• vojtob (9/5): - Byť vo veľmi kľudnéj zóne, dokonca so záhradou. Do mesta peši 10 minút. Perfektné miesto, takmer v meste, ale úplný kľud. Roztahovaci gauč nebol veľmi pohodlný na spanie, ale nevadí, byť je naozaj super.
• Iwona (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament idealny dla pary. Kuchenka źle podłączona przy włączonych więcej niż dwóch palnikach brak mocy i nie grzeje. Na kawę starczy a obiady w osteriach😀
• Dariusz (10/5): - Wszystko było jak należy. Lokalizacja niedaleko starego miasta. Miejsca parkingowe dostępne były przy ulicy. Kilka kroków do najbliższej restauracji. Ogólnie San Gimignano i okolice to piękne miejsce. POLECAM!

• Angela (9/5): Lovely characterful apartment - The apartment was in a great location, was clean, with a comfy bed. It met our needs as a base for our week long visit to Tuscany. The two chairs in the apartment weren't very comfortable.
• Bruce (10/5): We loved staying here and even extended our stay. We hope to be back! - Davide was a great host who met us and did a walk through. The apartment was charming and clean. There's a washing machine for clothes. Parking was easy and free on the street. It is in a safe quiet neighborhood off the touristic path but a 10 min walk into the old city. We loved staying here. There was nothing to dislike.
• Pieter (7/5): Nice apartment. Nice area. Good location once you know how to use the bus service. - The bathroom was excellent. The space in the kitchen was good. Once you knew how to use the bus service the location was good but we wasted time finding this out. The bus service could have been explained or information left regarding how to access. There were not enough water glasses. Poor quality eating knives. No champagne glasses. Only 2 mugs for tea or coffee. Having cold water for the shower on the last morning - no hot water - maybe timings need to be adjusted.

• Jodeine (9/5): We had the most wonderful week in Tuscany, and felt right at home in this lovely apartment! - We were warmly greeted by Davide who was a great host and very responsive. This apartment was beautifully furnished and super comfortable. It really felt like a home, rather than a holiday let. It was also in the perfect location; nestled in a quiet residential setting just 10 mins walk from the town or the supermarket. Loved it, and would highly recommend! It's really difficult to offer constructive criticism, as we absolutely loved this apartment! My only comment is that the balcony is fairly small and not south-facing, so you only get sun for part of the day. It's also only accessible via stairs - not a problem for us but it might be for other travellers with mobility difficulties.

We also were able to walk to a winery about 20 mins away and were close to a bus stop Maybe some mosquito spray would be helpful for the evenings
• Oscar (8/5): Great, simple and well-equipped stay. Recommend - Lovely and easy host, nice local location, and easy access to the old city. Great kitchen, lovely terrace, washing machine was there, and just overall everything you would need. Great value for the money. Not much to dislike. We enjoyed this nice, simple stay.
• Jonathan (10/5): It was a really great stay! I'd come back :) - It was very easy to collect the keys from Davide. I was running later than I expected and it was no problem to him. He got in touch before we flew out to Italy too, to make arrangements for us to collect the keys and that was lovely as it put things at ease knowing he would meet us there. Davide also helped me find a taxi the evening before levening. I'd left it a bit late as we were going to take the train, but there anticpated strikes and a taxi would be easier to catch the flight in time. He gave me three numbers, and one of them arranged to take me at short notice. I was very thankful and Davide was very helpful :)

• Angelo (10/5): Excellent place in San Gimignano - Excellent apartment located just 10-min walk from the old part of san Gimignano, ideal for visiting the town (and the surroundings). The neighbourhood is very quiet, safe and pleasant; it is easy to find a parking place nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. Both beds are comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. WiFi works well. The owners are gentle and very helpful. Highly recommended.
• Tilla (9/5): way better then "industrial tourism" type of network hotels. - elegant, good taste, confortable apartment, in a home like environement, cca. 10 - 15 minutes walk to hill town. easy to find parking place nearby. probabbly washing machine would be welcome. i did not needed a washing maschine but if i had stayed longer it could be useful
