrey (10/5): Peaceful Piece of Paradise - Perfect choice to stay. Apartment is comfortable, always serviced and clean. Loved overlooking the pool areas and backdrop. Full privacy. Special thanks to Utopia reception staff, Sonni and the lovely ladies, exceptionally helpful and great customer service!
• junebiswas (10/5): Lovely - Our stay at Utopia Naiharn was fantastic. Rooms are beautifully done up, spacious and have high ceiling. The location near the beach and the hotel facilities were excellent. We enjoyed our time in the pool. I also highly recommend dining at Unique on the 7th floor.
• Gary Stephen (4/5): - The property is made up of 3 blocks. Each block has a swimming pool at ground level and one on the roof. None of the pool areas had adequate sunbeds or umbrellas, one in each area, so I complained and they didn't do anything about it. They show pool bars in their advertising but these are closed because they do not have a licence. There are communal buildings next to the pools but these are locked with a notice saying closed for refurbishment. No work is going on there at all. They advertise a Japanese restaurant on the top of one building, but this is closed and empty. There are no telephones in the rooms so you cannot contact reception. There are water features in each pool area, like cascading waterfalls etc but these did not work.
• Milan (8/5): - Duplex room, cooking facilities limited, good fridge, seating uncomfortable , TV no youtube or Netflix, bed comfortable, bathroom nice but no where to put toiletries. 15 min walk to main area with shops and resteraunts, 20 mins to nice beach. Limited sunbeds and umbrellas by pool. Staff excellent and friendly.
• DW08 (6/5): Not worth the money. - No one about to help us in with the cases when we arrived.Waited 10mins to be checked in while the 1 receptionist dealt with a complaint so eventually I asked if anyone else could check us in. Room was nice but with the aircon blowing outside we could not go out on the balcony and no chairs outside. The rooftop pool was nice but only 1 sunbed and 4 beanbags (weird] Breakfast was not till 10.30am

• 178guillaumee (10/5): Nice place to live! - Utopia Naiharn is definitely a great place to live. The area is really quiet and you can enjoy a nice gym and pool. The location is perfect, close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Also 5 stars for the super staff - Always smiling, friendly, and willing to help as best as they can.. Prang does a super cleaning, friendly, and helpful :) Joe is simply the nicest person I ever seen! Always here to help and make sure we are having a good time at Utopia :) I highly recommend this place.
• vbullough (10/5): A True Yorkshire Review - Simply perfect. Lovely rooms. Fab shower. Nice breakfast. But the winner was the rooftop infinity pool. A little piece of heaven. A bit of a walk (ten mins) from the main road to Rawai but well worth it. The hotel is still being added on to and I am sure will continue to be a big success
• barameem14 (6/5): Not confi - - breakfast always same things every day, should have more choices - Housekeeping good cleaning But there is no check before leaving the room, such as tissues, bath soap, toilet paper, cotton bud, drinking water, etc. Because I have to asked for those things every day - staff not really friendly but some of them they do a good job - swimming pool a bit dirty a lot of garbage around. - my second day I was asked for iron but they said it not available have to wait till noon and next day I asked for that again so it the same answer I get have to wait 2-3 hours but I already inform them that I have a meeting have to go soon but … I’m your hotel have only one iron? I've stayed in a 5 star 4 star hotel a lot also worked in 5 stay hotel and cruise ship I knew about service standards so if you want to show up your place as a hotel I think your staff really need to have service training. I choose your hotel coz I think it’s a nice hotel beautiful and the room look nice but service not wow.
• Humlan2013 (4/5): Not good, a big disappointment - This place was a joke. We booked ten nights in a “pool villa” but left after one night. The second star is only thanks to the friendly staff that also let us cancel our booking. This hotel was listed as a five star resort and it was not inexpensive. I got a bad feeling right away in the cramped lobby with plastic flowers and horrible Christmas decorations. The villa had bad quality furniture and also plastic flowers. The beds where rock hard and one of the bathrooms was equipped with a urinal (how classy). The air conditioners where super aggressive and not possible to control effectively. The view from our window was some kind of skeleton of a building not ready or never finished. The breakfast was served in a nearby building and we had to pass a garage to get to the lobby or the breakfast. The breakfast has a very limited selection and was served in a Japanese restaurant on the top floor in a diffeerent building. We where asked if we wanted eggs and was then brought a plate with sausage bacon and eggs. Without asking if we even eat meat or pork. There was no vegetarian alternative we where told. Never again.
