В номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, холодильник, сейф, все работало исправно. В прохладную погоду в мае в номере было достаточно прохладно, пол холодный. Можно приобрести ваучеры для завтрака в соседнем кафе внизу. Там предоставляется 3 варианта завтрака, все вкусно и сытно. Отличное расположение - в пешем доступе от основных достопримечательностей, при этом район безопасный и ночью за окном тихо, нет шума, который мешает спать. Окна нашего номера выходили в сад возле Королевского дворца и на детскую площадку. Лифт работал исправно

Fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Altes Gebäude. Urige Balken. Loftmäßiger Fußboden. Etwas hellhörig. Aber das geht in dem alten Gemäuer nicht anders.
- Diane (8/5): We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad, zouden zeker terugkeren bij een volgend bezoek aan Madrid. - We kregen op voorhand een mail van de accomodatie met de prijs voor de taxi van de luchhaven naar de accomodatie die we konden verwachten. Er is een 24 uursreceptie wat veilig aanvoelt. Het ontbijt kan je nemen in het mooie restaurant vlak naast de accomodatie. prijs is 10€ wat een speciale prijs is voor de gasten van de accomodatie, normale prijs is16€. Lekker ontbijt, keuze uit Spaans, Gezond en Brits. De dame aan de receptie (Mariana) is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets is te veel. Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt indien gewenst, je kan dit iedere morgen aangeven. En bovenal; de geweldige ligging. Vlak over het koninklijk paleis, naast het Operagebouw, en volledig in het groen. De geluiden van buiten, ondanks het dubbele glas en de geluiden van de houten vloeren in gangen en kamers. De badkamer is zeer klein, maar alles is aanwezig; haardroger, vergrootspiegel maquillage, voldoende handdoeken.

- gong (9/5): It’s very beautiful place, make sure the views of window is right for you. - The apartment decor was excellent and classy and beautiful. The location was excellent. The building surrounding was beautiful and very nice. Los of restaurants and palaces garden nearby. Refrigerator and hot kettle were very helpful. 10 euros breakfast which the apartment offered, Café de Oriente was beautiful and stylish, the food was very healthy and a lot. We was not aware of the inside view room meaning not just inside building view, but also noise from outside of window. If you choice the room with inside building view, need to know the level of the noise, which I didn’t like. Affect my sleep quality with me.

Quite basic quality bathroom products (shower gel, shampoo and hand soap in fixed containers) - not like in photos. Expected a bit more luxury for the price.

- ADRIAN (10/5): Excellent and clean location - Great location. We stayed at apt 404 that has a view of the Palace and being at 4th floor there is not too much noise from the street. Verry clean, nicely appointed, great personnel and specially the Mariana at the front-desk was verry helpful. The breakfast arrangement offer was great in a beautiful cafe at main floor. Do not forget to ask and pay at reception for breakfast tickets to benefit the arrangements between the Oriental Palace Apartments and the Oriental Cafe. WI-FI signal is verry weak at 4th floor, 1 bars, and a WIFI repeater would be necessary per floor

Partial view of the Royal Palace, a park outside with the loudest noise: the children playing in the playground. No trafic at all. The reception was not always present, but they were in the building, just had to wait a bit.

On peut tout faire à pied. Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant. La chambre est confortable, bien équipée et très propre. 2 bémols non négligeables : - dans les petites chambres les fenêtres donnent sur une mini cours avec de grands murs donc aucune visibilité et aucune clarté. - dès 7h du mat un bruit de chaufferie ou autre qui tourne. Pas simple de dormir le matin.

Skrzypiąca drewniana podłoga, wystające deski. Brak informacji o windzie ( nie zatrzymuje się na 2 piętrze.) Winda maleńka, jeżeli chciałby skorzystać z niej gość na wózku inwalidzkim, to nie ma szansy, aby się zmieścił. Brak parkingu, ale o tym jest informacja.

Right in front of the palace and opera. the lift is comfortable and staff is super nice the aircon only worked very sporadically- in end of April you don't expect that kind of heat but we couldn't sleep and there was no cool air coming down, as the ceilings are about 4m high or more. and the whole area was without wifi for the 3/4 days. Also there are high windows and no doors or curtains so the room is very bright as soon as the sun goes up apart from the balcony door, that one has blackout curtains, but it's not much use when there is light from everywhere else. and there was room for a little kitchenette but all we had was a kettle and two cups.

