- Cagri (10/5): - Göl kenarı olmasına rağmen çok uygundu. Gayet kibar bir şekilde ilgilendiler. Ailece kalınacak bir yer. Tekrar gelsem yine kalmak isterim. Park sıkıntısı da yok.

Hotel denied our reservation claiming they don't deal with Hotels.com and that they did not confirm the booking to them despite the receptionist read out for me the details of my booking and even printed it (contradictory). Then he offered us a sub- standard room in another place outside the hotel which I didn't accept. Finally, he returned my money back. N

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Many disappointing issues. Never stay there. Very dirty, smelly, bad amenities, noisy, no privacy as it is very close to other accommodations. We only liked the stream location next to the hotel although there was a street in between the hotel and stream not like the advertised picture. Does not worth the value of the money. - Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was so small, not clean, dirty and very limited bathroom facilities. Noisy general atmosphere and poor privacy. Breakfast; poor amenity dine at the same place as the reception, one plate of badly assorted samples; plates are pre prepared and put uncovered on a counter which makes healthy hazard. It does not worth the money and highly not recommendable.