• golfydesign (10/5): Cozy Weekend with lovely newly build hotel - A lovely staycation in Naiharn/ Rawai area. Stayed in Jungle Loft with Pool Access (complimentary upgraded from Jungle Loft as I booked direct) The room is compact but thanks to the loft duplex design, the living area with pantry is on the lower level while the bed and bathroom are on the higher level. Modern room and kitchen amenities. The hotel is new consist of 2 wings Utopia (penthouse-style pool villas) and Utopia Lofe (more condo-style room) both wings feature big pools and kid slides. pet allowed is also a plus. This property is perfect for couples, young/ mid-age adults. 7-minute drive to Promthep Cape. The small road leading to the hotel is quite dark at night (due to a lot of businesses closed during my stay) hope the restaurant/ bars are open back to normal soon and should help the location be more light and lively. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel
• Williamsjon87 (10/5): A great find! - Superb staff, welcoming and friendly from the first moments. They were happy to shuttle me to play tennis in Rawai and dropped me off to meet friends in Nai Harn area several times. The room was immaculately clean. Powerful shower. Extremely comfy large bed. The spiral stairs were great. The room opened out on to one of the many pools where I spent time reading. The roof top pools (in both buildings) are wonderful, especially the one that has a see through window adjacent to the gym. Happy hour cocktails and beers were unlimited for just 400baht and the japanese restaurant was lovely. Would stay again for sure.

• marutee (10/5): Nice property and excellent service ! - I was spend my short vacation in Phuket at Utopia and my experience with this hotel is perfect. The room was nice and new, the swimming pool is excellent as well as staffs service and of course I will definitely be back to stay here again.
• Phuketify (8/5): Little escape at Utopia Naiharn - The missus and I recently stayed for a short weekend at this hotel, which seems to have opened recently. The room we received was the Pool Access, which is actually a loft, with the bedroom located upstairs, while the lower floor is used for the living room and small kitchen. Everything was clean and the hotel provided with all the amenities for its category level. I counted four different pools, some of which were located on the roof, with a nice view over the surrounding areas. The breakfast wasserved in those little floating basket, which was a nice touch, tough our Japanese set kind of sank right before arriving to our balcony. Overall, it was a good stay, and the staff was very polite and caring.
• Navigator464531 (10/5): Amazing holiday in Utopia Nai Harn Phuket. - Brand new hotel, everything looking clean and fresh. Modern one-bedroom unit. Comfortable full-size bed, well-equipped kitchenette, high-speed internet wireless everywhere in the hotel, low-noise aircon. Extremely polite and helpfull front-desk staff who provided us a lot of useful advice. All of them made us feel the sense of 'country of the smile'. Two swimming-pool. We really enjoyed the infinite view from the roof-top one! Even we hadn't time to use it, we noticed the spa (including a nice fitness-room).. Great location for those who are looking at a quite place to spend a holiday in Phuket. Located between two of the nicest beaches in Phuket: Nai Harn beach and Yanui beach. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach or use the free shuttle transfer (2-3 minutes). And what nice guys are the drivers! Especially Joe! Patong and Phuket-town are reachable in about 20 minutes by car or motorbike. Many restaurants, supermarkets and, of course, massage boutiques in the proximity. Looking forward to spending another wonderful holiday in Utopia Nai Harn next year!
• hachi-here (10/5): Hidden Gem in Phuket - All I can say is that you definitely be surprised staying here, everything about it has the WOW factor for sure! A must visit hotel in your travels to Phuket, 6 star service in all aspects with an experience you will never forget!
