Ett större kylskåp; nu fick större flaskor inte plats för kylning och det skulle vara önskvärt under varmare säsong, Vidare skulle det vara praktiskt med krokar för kläder i badrummet (som förövrigt var perfekt)!

Instrukcie k ubytovaniu boli jasne, ziaden problem s pristupom do apartmanu. Poloha bola vyborna, kusok peso k centru mesta. Kusok od ubytovania bola aj verejne parkovacia garaz. Apartmany boli ciste. Perina bola na manzelskej posteli jedna velka pre 2 osoby, ale to je v HR bezne. Bolo pre nas zaujimave zistenie, ze vsetky apartmany boli na prizemi a kodovany pristup bol najprv na spolocnu vstupnu chodbu, z ktorej boli samostatne vstupy do jednotlivych apartmanov pomocou klucov. Cize ste mali svoje sukromie, ci uz ako priatelske pary, alebo samostatne. Jedinou chybickou bolo horsie splachovanie zachoda v najvacsom apartmane, vacsinou po splachnuti pretekala stale voda. Neskor sa nam podarilo splachovat tak, aby po naplneni nadrzky uz voda nepretekala. A tiez stoji za informaciu, ze chladnicky sice su na apartmanoch, ale su uplne malinke s malym vyparnikom. Nastastie nam to stacilo na zachladenie zakladnych potravin pocas vikendu. Na dlhsi pobyt by to bolo malo.
• Or (9/5): Lovely 🥰 - The location of the place is amazing ! Right in the center of the city close to everything. Finally a shower that had hot water for more than 10 minutes. Tbh I can’t blame the place for that but I’m a short person especially in Croatia where everyone are 6’7 for some reason lol but because of that the toilet was really high and I couldn’t touch the ground kinda make you uncomfortable lmao but that was basically my only inconvenience. I also think they should add cleaning during the week but again nothing major. Overall great place I recommend.

• Dimitra (10/5): Υπέροχη - Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο, ανακαινισμενο , δίπλα στο κέντρο (5'). Πολύ ήσυχο και καθαρό με ανέσεις για διανομή και για παραπάνω ημέρες (δυνατότητα μαγειρεματος), πολύ καλή θέρμανση. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και πολύ καλή, παρόλο που δεν υπήρξε φυσική επαφή, αλλά δεν υπήρξε κανένα πρόβλημα. Μας επετράπη να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας στον χώρο μέχρι την ώρα αναχώρησης μας μετά το check out πράγμα φοβερά βοηθητικό. Γενικά είναι το τέλειο δωμάτιο στο τέλειο σημείο. Just a perfect apartment!

There is a good Indian restaurant almost across the street and a great coffee place on the corner that makes nice pastries and sandwiches. The bed in the apartment was very comfortable. Its a minor thing but there are big plates, small plates, cups and glasses and cutlery but it would have been nice to have 2 bowls for cereal or other things like it.

Ook zijn er bakkerijen, cafés, restaurants en supermarkten in de buurt. Dit was heel erg handig voor mij. Vond ook dat de kamer groot en comfortabel was. Als een vrouw vond ik het goed en meedenkend dat er ook maandverbanden, tampons waren in de badkamer. Dit kan ik als vrouw erg waarderen. Ik kwam hierheen voor het eerst alleen als een vrouw en heb me in de omgeving van het verblijf veilig gevoelt. Niks

No tiene cocina, y los pocos platos lo tienes que fregar en el baño. Estaría bien más información sobre aparcamiento en zona pública de la zona y más fiable los precios de parking. Se nos comentó sobre 13,5€/día y pagamos 54€ por menos de 2 días.

Para pasar 1-2 noches, si no vas a estar mucho en la habitación va perfectamente y la ubicación es excelente.

Nothing to complaint about. The only accident was the first night something went wrong with the hot water. We postponed our schedule to next afternoon in order to take showers on next day morning. Whereas, the landlord was very friendly and quick reaction on our issues. Appreciate it.

• anthony (9/5): - Very clean and updated room. Free parking in front of the building. A very large bathroom and shower for European standards. Roughly a 10 minute walk down to Zadar old town entrance across the pedestrian bridge We could not get in contact with the property through email or phone ahead of our arrival for the check in details, no one answered the phone or replied to emails. There is no on site check in, you need to get ahold of the property before hand for the door codes. Luckily the housekeeping lady was just exiting the building as we arrived and was able to contact someone and got us the code. If we had not arrived exactly at that moment, we're not sure if we would have gotten into our room at all. Aside from this the room was excellent.

It’s a cute and cozy place, and you can tell that the interior was well thought. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It’s about a 5-minute walk to a lovely park and around 10 minutes to the old town. Most of the main sights are within walking distance, so it’s super convenient if you’re planning to explore the area. Thank you, Aurelia Antik for the nice stay! The walls are a bit thin and you can hear everything around you.

• Paul (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location close to the Old Town, the accommodation is a large room equipped with a large bed, a large lounge suite, a modern, well-equipped kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom/shower. There is a bakery and a Studenac Market supermarket nearby on the corner of Petrinjska ul Although on the ground floor, there are a few steps to climb on entry to the building. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, a kettle and a microwave, plus plenty of plates and crockery. There are limited supplies of coffee, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc, for more than 1-2 days stays as there is no housekeeping.

Both were very comfortable and quiet. Street is busy, but you don't hear it inside. Location was wonderful, just a few minutes walk to markets, cafes, landmarks, and green spaces. Would recommend for families looking for two rooms in same space.

• Danil (7/5): Good - Really comfortable mattress, had a perfect sleep on it. All in all the apartment offered us a cozy, relaxing experience, with warm lighting, warm temperature and a nice shower. Some kitchen facilities are offered but they are so limited one cannot really make use of them (for example there are plates and glasses , but they are placed in a tiny narrow cupboard with no place to wash them whatsoever). The owner kindly offers some ingredients for tea and coffee as well , as shown in the pictures, but very limited (coffee capsules for one time only, and since we'd have liked to have morning coffee , we went out to buy ourselves). Finally and most importantly, the apartment should have been designed in a way that allows it to "breathe" more, as the air is not circulated so well and there is a moldy spot under the sink in the bathroom, as well as a stuffy smell coming from the toilet.

We visited these places more frequently than the tourist centre ones. All was good though the mattress does have a dip towards the middle.

The area around the facilities was safe. There were restaurants, cafes, grocery stores within 500m of the apartment. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Amenities sufficient for short stay. Very nice time! Place had slight smell of stale tobacco. Bed was in fact the type with two attached small/single beds. Mini fridge might be restrictive for longer stays. More coffee pods would have been appreciated. Still, nice place, very satisfied- thanks!
