• ARTHUR JOSE NUNES (9/5): Bem localizado , confortável , equipe atenciosa. - Funcionários excelentes . Joana, Rui e Ângela e a responsável pelo café da manhã foram muito atenciosos. O Hotel é bem localizado e ao mesmo tempo silencioso . Limpeza impecável . Seria bom se houvesse um frigobar e um cofre no quarto .
• Gual Vicente (8/5): - Está muy limpio, sencillo pero con muy buen gusto, muy tranquilo ya que está fuera del centro pero cerca calle comercial y a 15 .minutos del centro. Relación precio calidad muy bien. Quizás un poquito de mantenimiento.
• MARIA LUISA (10/5): Hotel con encanto, bien situado y atención personalizada - El desayuno estuvo muy bien y variado, La ubicación excelente, a pocos minutos andando de Aliados y a 15 minutos de la Ribeira. La habitación muy cómoda y muy limpia, El recepcionista fue muy amable y nos ayudó ofreciendonos excursiones muy interesantes, tambien nos dieron el desayuno para llevar un día, porque nos íbamos muy pronto. Encantadores todos. No hay nada negativo, es un hotel pequeño y con escaleras, no está adaptado, como tampoco lo están casi en general las ciudades portuguesas

• Charles (10/5): Excellent property and location - The receptionist at the front desk was incredible! So nice and willing to help make our stay as comfortable as possible! The location was sublime, close 15 mins walk to the heart of downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk! The room was spectacular with a great view and plenty of space! If we come back to Porto, this is where we will stay again.
• Rike (9/5): Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Porto und das Umland erkunden zu können! - Es war überaus sauber, sehr ansprechend und die Mitarbeitenden überaus freundlich hilfsbereit! Sehr charmant fand ich auch, dass du den ganzen Tag über kostenfrei Kuchen, Kaffee und Tee angeboten wurden, sehr appetitlich zubereitet!

• Trijnie (9/5): - Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke bedden met de juiste keuze voor het beddegoed. Nabij Rua Santa Catarina, de winkelstraat en dus beloopbaar naar alles in de oude stad. Er is koffie/thee de gehele dag gratis te verkrijgen met zelfs wat heerlijks erbij.

• Ahmet (5/5): Porto Otel Deneyimi - Konumu fena değil. Otelin ismi yapmıyordu, bulmakta zorlandık. Zili çaldık resepsiyon görevlisi açmadı, tesadüfen bir otel çalışanı içeri girerken biz de girdik. Resepsiyon görevlisine kapıyı niye açmadığını sorduğumda "duymadım" dedi. Ama nedense daha sonra hep zili duydu. Yorumum;check put saatinden önce gittiğimiz için ilgilenmek istemdi. Başka Nirvana mazereti varsa bunu bize söylemeliydi. Duymadım demesi hiç inandırıcı olmadı. Ayrıca odada banyo malzemeleri eksikti, örneğin duş jeli... Booking den rezervasyon yaptığım odanın zemin katta olması hayal kırıklığıydı.
• Katherine (8/5): A fab few days with friends. - We liked the location being close to the main town and easily accessible to the airport by metro with a station nearby. The coffee and cakes were a lovely touch and the man who checked up in was very helpful pointing out key places to visit and some local restaurants. We had to run the water for several minutes in the morning to get hot water. The shower head did not stay in its holder on the wall and hit both me and my friend on the head as it fell when turning off the shower.

• Hélène (9/5): Nous avons été très content de notre séjour. On recommanderait l’endroit, sans problème. - Très bien situé! À distance à pieds de tout. Propre. Personnel accommodant. Tout le mobilier est pensé pour accorder le plus de rangement possible dans un environnement pas très grand. Siège de toilette trop petit et qui bouge +++ Très inconfortable Drain de la douche coulait très mal. Éclairage de la salle de bain pourrait être amélioré.

Amabilidad de la gente que trabaja. Café y bizcoches del día de cortesía. Buscamos hotel con parking. Al llegar al hotel el parking eran 15 euros más por día de lo acordado. Creo que el error está en Booking por no especificar el precio del parking a parte.

• Mario (7/5): - Gentilezza dello staff. La stanza al terzo piano era buona e confortevole. La stanza a -1, dove sono stati i miei figli, era umida, con un chiaro odore inconfondibile, e quidi non molto confortevole.
• Patrícia (7/5): Boa, mas pode melhorar! - O hotel é razoável, bem localizado perto de tudo. A cama é muito boa. Tem sempre um lanchinho logo na entrada, com café, disponível o dia todo. Os quartos são pequenos e o atendimento deixou a desejar, principalmente no café da manhã, onde tinha somente uma atendente e não queria fazer ovos mexidos pra gente. Não tem elevador.

O quarto que fiquei estava a feder tabaco e tive que pedir que se trocasse. O hotel em si cheira muito em excesso, demasiado desagradável o excesso de aromas que metem no ar.

Centro vicino facilmente raggiungibile con Uber o a piedi per una passeggiata un po’ più lunga. L’odore troppo forte nella stanza, dovuto probabilmente dal detersivo utilizzato. Colazione mediocre. Poca scelta e per i cornetti(piccoli) abbiamo dovuto aspettare.

Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné — un grand merci à la jeune femme de l’accueil pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. L’hôtel est bien situé. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace. Parking disponible sur place (15 € en supplément).
• AYAKO (10/5): 完璧なホテル - トラブルがあって、急遽、予約を取りました。早朝から疲れていた。困っていると察したフロントの女性と掃除のスタッフは、私をアーリーチェックさせてくれたんです！本当に有り難かった。一瞬でポルトが良い思い出になりました。 なし。
• maria do Céu (9/5): - Hotel bastante agradável limpo. Quarto com bom espaço. Equipe bastante atenciosa. E a ainda a simpatia de um bolinho e chá na recepção tds os dias. Detalhes q agradam. Falta um frigobar no quarto e a descarga acionava sozinha em vários momentos, inclusive na madrugada. Fiquei com a impressão de estar relacionado com o uso do banheiro em outro quarto.

• Vanda (6/5): bom hotel para quem viaja de mochila às costas! - Do pessoal (o rececionista foi extremamente prestável), do estado geral do hotel, da limpeza, do silêncio, do espaço muito generoso do quarto. Ui, da falta do elevador! com uma mala de 20kg, não é fácil. Por gentileza o rececionista levou-nos a mala, mas sem a ajuda dele, não sei como seria.
• Diane (10/5): Great stay in this little gem - We had four rooms in this lovely small hotel. Breakfast each day was excellent. Plenty of choice. Free cake/coffee was available all day by the reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful and sorted out an issue we had with a booking for a Port wine tour. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Located not too far from the centre, we would definitely stay there again if in the city.

Mukava, rauhallinen pieni hotelli. Aamiainen oli hyvin heikko tasoinen. Ei ollut mitään lämmintä esim. Munakasta. Tosi niukka. Ei vihanneksia ym. Paljon makeita kakkuja. Enemmän muistutti kakku buffettia.
