- silvia (10/5): Hotelul combinat cu Europa Park o alegere foarte buna - Micul dejun consistent, varietate mare, inclusiv fructe, iaurturi, produse de patiserie. Am fost cu adevărat impresionată de serviciile acestui hotel și de grija autentică față de clienți. Totul a fost făcut cu mult bun-simț, căldură și profesionalism. Mâncarea a fost excelentă, exact ca în tavernele din Grecia – gustoasă, proaspătă și pregătită cu suflet. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult faptul că recomandările pentru preparate erau făcute în funcție de ceea ce ți s-ar potrivi cu adevărat, nu doar pentru a vinde mai mult. Rar întâlnești această sinceritate și atenție față de client. Personalul a fost extraordinar de amabil și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze. Corina și doamna Stela au făcut ca întreaga experiență să fie una specială. Doamna Stela, deși este proprietara hotelului, era atât de apropiată și implicată încât nici nu ai fi spus că ocupă această poziție – mereu prezentă, atentă și gata să ajute. Am apreciat enorm și faptul că m-au ajutat inclusiv cu informații găsite pe internet și cu organizarea transportului. După fiecare masă primeam chiar și sugestii utile pentru transport și deplasare. Este genul de loc în care te simți cu adevărat binevenit, nu doar un simplu turist. Recomand din tot sufletul!

- Dani Ela H. (7/5): Gerne wieder, wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und bei Fragen wurde sehr nett geholfen. - Die Lage zum Europapark ist gut, in ungefähr 10-15 Minuten ist er zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und wird ständig nachgefüllt. Ich hatte angegeben, dass wir Hochzeitstag hatten und der Tisch wurde dezent für uns dekoriert mit Blumen und einer Kerze. Das fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Ein Glas Sekt aufs Haus gab es mit einem strahlenden Lächeln und Glückwünschen zusätzlich. Das Bad dürfte gern renoviert werden und der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mit langen Haaren dauert das waschen etwas länger.

- Cioc Beatrice (10/5): Atmosfera relaxanta - Am ales hotelul pentru distanta fata de cele 2 atracții, Europa Park si Rulantica. Am descoperit ca nu a fost doar o locație aproape de atracțiile noastre, ci a fost mai mult un sentiment de "acasa". Wir haben am Hotel immer einen PArkplatz bekommen und zusätzlich PArkkarten für den Freizeitpark und Rulantica. Das bendliche griechische Essen war sehr lecker. Die Betten und Kissen sind von guter Qualität - die Reinigung ist sehr professionell und alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist frisch und reichhaltig von Menge und Angebot. Es gibt nur Zimmer, die über eine geschwungene Treppe erreichbar sind.( Kein Aufzug) Bei Einschränkung der Bewegung, kann es zum Problem werden.

Only 10 min walk from Europapark and close to many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tap water is not so great. We unfortunately had to buy bottled water. It would be great if the mattress were more firm. It was a little floppy. It would be great if there were more English or french TV channels that were unblocked. (I would pay extra for this service). Also would be great if one could access streaming services on the TV, such as netflix or prime. Or be able to connect a phone to the TV to access streaming services.
