• defurtado (9/5): Localização e limpeza - Localização é o ponto alto - Chueca é um bairro muito legal, cosmopolita, animado, com 2 mercados sensacionais e posição estratégica entre os principais pontos turístico de Madrid. O quarto é muito bom, cama grande e confortável, limpeza impecável. acústica é o ponto fraco, ouve-se todos os ruídos dos quartos vizinhos, corredor do hotel e principalmente no pátio interno, que dá acesso a outros apartamentos do prédio. A janela acústica "resolve", mas não é todo o tempo que queremos ficar com o quarto vedado. senti falta também de tomadas "não USB" ao lado da cama.

• Trevor (9/5): Wonderful central small boutique hotel in Madrid - Lovely central location, friendly helpful staff (not there all the time but available as needed). Clean, comfortable and they even left complimentary snacks which felt welcoming (not even the “top” hotels do that.) One must understand that it is not a “full-service” hotel so doesn’t have amenities like restaurant, gym, lounge etc but for what it is, it is terrific. There was an antiseptic smell as you enter the main door but I just took that as evidence of cleanliness and it did not follow into the room.

• Nabil (2/5): Nuit d’enfer - Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. La rue bruyante toute la nuit discussions fortes, cris, rires , disputes sous la fenêtre, c’était infernal. Dommage on a dû écourter notre séjour. Donc je mets une mauvaise note à cette hôtel. En nous avions deux petits déjeuners gratuits et le salon de thé n’ouvrait qu’à 9h.

W lodówce czekała na nas woda w butelkach, jakieś soki i przekąska. Cienkie ściany przez co słychać rozmowy na recepcji.
• Owen (7/5): Nice stay in Chueca, if you like a lively City atmosphere & base for exploring Madrid - Great location in Chueca. 5 mins from metro (Chueca or Gran Via). Room perfect for a short-term stay and base for seeing Madrid and wider area. Bed was large and very comfortable. Not for all, but nice location on side street in Chueca, with city buzz and atmosphere. Room facilities as expected for hotel room of this nature, with good enough storage options for room of this size. Room 001 is right next to the front door of the whole hotel, so you can hear everyone going in and out, and the front door slamming shut. This is loud. The street noise would also be off-putting for others, or lighter sleepers, past 7am. We were up early 2 out of 3 mornings, however there will be more issues for others (see other reviews!) The bathroom was also musty after one day, with obvious (previous) water damage. This should be repaired, and prevented from re-occuring.

• Engeltje12 (8/5): Prima hotel, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel maar wel gehorig - De locatie midden in het centrum was top👍 De grote van de badkamer. Die was heel klein. Ook is het hotel erg gehorig. Helaas veel rumoer op de gang bij de receptie, die je in je kamer letterlijk kan verstaan.

• Beatriz (9/5): Muito boa. - Ótima hospedagem. quarto super confortável, não é espaçoso mas também não é super apertado, o banheiro é bem espaçoso. A localização é excelente, perto de todos os restaurantes bons de Madrid. Atendimento do recepcionista que estava lá para fazer nosso check-in foi super passivo agressivo. Mas depois precisei de ajuda e mandei no WhatsApp e a pessoa que respondeu me atendeu super bem.

• María Isabel (10/5): Genial, cómoda y fácil - Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación, ya que está a un paso de Gran Vía. El personal súper atento ofreciendo información antes el viaje. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y lo solucionaron en el mismo momento. La única pega que pondría que se escucha cualquier ruido que haya fuera de la habitación.

Це сталося тому що вони вказують звукоізоляцію в номері, але по факту цього немає, враховуйте це, якщо для вас важливо, чутно шум як з коридору так із вулиці. Я поскаржилася на це, спочатку мені запропонували беруші, а потім переселення в інший готель мережі Boutique Luna. Boutique Luna можу сміливо рекомендувати, привітний персонал, чисті номери, сучасний ремонт, подбали про воду, сік і снеки, кавова машина в коридорі. Любʼязно спитали чи хочу залишити багаж. Невірна інформація щодо звукоізоляції, я витратила час та нерви на зʼясування, а також кошти на повторне таксі, також незрозуміле формування цін, коли я переглядала ціну на той же номер в якому жила, але наступний день різниця була біля 50 євро

La chambre est spacieuse la literie superbe et les chambres très propres. La possibilité de laisser les bagages à l'arrivée et au départ.

• Ivan (5/5): Great location, good price, but not the best rooms. - The receptionist was very outgoing and helpfull, she really did all she could to help us out and listen to us. She provided big help and good advices when needed and was super polite during all of the process. Update: After our stay, the owner proactively reached out to us and, as compensation, refunded part of the accommodation cost. I consider this a very fair and honest gesture on their side, and I appreciate the way they handled the situation afterwards. Well, we experienced a few minor issues during our stay. Some were resolved immediately, so I wouldn’t call them a major problem, but others were not. Here is everything in order. First, our initial room had damage from what seemed to be a water incident—the wall was wet and the room smelled of damp. We asked to be moved right away, and the staff immediately changed our room, which we truly appreciated. Second, the air conditioning stopped working because a neighboring room’s remote appeared to connect to our unit. Again, the team reacted quickly and the issue was resolved. Now, the things we didn’t like: We found long black hairs (possibly left behind during cleaning) in multiple places, including the bedding and the bathroom. This was unpleasant and should not happen. The bed headboard was peeling, and when leaning on it, it left many tiny black particles on the bed. During the day, there was quite a lot of hallway noise for extended periods, making it difficult to relax in the afternoon or take a proper nap. One odd situation also occurred: in the middle of our stay, I received a message saying they hoped I had a good stay and asking me to rate the accommodation. I replied that I was still staying for a few more days. They apologized and deleted the message, so I assume it was a system error. Toilet bowl was a shaky one when you sat on it, that was a strange thing too. Overall, we appreciate the quick responses to the first issues, but the cleanliness and room maintenance problems should be addressed.

• Laetitia (5/5): Situation centrale mais confort et équipement très basic - Excellent localisation Literie confortable Notre chambre n avait qu'une petite fenêtre donnant sur un puit d aération avec des climatiseurs. Il n y avait donc pas de lumière naturelle dans la chambre, ni de vue - cf photos. Chambre plongée dans le noir. Cela devrait être communiqué par l hôtel dans la description de la chambre. On nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour une chambre dans laquelle il y avait des travaux de peinture (dégâts des eaux et forte odeur de peinture). Notre suite junior était très petite - environ 12m carré pour l espace chambre et 6m carré pour la salle de douche. L espace chambre ne correspond donc pas à une suite. On avait du mal à circuler dans la chambre - cf photo. Aucune insonorisation avec le couloir - on entend tout.

• Iveta (10/5): Modern room in the centre of Madrid - Comfortable bed, good shower and close to many facilities. Noise isolation isn't great - it could be noisy if your room in near reception or if other guests talk late at night.

Otel çarşafları ve nevresimleri temiz değildi.En kötüsü gece yatağımızdan kocaman ( el içi büyüklüğünde) bir böcek çıktı.Çok zor öldürdük. Çocuklarımın korkudan uyuyamadı bir daha çıkar diye.Çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdik.Bir daha bu otelde asla kalmam, kimseye de tavsiye etmem.
