• David (10/5): - Voor mensen die op een budget zijn en nog steeds een fantastische tijd willen hebben raad ik dit hotel aan! Ze hebben hostel kamers, die een stuk goedkoper zijn, maar comfortabel en gezellig. Ik heb hier vrienden gemaakt met iemand uit Thailand en Korea en heb met hun drie dagen gesnowboard. Het ontbijt is fantastisch ook voor vegetariërs! Sauna en zwembad zijn ook super fijn.

Круто, что в раздевалках есть зона для чаепития, можно выпить вкусный, горный чай. Телевизор, он часто сам по себе выключался и перезагружался. Если вы приходите на завтра уже ближе к 10 утра, то буфет будет очень уставшим. Завтрак средний.

• Cristina (8/5): Recomendable si estas dispuesto a pagar bastante - Justo lo que buscaba, zona de naturaleza con piscina climatizada y sauna para escapa de relax. Para los amantes del esquí ideal porque justo allí empieza el acceso a pistas. Restaurante bueno. Habitación minúscula, la cama tenía que estar pegada a la pared por un lado y no había sitio donde dejar las maletas. En el único hueco que había nos impedía abrir bien la puerta del baño. Nos molestó sobretodo por lo que pagamos y porque estando allí 4 noches no nos dieron una habitación más cómoda. Restaurante también algo caro pero igual que los otros dos de la zona (supongo que se aprovechan del dificil acceso)

• EAINI AHMAD (10/5): Best stay at Shymbulak Ski Resort. - I had a wonderful stay at Shymbulak Ski Resort. The overall service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a very good variety and quality. The facilities were a big plus: the sauna and heated pool were perfect for relaxing after skiing, and the ski equipment storage area was very convenient. The best part is the location — the resort is right in front of the ski slopes, which makes access incredibly easy. For anyone looking to ski near Almaty at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Shymbulak. The accommodation, equipment rental options, and location offer great value. I will definitely come back again. Just one item to improve is the shower seems clogged but was rectified rigth away by the hotel.

• LINGLI (10/5): Perfect - Very good hotel .the view is amazing . All the food and facilities are excellent.definitely 10 out of 10. the staffs very nice .Especially Niyaz!!!!!!! 100 out of 10 !!!!!! He helped me a lot .This guy's super nice and helpful – when I left he saw me struggling with my heavy luggage and went out of his way to help me all the way to the car. Made my trip end perfectly. Really hope I can come back for skiing again!

Great for - Klein ( a male staff at the reception ) was helpful, spoke fluent English. Sauna is great to heal the body after Snowboarding. In the sauna room, they prop sauna hats, and tea/water. There is a hot swimming pool too. I stayed in the dormitory room with 6 others. There is a huge locker inside the room, in all your amenities will be there. You can even keep your suitcase inside, it’s that big. The staff responded to all my questions on WhatsApp even when I was not in this county. Nothing

• Akhil Mohan (9/5): The stay is comfortable in the mountain range which is an awesome experience ! - The room was okey with a beautiful view.The size is for a family of 3 only.The location is nice, but transport to the hotel is via only cable car ( paid by customer separately ) or by electric car ( hired by customer) which all are separate payments. It will be great if transport to the hotel is provided by the hotel or even the transport of luggages. The breakfast options can be improved a bit more.

The staff were very helpful, the food was good, and the view was spectacular — we loved every bit of it. It was also my husband’s birthday, and when I informed the restaurant team and requested a complimentary cake, they surprised us by bringing it to our table during breakfast. We truly appreciated the gesture and the warm hospitality.

• CJ (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We stayed for one night at Shymbulak Mountain Resort and felt so lucky to experience the beautiful snowfall in the morning — such a magical moment! ❄️ The room was cozy and comfortable with a lovely mountain view. We had a late lunch when we arrived and dinner as well — both were delicious and served with great hospitality. 🍽️ Breakfast had only a few selections, but it was still satisfying, and the free manual coffee was amazinggg! ☕️ A perfect short stay to relax and enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

Сейчас прохладно , а на балконе на креслах нет каких нибудь тёплых покрытий- меха или подушек. Хочется подольше посидеть на балконе, но- быстро замерзаешь...

• Raushan (10/5): Понимаю что общий дизайн соответствует теме туризма, но напротив ресепшена я бы убрала эти национальные протёртые одеяла - Каждый день восхищалась видом из окна, даже во время завтрака, стеклянные стены позволяли радоваться взглядом на горы! Даже сидя в сауне, можно смотреть на горы, бассейн тёплый, купались даже холодную погоду. Нет слов от восторга, все великолепно! Немного смутило вид напротив ресепшена
