Mais ça, la direction n y peut rien. Donc nous sommes entièrement satisfait.

- Gruchała (1/5): - Przy kropowkach Specjalnie zapłaciłem więcej pieniędzy za pokój 4osobowy delux a wcisnęli nam pokój który na zdjęciach przypominał do złudzenia superior (dużo tańszy) i twierdzą że nie mają nic sobie do zarzucenia, dobrze oglądacie zdjęcia bo wstawia 15 zdjęć pięknego pokoju i gdzieś na koniec jedno dużo gorszego i tym sobie ge*be wycierają. Oszustwo marketingowe moim zdaniem. Jestem mocno rozczarowany więcej nie skorzystam i niepolecam. Niestety zrobiłem tylko jedno zdjęcie kanapy z wyprutymi guzikami z poduszek, nie spodziewałem się że będzie można tu zdjęcia dodawać, co również świadczy o tym że pokój był kiepski zawsze robimy zdjęcia żeby rodzinie pokazać a tu wstyd by to było zrobić w porównaniu do zdjęć na booking.

Two days before our arrival, we received a message with all the information. - we needed to leave the tax in our room the day of the departure - the times of the spa are specific, so we couldn’t try it - the room wasn’t clean and the sheet looked quite dirty - the breakfast is cold and there is no table in the room to eat properly.. For the parking, the host told us to park our car in a place she knows. We needed to leave the money in our room. We came back the next day and the man of the car park charged us extra !!! (Even with the proof of the messages and the pictures of the money we left) Really poor organisation and we didn’t see any staff during our visit.

- Valentina Abruzzese (3/5): Non lo consiglio - La posizione è perfetta, sulla via principale e la struttura pulita. Ultimo piano, senza ascensore con la struttura vuota. Un caldo infernale, lucernari aperti con la neve fuori. Nessuno passa a gettare la spazzatura, gli avanzi della colazione restano fuori la porta. Nella stanza che ci hanno dato (un sottotetto) non c'è neanche un tavolino piccolo per poggiarsi a fare colazione, la colazione si fa sul letto, che nessuno però viene a pulire. Il proprietario si può contattare solo tramite whatsapp, e risponde quando può... Io personalmente non lo consiglierei, troppo disagevole.

- Alicja Ja (10/5): - Przede wszystkim kontakt z wirtualną recepcją. Pani była bardzo miła, pomocna i na bieżąco reagowała na nasze zapytania i kwestie. Poza tym pokoj byl baŕdzo cieply, lozko wygodne. Wszystko jest pod reka z uwagi na lokalizacje. Wisienka na torcie jest swietne spa. Powrot z calodziennej wedrowki w gorach do goracej sauny to prawdziwa ulga dla ciala i duszy To byl nasz drugi pobyt w tym miejscu, ktory zdecydowanie powtorzymy nie raz. Bardzo dziekuje Paniom, ktore nam pomogly!!

- Carl (10/5): Would highly recommend this hotel. Quiet, central location and very good comnunication - Hotel was accommodating with our requests. Fast response , prompt information upon arrival regarding codes. Hotel was quiet. Amazing breakfast Could have done with a couple of little chais by the table to eat breakfast
