- Sarkis (6/5): - Достаточно тихое спокойное место. Попросили дать второе одеяло. Мы всегда просим и в отелях, и в апартаментах, везде дают. В этом отеле нам сначала сказали, что принесут. Но не принесли. Через несколько часов объявили, что это платная услуга и стоит 500 бат. Вообще-то за 500 бат можно купить новое одеяло в магазине и увезти с собой домой. Так что даже если отель не предоставляет это бесплатно, как большинство отелей по всему миру, то хотя бы стоимость услуги должна быть адекватной, а не равной стоимости одеяла. Так что впечатление осталось неприятное из-за этого.

- Smith (10/5): Love the Craftsman. - I love the craftsman hotel. Unfortunately I was unable to attend this visit due to a bad accident which put me in hospital for a few days. However, I stayed there for a couple of weeks in January and you won't be disappointed. Lovely staff, clean rooms, beautiful pool, great gym. Location is great. The breakfast is fantastic. The management can be hard work if you do have any issues.
- saimondpim (7/5): - A great place for a staycation. The hotel offers skilled massage services. The room was not very clean. Despite staying in the presidential suite, the floor felt greasy. The walls are quite thin, and noise from the hallway is easily heard. The bedroom felt stuffy, as if it hadn’t been ventilated for a long time. While the photos look appealing, the actual experience was rather uncomfortable. The coffee and food were quite disappointing considering the price.

Nice property with good rooms Felt it was more style than substance but this did not detract from the hotel generally which was good value for money. Was disappointed when a glass was accidentally broken the staff immediately stated that it would be charged plus a service fee, the manager saw sense and agreed there should be no charge.

- Telford (10/5): Relaxing, friendly staff and a delightful experience. - Excellent hotel in a lovely little corner of Bangkok, close to the BTS and within a short Grab ride of major shopping malls and markets. The staff were amazing, the place was clean, well appointed and well maintained. The presidential suite was spacious, incredibly clean and had everything I needed to make my visit to Bangkok memorable and comfortable. The Ikigai Spa is a delight as is the Baby Bar - the banoffee toast and a flat white was my go to breakfast before a day out. The street is quiet (by Bangkok standards) and I enjoyed watching the squirrels in the trees as well as the locals going about their days. A 2 minute walk to 7 11 for necessities and close to some great local restaurants. Honestly, I can't think of one thing that could have been better. Maybe a trash bin out the front for cigarette butts and general waste.

- Marcel (8/5): - Prachtig hotel in een leuke wijk en rustig gelegen. Veel street food tentjes rondom metrostation Ari zijn redelijk dichtbij, 15 minuten lopen. De bar / restaurant wat aan het hotel vast zit maar geen onderdeel van het hotel is, is best wel prijzig. Zou best wel een leuke plek zijn om een tijdje te chillen wanneer de biertjes wat minder duur waren. Ook het feit dat je 1000 bath borg moet betalen is vreemd in een hotel van dit kaliber.

- Bec (8/5): Smart comfortable hotel in good location, not far if taking long distance train - Nice aesthetics, very comfortable spacious rooms, excellent staff and security. Place to assemble our bicycles after flying in. Disconnect between restaurant that was a separate business to the hotel, didn’t feel like it was really there for guests.

- Jared (10/5): I would Highly recommend this hotel for an authentic Bangkok vibe - The hospitality from the staff was top notch. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the restrooms are very sexy. There is no front door into the hotel. You walk right into the hotel off the street which has a very sexy, welcoming, eye capturing, and stunning aesthetic paradise oasis. The gym has all the equipment you need. The pool is the focal point of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious with available buffet option and freshly cooked menu items. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a true Bangkok vacation vibe Instead of a traditional commercial high rise More options on the breakfast buffet. I stayed for 8 nights so some more variety would have been nice.

