- Taylor (10/5): Middlewick was a perfect place to soak in the magic of Glastonbury, and leave well-fed and rested! - Middlewick Farm was not only a perfect location for direct walking access to the Glastonbury Tor, but the food in their cafe was absolutely superb! Organic, local, and seasonal offerings, fresh ingredients, cozy atmosphere - we were very impressed with the food. Our cottage was darling, clean, and so quaint! We loved walking straight out our door, all the way up to the Tor, and circling back the long ways around. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered our questions. We were very jet-lagged, but enjoyed our stay here immensely! Wish we could have stayed several more days!

- Jenny (7/5): Ok for one night stay. If longer stay, would opt for a cottage. - The view, quietness. Nice selection of drink supplies. Good communication from host on afternoon of check-in, asking our arrival time and to ensure we have clear information on what to do when we got there. Poor water pressure in shower and inconsistent temperature. Heating kept cutting off and we found it cold at times. No heating in bathroom, chilly out of warmer season. No plug by a mirror for drying hair, mirror in living area would be good. Lack of places to put toiletries in bathroom, shelving would be helpful.

- Chris (9/5): Lovey - Really cozy, great location,perfect for a short stay. We had a large wooden cabin, right next to the swimming pool. That was great too. Not perfect. Couple of niggles. Car park is a long way from some of the accommodation, just be aware of that. Our electric shower was poor, but I think it was down to the water pressure. As lovely as our cabin was, it wasn't very private. Felt a bit overlooked as the main windows faced other accommodation. A minor thing, but you can't wander around in your underwear. ( maybe supply dressing gowns?)It would have been so much better had the cabin been turned 90*. That would also have helped with the fabulous view. But would we stay here again? Absolutely.

I had the granola and it was top notch. The beds were fab; fluffy pillows and duvets added to the feeling of luxury. Will definitely be back. I know it's a very old cottage but a downstairs toilet would be really useful for a 3 bedroomed house.

Staff were very helpful and presented us with a £15 voucher for the Farm shop as checking was slightly delayed. The property we stayed in was perfect for our stay. Middlewick provided us with everything we needed. Nothing!
- J (8/5): Staying in a glamping pod gave me a lovely sense of freedom! - I stayed in a glamping pod which was cute. I watch the night sky from my skylight window and from the deck which was part of my pod. I had my own separate bathroom. I had a lovely full English breakfast which set me up for the day. All of the staff were so nice. Even when glamping a girl appreciates a full length mirror 😊

The breakfast.asts in he Farm Shop and restaurant were excellent and with a wide choice. The massage treatment the spa was very, very good. Views of Glastonbury Tor. We kept saying to each other how we must come back again. Because of the curve of the glamping pod, I kept hitting my head on the wall in bed. That was down to me I suppose, not the pod. Next time we shall book a cottage rather than a pod…
- Eileen (9/5): - Very convenient place to stay for Street and Glastonbury. Beautiful countryside and walks for the dogs in abundance. I would think in summer it is even better. Cottage didn’t have confined garden for dogs. They like to run free when doing their business. We had to keep them on leads.
- Heather (5/5): I was looking forward to visiting again, but this time my choice of accommodation was disappointing. - The Cabin is charming and perfectly adequate But you can’t park nearby so luggage transporting is hazardous over uneven pathways. However! Had blissful massage at the Spa with Sunny Rose ❤️ and enjoyed using the pool 👍 Had planned meals around using an oven - there’s no oven - although this is not listed on Middlewick’s itinerary (only booking,com’s itinerary) No full length mirror Not enough plug sockets Light pollution - to sleep, can’t shut light out from the skylights- and the site/compound lighting on all night. Lack of storage for clothes - only hanging space - suggest chest of drawers. Dining “area” flimsy and very small surface area Bed rock hard, like sleeping on the floor

- Liza (9/5): Fantastic Place Away From the City - I booked a cabin during a windy weekend. When I called the office to let them know we'd be coming later than expected, they informed us that they had upgraded us to the cottage since the cabin was getting a little rickety from the strong winds. It was so nice for them to think of doing that for us. The cottage was perfect for my daughter and I. Since we got in late, it was nice having a well stocked kitchen. It was very clean. We had heat, although we couldn't figure out how to work the fireplace. The bed was firm and comfortable. In the morning, we went to the cafe for breakfast. Everyone was super nice and service was great. The cafe got packed after 10am. One of the reasons why we booked here was to use the pool, which we later found out was closed due to fixtures. They offered us discounted manicures at the spa to make up for it, but we didn't take it. I would just make sure to find out if the pool is open before booking next time. It's just a matter of personal comfort, but the pillows were too big for me to sleep on. I will definitely come back but with my own pillow.

We would recommend these cottages if looking for somewhere to stay in Somerset. Whilst the cottage was very clean. The pool could do with a little more attention.

- Rebecca (8/5): Beautiful location, great pool and spa, however needs a bit of modernising. - Fab location with walks to the tor and very quiet. The pool and spa were very enjoyable. The cottage was a little tired and needs renovating, especially the windows and bathrooms. The restaurant was quite expensive and our food was not well cooked (had to send back).
- Felicity (9/5): Wonderful stay and a surprising introduction to the area (despite living in Bristol for many years). - Staff were fantastic. Had a spa treatment and they were lovely. So many resources in the e-cabins so didn’t end up needing to bring anything (suggest they upload a list so future guests know what to bring. Shampoo and body wash in our shower cubical as well as towels. Spa ladies and massage was great. Attention to detail with shampoo in bathrooms that were sustainable. 20 min walk to Glastonbury tor. On the Sat night, a loud music session on nearby campsite/fields (sounded like a wedding so understandable) There was no coal in the shop for BBQ Pool was dirty and basic. E-cabin was hot and they didn’t have spare fans. We fitted in the bed but my head hit the roof a lot. If you are tall (or larger Ethan average) I don’t recommend the e-cabins.

Nettes Personal und aktive Kommunikation per Mail bereits ab Buchung, guter Wegbeschrieb. Schöne Obstbäume und Umgebung. Ideal auch mit Hund! Aussen und innen aufmerksam und liebevoll gestaltet, auch mit Blumen. Sehr feines Dusch und Shampoo. Im nahen Laden mit Restaurants gibts frisches Brot und das Nötigste zum Einkaufen. Das Restaurant ist abends nur 1x pro Woche offen und wir haben auf der Terrasse leckere Burger (auch vegi) genossen. Auch das SPA ist empfehlenswert. Pool klein und warm. Für uns eher obere Preisklasse aber es war das Geld wert! Etwas speziell, dass die Hunde (wahrscheinlich der Eigentümer?) frei laufen, während der eigene Hund auf dem Gelände angeleint werden muss.

- Kerrie (8/5): - The cabin was cute and on the whole clean and comfortable and for one night met all our basic needs. Middlewick has a lot of charm in the middle of the country with lovely sheep and lambs grazing in the orchard and views of the Tor. It was a fairly peaceful place despite a large party of female guests in neighbouring accommodation. The pool was very welcome at the end of a hot day especially as we had it to ourselves. The best bit however was breakfast at the cafe which offered plenty of vegetarian/vegan choices and great organic coffee. Wasn't a big fan of the little stools to sit on at the table in the cabin.
