• Robert (8/5): - The set up is great. The front gate is a .major issue, after hours homeless people come into the property. We had people knocking on our door asking money. Another knocked looking to buy drugs. David at the front desk was very accommodating and apologized for the issue. David also genuinely seems to care about the guests here. We are excited that improvements are being made to the property.

The new staff, Mauritius, David and Martin do an excellent job making things easy for customers and making the atmosphere of the place rather unique. Being nude is an absolute great experience and makes people uncover and show themselves what they really are. The place needs remodelling and some refurbishing and they are at it. There was a little inconvenience for all the work that was going on at the place but I am sure it will be all worthwhile

The jacuzzi or hot tube out of service. When I ask for the hot tube during the check-in, they lied to me. The room has humidity smell. I leave the place next day. .

• Dennis (1/5): Do not stay here! - We stayed for about 1hr after checking in, no response to our messages of concern. We left for another place. Did not provide size bed as confirmed, was smaller, only 1towel for 2 people, everything was dirty, cracked and mildew shower floor. I do not recommend this place, it shouldn’t be on a reputable app as booking.com.

More security is needed for a safer stay. Lack of space or tables within rooms. Breakfast needs significant improvement v the cost of a night at the hotel. A very basic morning Breakfast service is only available. Wholefoods is a 15 min walk. Red ants where seen around the kitchen.

• David (1/5): We spent maybe 20 min walking the grounds to get a lay of the land and decided it was not for us. - I liked the concept of the hotel and that is why we booked, but didn't like to execution of it. Once we arrived, other than the fantastic check in staff guy, we found the place to be dirty, seedy clientele, mirky pool so bad looking I thought I would catch something just getting into it. The room was dirty, broken bathroom window, squeaky bed that had seen better days. The other guests there reminded me of a rehab center for crack heads. No way in hell I'd play with any of them.

• Teddy (5/5): It was pleasesnt in someways and less disappointing in others - The property was nice love the greenery and pretty layout of the grounds My room # 1 was right from the entrance and it was suppose to have a code but other guest were giving out the codes and the door was constantly being slammed and opened and guest outside the door having loud conversations at 3 am. Rooms could use an update for sure and definitely the shower needs to redone but the staff member was very welcoming and friendly!

Fridge needed to be cleaned (freezer compartments were dirty). Jacuzzi was never opened at any point even when we asked and office wasn't open til 5pm everyday so could not ask for anything.

• JAMES (6/5): Could be a lot better if some money was spent - The rooms were in need of renovation. It appeared little attention has been spent in the last 10 years or so. The place could be great if some money was spent on the upkeep. Tired and dated would be the term I’d use. Breakfast was ok but limited.
• Vincent (4/5): - No one cleaned my room the entire six days I stayed after even speaking to the owner and some staff. Robbed twice - once with someone who came into my room who said he was interested in "playing around" but ended up stealing my wallet (he was there for only five minutes). One the plus side, the owner's boyfriend ended up retrieving most of my money from the thief after confronting him the next day (he was well known by the staff) which I very much appreciated. The second time I was robbed was when all my Xmas toys were stolen from my car parked in front of the guesthouse. Police were called and fingerprinted my car, and checked out the one surveillance camera to no avail. Did meet some wonderful guests and enjoyed the heated pool but the hot tub was broken to the dismay of all. Did appreciate the delicious Christmas brunch they offered. But, the television could only get one channel the entire week, fortunately, it was NBC. In addition, when I departed the room, I accidentally left clothes on the hook in the bathroom and was told they were not there when I called from my home, knowing they most certainly were, and were NOT in my luggage as was suggested by the handsome desk attendant. Also, on my last day, a friend who lived in the area, said that this guesthouse was once the "talk of the town" but has since fallen into disrepair. I will not be returning, Finally, the it was reported to me that "everyone in town knows the code to the gate" Not good to hear.

Leather Inn is a great place to relax, tan, swim, chat, hangout, and a great location as a home base for the weekend. It’s fully fenced in with a privacy fence. Yes, the bedrooms may need some updating, but you’re not staying at the Ritz-Carlton so lower those standards and expectations right off the bat. Room: no frills, but a kitchen, bathroom, living room, queen sized bed, tv with cable, made my room (4) a very spacious solo trip. Doug, the manager, is friendly, hospitable, and always eager to meet and greet both regulars and first timers. I spoke with him directly about some very easy and minor tweeks to the weekend, but was more of housekeeping related issue and a change in a lamp shade. The only thing I forgot to mention, but would change would be the microwave in room 4. Wasn’t working well, and that’s a very easy fix! Outside guests ARE allowed in, wink wink, and that was fun. Weather was crummy (it was overcast all weekend and very windy) so unfortunately not a ton of men there, but I still would rate the weekend and overall stay 5 stars. I very much will be making return trips in the future!

• Ross (1/5): Bad - Nothing, horrible. The place is falling apart - rooms are disgustingly dirty. Not cleaned. No bathroom towels at all So dirty keep my shoes on entire time, bathroom filthy, open/exposed walls, pipes etc.

• David (8/5): - Cell signal is not strong. Also, the TV remote in my room was broken. Food deliveries should be banned. An older Black lady was buzzed in and was visibly unprepared to see a lot of old naked men. All involved were embarrassed, just because some queen was too lazy to walk one block to buy something to eat. On the positive side, Doug is a fantastic host. In addition, the resident cat is a sweetie.

• JEFFREY (10/5): Great place for a getaway - Great place to stay, some guests had attitude, taking about others including myself behind my back but did not realize i was there in the pool. Informed owner is not his fault. It's what you expect to get for a kink friendly place like this. Owner is very friendly

I had to find another place to stay an - Property was ok swimming pool was cloudy That I was charged for a night I arrived and keys were not left for me to access room. Had to go pay for another hotel for that night and was still charged for night at Inn Leather even though they never left key in mailbox
• George (2/5): Inn Leather is a DUMP - The Leather In. Was a dump and I had to leave after three nights of a five night stay due to bedbugs. In addition to being a dump- the manager, Doug, sent a falsified bill( through Hotels.com email) on 5/22 saying I owed money. I paid in full on January 15; Verifed with my reservation record on Hotels.com- plus my credit card receipt. Leather Inn had Building code violations, safety violations health violations and the false receipt emailed to me through Hotels.com on 5/22; suggests falsification of business and accounting records are serious charges. ————————————————— There is a difference between what I paid for five nights, and what I received - was three nights ( Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights, checking out on Tuesday May 21) results in an expected refund

• Wilfredo (5/5): Great place to play not a good place to stay - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful It’s a bit dated. Not a place to really feel comfortable while staying. There was no room cleaning, changing of linens or any other standard service one will find in any other hotel. I saw many roaches in my room and at my friend’s room as well. The tv didn’t work well