- Terri (5/5): If you can get a room with a good bed, ac and know the WiFi is working it would be great. - We loved the location. It was very close to the palace. The room was charming and spacious. The WiFi was not working and the bed was horrible. We couldn't work or sleep. When I asked about the WiFi the first time the response from the front desk clerk was brash. I then sent a message through Booking.com and said if we couldn't have the bed and the WiFi fixed we would have to check out. They then put a mattress cover on the bed and gave us what I believe was someone's personal WiFi. In addition to this, the air conditioner was not up to par. We couldn't get the temperature in the room to a comfortable level.

Personnel aux petits soins, qui renseigne sans difficulté et cherche à trouver des solutions lorsqu'un problème se présente. Il manque quelques rangements dans la chambre et le frigo ne conserve pas les boissons très fraîches.
- Leticia (9/5): La mejor ubicación y un hermoso hotel - La habitación es amplia, cómoda. Tiene un pequeño balcón que da a Plaza de Oriente, hermoso. El personal es muy servicial. La ubicación es inmejorable, en uno de los lugares más bellos de Madrid Falta cuidar algunos detalles. Hay un único sillón que está vencido y por eso no es cómodo. El placard es demasiado pequeño para dos personas
- Amelia (10/5): Beautiful hotel in amazing location - We only stayed one night and arrived late but staff were very caring about our arrival making sure we were okay and on our way as our flight got delayed which was kind of them! Check in easy, room very pretty and bathroom facilities great. Perfect location right next to the palace great for exploring the city. I find foam mattresses uncomfortable but this is just personal preference.

- Grete (9/5): Beliggenheten var helt fantastisk! - Beliggenheten var helt suveren. Rommet var veldig stort og romantisk. Vi likte takbjelkene og lysekronene. Veldig bra trykk i dusjen. Mange kleshengere. Det stod en flaske cava til oss i det lille kjøleskapet som velkomsthilsen. Det var en veldig hyggelig gest og ble satt pris på. Det var mange bra restauranter og barer rett utenfor. Rolig og pent område. Vi likte det lille bordet og stolene. Det var litt knotete å ha kjøleskapet inni garderobeskapet. Kjøleskapet burde stå utenfor skapet slik at garderobeskapet kunne utnyttes bedre. Det var litt lite hyller. Vi hadde problemer med wi-fi de siste par dagene.

- TOSHIRO (10/5): 素敵なホテル - 王宮前の大変安全な場所にあります。ウェルカムシャンパンとワインをいただき、感激でした。 近くには、美味しいパン屋さんやスーパーもあり、便利です。 マドリードに来る際は、また利用したいです。 屋根裏部屋のようなつくりなので、頭を何度か打ちました。

- Maciej (8/5): Fantastic location for city touring. - Fantastic location - in front of the Royal Palace, at the back of the Opera. Beautiful view, just on the brink of the City Center. Nice and tasteful room. Quite noisy - tons of tourists in front of the window. Try to get your room as high as possible.
- Simona (4/5): Mai più - Centrale Lo staff non ha saputo fornirmi la password per connettermi al Wi-Fi… Lasciando la stanza ho lasciato delle mie cose personali in stanza e mi hanno detto che non avevano trovato niente. Poi presentandomi di persona hanno saputo solo fornirmi metà di quello che avevo chiesto pur avendo lasciato tutto nella stessa stanza con la scusa “non sappiamo dov’è il resto” chiedendomi di tornare un ulteriore volta. Come chiamarli se non “ladrones”?

Beautiful, quiet location, comfortable large room, well furnished, fully equipped kitchen. We can only recommend it. We didn't use the breakfast, but we saw where it was served. I'm sure that whoever used it was satisfied. We slept exceptionally well, with very good pillows and comfortable mattresses. In such a huge room, the double bed could be a little wider. The bed is around 150 cm, which is incomprehensible for such a price range.

Beautiful historic building, spacious room. Plenty of hot water, good shower and air conditioning. Useful kettle and fridge facilities. Harsh bright lighting - some low level ambient lights would have been nice for the evenings. Lack of drawers and surfaces for personal items.
