It was a little dated and smell moldy , the beaches from the cross the road, so if you want to go to beach to get take a walk

If you want to move around, the shopping district....then it may be better to stay across the Han river to avoid the traffic voes - especially in the evening. Our primary reason to book this hotel was their vegan breakfast offering which disappointed us for the quality and lack of variation for 4 days. Everything else met expectation except for this.

Tout était très humide dans la chambre : les meubles le sol les portes . Le sol était vraiment mouillé et l'eau coulait... Le personnel nous a apporté un deshumidificateur pour tout le séjour; Inconcevable dans un 5 étoiles. Le balcon n 'était pourvu d'aucun meuble : ni chaise ni table. Et on nous a conseillé de ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre pour éviter encore l humidité... Donc le balcon ne servait à rien . Une grande partie de la piscine était en réfection. De plus la partie non en travaux donne sur un immeuble délabré . Pour moi ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Nous souhaiterions un dédommagement ........

- ELENA (3/5): the stay was let down by a chaotic late check-in, poor service, closed pool, and underwhelming breakfast. - The room itself was a standout — spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great views from level 30. Staff were consistently polite and friendly throughout the stay, and small touches like the complimentary mangoes were appreciated. The check-in process was extremely disappointing. Despite a 3pm check-in time, we arrived at 3:30pm and were told the room wouldn’t be ready until 5pm, eventually gaining access at 5:50pm after multiple follow-ups. After a full day of travel — and having noted a birthday on the booking months in advance — this lack of preparation and communication was frustrating. The pool, which was one of the main reasons for booking, was under renovation — a major letdown. The overall level of service did not meet expectations. There was no assistance with organising day trips, transport, or airport transfers, leaving guests to arrange everything themselves. Breakfast was poor — while there was variety, the quality did not match. Additionally, the elevators were slow and inefficient despite there being four, which added to the inconvenience during the stay.

- Jojo (4/5): Un 5 étoiles où seul le personnel brille!! - La gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner. Nous avons séjourné au Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang avec des attentes élevées compte tenu du standing annoncé, mais l’expérience a été très contrastée. Dès notre arrivée, les premières chambres proposées étaient difficilement supportables en raison d’odeurs très fortes, au point de nous piquer le nez. Après un changement, la chambre 1509 sentait le chien mouillé, et la 1511 présentait une odeur de moisi persistante. Le personnel nous a d’ailleurs confirmé que les animaux étaient autorisés dans les chambres, ce qui pourrait expliquer en partie ces désagréments. Nous avons également constaté des signes d’usure visibles, comme une tête de lit abîmée, probablement griffée. Lors de notre visite de l'hôtel, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir que la piscine était en réparation donc inutilisable sur une partie. Nous aurions souhaité en être averti en amont, c'est ce qui avait motivé notre choix d'hôtels.... une déconvenue de plus !!! De manière générale, l’hôtel semble mal vieillir. Malgré le professionnalisme et la gentillesse des femmes de ménage, qui font leur travail avec sérieux, l’état des chambres (moquettes sales et malodorantes) et certaines odeurs désagréables jusque dans le lobby donnent une impression globale peu agréable. Il serait sans doute plus pertinent de porter l’attention sur l’entretien en profondeur des chambres plutôt que sur des rénovations superficielles.

- Jonathan (1/5): Undisclosed Construction, Poor Hygiene & Unacceptable Handling - Unfortunately, there was nothing that stood out positively during our stay I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival late in the evening, we were only then informed (via a letter left in the room) that there were ongoing construction works directly below and around the hotel. This was not disclosed at any point prior to booking, which is unacceptable as it significantly impacted our stay due to noise and disruption. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was far below an acceptable standard. The spa facilities in particular were extremely unhygienic, with a strong unpleasant smell and visibly poor maintenance. We did not feel comfortable using these facilities at all. Another major issue was the room environment itself. If the balcony door was opened even briefly, the entire room would quickly fill with condensation. This did not just affect surfaces – everything became wet, including the entrance door, mirrors, and even our personal belongings, making the room extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable to stay in. We raised these issues with staff, however the response was inadequate. We were advised that management was not available until the following day, which left us with no immediate resolution. As a result, we had no choice but to book another hotel at our own expense and leave. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund one of the nights (14th) and relied on their policy, even though the circumstances were clearly not normal and were caused by issues outside of our control that were not disclosed in advance. Finally, in our opinion, the location and overall setting of the hotel are not as good as expected. The beach view is significantly impacted by poorly maintained, rough grass landscaping, which detracts from the experience. There are better hotels in the area offering superior views and overall conditions for the same price or even less. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress, additional cost, and disruption to our trip.

Very comfy bed, big bathroom for 2 and separate toilet with a vanity, bidet type toilet seats, good aircon, very good breakfast, good swimming pool: cool but not cold in the end of March, pretty good top floor bar with > 100 beer variety, pretty good seafood dinner for 2, sauna, hot jacuzzi. Very friendly personnel. Only 20 minutes from the airport. 1. Untidy area between the hotel and a beach (but they started to do something there). 2. No beach infrastructure in front of the hotel: no sun shadows, no sun loungers, no beach towels (but I think they are working on it). 3. A bit far from the center of the beach and city (but cheap Grab taxis fix it easily). 4. Some unfinished high rise buildings nearby were abandoned during COVID time, but, unfortunately, you can see them quite often in Da Nang - Ba Na Hill - Hoi An area, so just ignore them.

Bidet on the toilet was a big plus! We had a balcony room which had amazing views of the sea. Room had a slight musty smell that we got used to in about a day. TV hdmi and usb ports didn't work but very minor issue.

- Cortney (8/5): Beautiful hotel, world-class comfort. Not my favorite area of Da Nang. - Room was beautiful and I was upgraded to a king ocean view - could not ask for more. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was huge and to die for. Staff was above and beyond. After staying in DaNang for 4 nights, I would not stay in this area of town again. It is very touristy and I would have preferred to stay further south, where I understand there is more of a digital nomad vibe. Even for a Four Points, it seemed a little pricey, but this is not a huge complaint - my perception may be off. The only thing that didn't go right for me was that I had the seafood linguine for dinner and was sick the next day. Hard to pin this solely on the hotel, but it tainted my overall stay just a tad.