- Michèle (7/5): - Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Beim Auschecken kam es jedoch zu einer unangenehmen Situation: Das Zimmer wurde kontrolliert und wir wurden mit einem Foto eines leicht verschmutzten Kopfkissens konfrontiert. Dies empfanden wir als übertrieben und unnötig unangenehm, da es sich nur um eine kleine Verschmutzung handelte. Insgesamt trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, der Checkout hätte jedoch kundenfreundlicher ablaufen können.

- Oosterveer (9/5): Tophotel, maar je moet wel van Ari houden. - Heerlijk bed, goede temperatuur in de kamer en fijn personeel. Locatie is prima als je van relatieve rust houdt. Hotel en service was erg goed, maar volgende keer gaan we toch liever dichterbij het centrum verblijven.

- Manuel (5/5): Ganz ok, aber wir würden nicht mehr kommen - Die Lage ist nicht schlecht man erreicht zu Fuss einige tolle Lokale, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und es ist grundsätzlich sauber. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und die verwendeten Das WC ist direkt neben der Dusche. Mit einer Schiebetür kann man entweder die Dusche oder das WC schliessen, leider nicht beides gleichzeitig. Bei der Baby Bar die gleich zum Hotel gehört kann es in der Nacht etwas laut werden. Der Pool ist nicht so praktikabel, da es nicht Liegen gibt, auf denen man Relaxen kann, der Pool ist gleich zum Essbereich der Baby Bar ausgelegt, was es etwas ungemütlich macht.

- Wang (2/5): - 一切都還好 第一天住進去就打死了5隻蚊子+2隻小蟑螂。 我發現蚊子這麼多是因為浴室的窗卡是木窗，且沒有紗窗。旁邊有是樹。蚊子大量的從浴室窗飛進來，就算關閉了，膠修空間還是飛的進蚊子。 跟飯店反應，他們感覺很不意外。只是提供電蚊香給我們做使用。 但是持續還是有蚊子，所以我們要求換房間。 飯店說其他房間還是可能會有蚊子，但是還是讓我們住一晚其他房間。原本的房間他們會做處理。但所謂的處理就是噴殺蟲劑。後來隔天我們就要求把殺蟲劑留下來。 之後每天都有1~2隻蚊子，或小蟲死掉。我朋友很怕蟑螂，我都默默的打死。 然後床位旁邊就是木百頁窗，根本不遮光，我還拿外套掛在百頁窗上。 飯店位置離大路有段距離，半夜真的很可怕。 這是我住過的飯店最誇張的一間… 很不推。

- Siti (10/5): - Spend 9 days in Craftsman Bangkok and we love the experience and atmosphere of this hotel. All the staff were amazing and friendly. The room was well maintained and room service was excellent. Worth every penny spend. Will come back again to this hotel.
- Mohamad Sukor (9/5): Overall, it was a great stay and will definitely consider whenever I come back to Bangkok! - It was our first time trying Craftsman Bangkok, and my friends and I enjoyed our stay! The whole place was clean, the staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed that it's not one of those very busy accommodations with loads of people. It was easy to book Bolt/ Grab rides from the hotel as well. There's also a big 7-11 nearby! The room was a little small for the two of us, but it didn't bother us much.

- CHIA HSUAN (9/5): I stayed for 4 nights with my sister, we enjoyed the stay here, and had really decent sleeps - The hotel is clean and quiet, a nice hotel to have a relaxed vacation. The staff is extremely friendly. Also, the breakfast at Baby is delicious. The location is a 15-20 minute walk from the BTS. If you travel by BTS, it might be a bit inconvenient, but it's not a big problem. And the water pressure is a bit low.

- Judith (9/5): Schoon, nieuw en een aanrader! - Erg fijne accommodatie. Het was schoon, nieuw, vriendelijk personeel en er zat een leuk barretje bij. Eigenlijk alles wat je wil op vakantie! Het duurt enige tijd voor je je deposit terug krijgt. Naar mijn idee duurt dit te lang.
