• Roman (9/5): recommended for a couple for 1-2 night stay - Everything was good, fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was well enough. The room was quiet and spacious. There was no parking in the area, although the location is convenient in terms of shops and attractions.

• Nicole (9/5): Polecam serdecznie ten hotel. - Bardzo fajny hotel, znajdujący się w samym centrum miasta. Mimo tego można w nim wypocząć, nie jest tu głośno, a modlitwy z meczetu nie budzą ze snu. Do wszystkiego jest bardzo blisko. Widać, że niedawno został przeprowadzony remont, pokoje są czyste i nowe. Co jest dla nas dużym atutem - zakaz palenia papierosów w środku budynku. Nie doświadczycie tutaj smrodu papierosów, a niejednokrotnie w Turcji mieliśmy z tym problem. Klima dobrze sprawdza się zarówno w chłodzeniu, jak i w grzaniu. Łazienka jest ładna i nie ma w niej nieprzyjemnych zapachów. Bardzo dobre ciśnienie wody, długo można kąpać się w cieple, nie jest to na szczęście bojler. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna, a manager bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku co było dla nas dużym atutem. Śniadania smaczne, świeże pieczywo i warzywa. Herbata parzona w tradycyjnym stylu. Bardzo dobre miejsce na nocleg, polecam serdecznie. My zostaliśmy tutaj dłużej niż planowaliśmy :) Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

• Gabriel (10/5): Sejur de o zi la hotel Artan în Isparta - Micul dejun bogat ,amplasat în centru orașului, nu are parcare proprie dar la 200 de metri există parcare cu bariere, am achitat pe o zi :70 lire !
• Rahel (6/5): - Great shower and location. Free parking a few streets away. The non smoking room is reeking of cigarette smoke. The breakfast only has Turkish+ soluble coffee. Aircon didn't work. A bit pricey for what it is.

• L (1/5): Stay away at all costs - Nothing - the best thing was a mediocre breakfast The room was small, the wall paper was peeling off the wall, there were loose wires taped together hanging out of the wall, the door was off the safe so it was useless, the light on one wall was burnt out so it was too dark to read and to make things even better it was extremely noisey. Peope were talking loudly below our window until after midnight and then when they stopped the garbage trucks started coming to pick up the trash. The room has no sound proving so it was impossible to sleep.

Въпреки че ползвахме навигация, ни отне много време и нерви да се доберем до хотела с кола. Наложи се да платим на такси, което да ни покаже пътя. Няма паркинг към хотела, а само възможност за паркиране на улицата, което на тази централна локация се оказа невъзможна мисия. От хотела не бяха особено отзивчиви да ни упътят към място за паркиране. Едва след предложение да им заплатим, за да ни покажат, къде е платеният паркинг, се размърдаха.

Artan hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were super kind and helpful. Especially Tuğçe — she was amazing and helped me a lot during my stay. I really appreciate her kindness and warm attitude. Thank you for making my time in Isparta so lovely! 💕

• Cheryl (6/5): - The property was nice - expected 3* Rooms were neat, some updating *** telephone was very dirty Had only a bit of toilet paper - the next a.m. had to go to reception to get another roll !! Wifi ONLY in the room and then it was only accessible part of the time. The "single room" our friend stayed in had a tv that didn't work, a/c that didn't work and Wifi that would not connect. Breakfast was simple, but enough Reception was friendly, but minimal English, therefore very difficult to relay needs. Overall, you pay for 3*, you get 3*

Климатика в стаята нямаше дистанционно и отказаха да ни предоставят такова! Няма в близост паркинг и трябва да търсиш в уличките къде да спреш и тъй като до хотела не се стига с кола си носиш багажа на ръка

• c-porter333 (10/5): Overnight stay in a single room. - Stayed here overnight as I was with Ankara concert group & friends. The hotel is central & all the reception staff were very helpful & welcoming. I had a single en suite room which was very clean & modern bathroom. The breakfast is a bit sparse but did the job. Gave it 5 stars as for the price it was well worth. it. Would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Yucef-GB (10/5): A good 3 stars hotel - A well located three stars hotel in a busy commercial street in isparta, The room was comfortable, clean and with comfy beds The breakfast buffet was ok (for a three stars hotel) The reception staff was helpful The only negative point is the noisy surroundings .
• R (5/5): Passable - It was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was very noisy in the hotel and from the street. The staff weren't very helpful. 3 lights with only one bulb that worked. Fidge didn't work. And it was so noisy. I did book the cheapest room but that does not excuse the lack of maintenance nor unhelpful staff.

• ANDREW (2/5): Terrible do not stay here - IHi we didn't stay at the hotel because it wasn't fit for Purpose. The website is very miss leading I would not recommend stay at this hotel. The rooms are not clean and very scruffy. See these photo's uploaded. The room also smelt of cigarettes.

• Melanie (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk staff were very patient and accommodating. They also were understanding of our need for language translation. The room was inviting and smelled nice. Looked over a nice street.
• Burcu (6/5): Pleasant - Location, friendly staff. Outdated and broken furniture, we booked a room with 3 beds but third bed was a camper one. Then we changed the room with 3 proper bed one. It was so noisy second night as its surrounded with bars. Breakfast was horrendous, smelly.

• Lukas (9/5): Superb - There's a central heating and AC, hot water was running ok, it just took some time before it started to be really hot. Location is perfect, just in the city center. Many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff did not speak a single word of English. Furniture in our room was quite old. There's no parking and it's not even possible to come to the hotel by car, as it's in pedestrian area.

• Oguzhan (4/5): Otopark yok - Bir geceden fazla kalınmamalı. Bence en büyük problem "otopark var" bilgisine rağmen otoparkın bulunmaması. Konum zaten ara sokakta. Otopark var bilgisine güvenip arabayla gidip zar zor otele ulaştığınızda resepsiyon tarafından belediyenin kapalı otoparkına yönlendiriliyorsunuz. Otopark var bilgisi vererek alenen yalan söylüyorlar ve bence en büyük problem bu.

• Boyko_velev (7/5): Good - Location of hotel is very good, also price, personal is helpful, but English is a problem, so you could use translator. There is a cheap parking near. Some refreshments could be made. I would visit it again, it is a good stop for traveling to Antalya. Room was nice, but shower needed repair or change. Hotel should fix the air-conditioning system, as it is central, I think, at the moment - you can't control it from remote.

• Al (2/5): Very poor - The smell of cigarettes was too strong, most of the appliances were out of order creating a big discomfort (the showers were broken, the air conditioning ,were not working unless you called the reception, the windows could fell at any time, the quality of the food at breakfast was of the lowest type, we couldn t eat. It s a shame that such a nice building is not maintained in proper shape.

• Natalia (8/5): Very good - Good location, the room was clean. special thanks for checking in earlier than at 14.00 and tea in the lobby bar in the evenings. Good price, good option for a short stay. The room smells like people used to smoke in there. I’m not a smoker, so I had to air the room like all the time. At the daytime it is fine, but at night it was quite noisy outside, so we did not sleep very well because of that.

• V (7/5): Central Location - I appreciated the location, helpful staff and clean rooms. Everything is well equipped and the beds are very comfy! The AC is managed from the reception, and they kept turning off despite several calls to the reception - two booked rooms were rather stuffy in tbe morning.

However, there was no minibar in the room. The breakfast was nice. And you can get tea and coffee for free 24 hours.
