• Michael (6/5): It was adequate and no extras at all. - Great central location to the subway (tube) Enjoyed the elevator (lift) since we were on the 4th floor The shower was extremely small ( functional at best) Air Conditioner only cooled where the bed is. The remainder of the room and bathroom were hot We were not told we had to maintain the jug that was catching the condensation from the A/C. It over flowed and our back pack was soaked and pictures from our recent cruise were ruined and paperwork damaged. The toilet stopped working on our last morning. We had to use the water jug from the A/C to flush the toilet. The TV is mounted on the wall above the wardrobe and the bottom portion of the screen was not visible. Bed was very low to the floor.

• Filip (8/5): Pobyt była bardzo udany, w pokoju można było spokojnie wypocząć przed kolejnym dniem wrażeń. - W pokoju i łazience było bardzo czysto. Pościel i ręczniki były śnieżno białe. W pokoju była sprawna klimatyzacja, działająca lodówka i ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami do użytku przez gości. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, tuż przy stacji metra, blisko jest sklep spożywczy CONAD oraz sporo małych knajpek z pizzą, kebabem oraz słodkościami.

Krevet je veoma udoban, u ormaru ima pokrivača. Sve u svemu, za sve se možete obratiti vlasniku koji je jako preduzimljiv i obziran, sve preporuke za ovaj smeštaj! Komšije i okolina znaju biti bučni pa stoga ko ima problema sa spavanjem neka ponese čepiće za svaki slučaj ukoliko ostavljate otvoren prozor noću.
• Mariana (7/5): Good location but small room - Location is very convenient, Coliseum is 20 min walking, very close to the subway station. Around the apartment there are some supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. The bed is comfortable and there is AC. It has everything we needed. Room was a bit too small, there was not a lot of space to open our luggages. Shower box is also very small, for tall people it will be a problem, for us it was ok, but even though, small.

• Iara (5/5): Hard check-in, small and uncomfortable, good location - Good location near to a metro station Check-in wasn't easy. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the host to arrive and open the door. Very small and uncomfortable bathroom, impossible to turn around inside the box of the shower. Also uncomfortable pillows and sheets.

• Tabatha (8/5): Very good - Safe and secure location! Bed was comfy, staff were friendly and helpful. Shower was very small, very hard to move around. Aircon was very loud and remote batteries had runout so had to unplugs from wall to turn off. I don’t know for certain but I think the aircon was leaking which ended up wetting my bag.

• Romina (10/5): Bella Roma - The hospitality was very good. Even though I didn't meet Mr. Giuseppe personally, he was very willing to help me and suggest places to eat and places to see. The metro was very close, under the house. The apartment was very clean and everything in its place. The bathroom was also very clean. If I come back to Rome again, I know where I will stay 🤗

The shower area is a bit small but you can still have a good shower. We had a great stay and Giuseppe is a great host. I really recommend this place.

Giuseppe was very - The room was very quiet and was absolutely enough for what we needed. The location was very good only 25-30 min from the Colosseum. But also the public transport was excellent . Probably a broom would be handy to keep in the room to use it during the stay.

• Katarina (10/5): Great value for money, and an overall incredible place to stay. - The location is perfect, the metro is just around the cornet and lets you move from place to place in minutes. Connection to Termini is also super quick. Giuseppe is a great host, with recommendations ready to go and always checking in if all is okay and if anything further is needed like fresh towels, toiletries, etc. Could not recommend the place more! It was also quiet, with great Wi-Fi!

Location is very good, metro station and bus stations that lead you through the city are very close. Apartment is clean and have everything you need. The only thing we didn't like was noise from outside door of apartment. We were in the room 1, so all the people that have to enter in other apartments need to pass next to our door and we can hear them from our room.

• Zoe (9/5): Great spot just on the outskirts of Rome with easy walking distance to Bus - Giuseppe was a fabulous host and met us and explained features of the room. The room had everything we needed. We requested an early check in at time of booking which we were offered bag drop facilities or full check in if the previous guest had checked out intime and if cleaning had been completed, we had a change of flight so we ended up staying with original check in but great that Giuseppe was happy to accommodate us. Great location just outside the hustle and bustle or Rome, easy walking or bus to Colosseum and other sights etc. Restaurants and Cafe facilities close by to. Thanks for a lovely stay in Rome !

• Premgeet (6/5): Value for money - The location was good and the price was really affordable. The bed was really comfortable considering the room was very basic. The lift was really scary. The washroom was very small and the water was leaking out to the room. The AC was barely working in this extreme heat of Rome summer. The amenities were very basic. Host was kind to welcome us but was not very accommodating when I requested a cleaner to clean the room as I’m staying for 3 days. Basically it’s a good place for a valuable stay but do not expect any kind of service.

Location was perfect, right next to metro and well connected. Apartment was clean and very nice. Air conditioning was a bit weak, wasn't too big an issue for us, but might be tricky in the peak summer.

He always answered questions promptly both prior and during our stay and was waiting for us on our arrival even though I'd lost communication with him regarding our exact arrival time due to not having data and out of wifi range. Location to Colosseum is a 20 minute walk along with other interest points along the way. Close to other attractions yet far enough away from the busy crowds. Good selection of eateries within a couple of minutes walk and the most fantastic bakery La Cannoleria Siciliana two minutes away.

Giuseppe was very nice and gave us some tips on where to eat etc. The room was clean and well maintained (imo could have needed a little more storage room e.g. a tiny wardrobe for jackets and stuff). There was coffee for each day of the stay. Big downer: The mattress was not of good quality and super uncomfortable. When one person turned around the whole bed kept moving. The apartment had a very intense sweet smell (probably room deodorant) which made it very hard to sleep, especially as the room faced the street, which was loud, so opening the window was not an option at night. The walls were very thin and you heard everything of the other guests.

Very good value for money. Highly recommended. He has no available room for our first night, so we only stayed there for 2nights 😅😂

• Jan (9/5): Perfect location for our first visit to Rome as away from crowds but easy to reach main attractions. - Fantastic location - 5 minute walk to Metro which went to every location we wanted to visit. Yet away from main city so not overly busy. Had breakfast at Molina each day - 5 minute walk away. Ate at Trattoria Re di Roma two evenings which was superb & at a great fish restaurant nearby the other evening. Giuseppe offered advice for places to eat/ visit on arrival & was always available for any queries.
• Vanja (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, right at the metro station and only 20 minutes walk from the Colosseo. Host is great and very helpfull. We had an early check in with no extra charge. Double bed was very confortable. There is only one thing, and it’ bad sound isolation and very loud doors and door locks for all studios within the accomodations. If somebody is coming at the studion late at the night, it is impossible not to wake you up from sleep

• Janna (8/5): Very good - Cute place, good location, great facilities in the room (coffee maker, fridge, comfy beds, good bathroom). There were no light-blocking curtains and I believe also no fire safety features: no smoke detector, fire alarm, no fire escape (at least nowhere signaled / seen) even though the apartment is on the 4th floor with one staircase.
