- Suchetha (8/5): Overall a wonderful stay in this property - The location is excellent, situated in a premium area and easily one of the best locations in Chennai. The family rooms were well maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were very helpful and courteous, and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely choose the same location for our next visit to Chennai. No complaints .

The bed linen was not fresh. The furniture in the room was in poor condition. There was no ' Do not Disturb ' sign available. The breakfast was mediocre, even though the number of items were adequate. The preparation and presentation was so ordinary -- borderline tasteless. The photos on the website were deceptive. The hotel is not well kept.

- Somu (2/5): Families stay away , nothing is premium or botique about this place - Location Nothing in this property felt like a premium or a 3-star hotel or boutique. Everything was old, rusty, and very distasteful. The beds were just okay. There is not even proper sockets for you to plug in to charge. The sockets were very old. It doesn't have new pins to plug in. And the most disgusting part is cigarette butts everywhere in the common areas. So it doesn't seem very family-friendly. We stayed with young kids, and it was not great. You have people smoking outside your room and in the garden area. Everything was hardly okay. It felt like a club rather than a boutique residency in a premium location. That's it. The only positives were the staff. The only good thing was the owner was a little accommodative when I raised all these complaints via bookings.com , He was okay to upgrade our room to a suite room to make us feel better for our stay. But that's the only positive we had on this entire stay. I would never recommend this for families. Especially people who are looking for some sort of premium boutique stay in Ngumbakam area. I think there is a lot better option than this. And all the reviews on booking.com are not that accurate as well.
