Cada tarde/noche había dulces en la recepción para que los clientes cogiéramos, lo recomiendo muchísimo. La zona del hotel es tranquila pero a la vez hay mucho que hacer y está bien conectada. El tamaño de la habitación más grande que las habitaciones en Tokio. Nada, todo bien

• Jennifer (8/5): Great overall - Staff was very helpful especially with the luggage delivery. Such a relief they were so helpful, an example that hasnt held up elsewhere. Facilities were easily available and the staff, from gront desk to housekeeping were vey helpful. The walls were filled with scuff and shoe marks up to the tv, the tv was at shoulder height in a very tight room meaning we hit it frequently. The matt flooring around the sink and bathroom area had white specks throughout, i imagine from toothpast or something from preceding tenants. The surfaces were all clean the mattress and linens as well. But general cleanliness was a bit compromised.
• Brittany (4/5): - I didn't like much. Bed felt like a rock. Walls and carpet were scuffed and dirty. Tons of retirees/tourists crowding the lobby and coffee machine every single morning. If you want to be in an authentic Tokyo neighborhood or be around Japanese people, don't stay here.
• Wing yin (8/5): value for money - i booked for weekday which price a lot cheaper than the others nearby, with this value, it's so worth, very close by the sightseeing area. just the subway you will have to walk a bit far to get there, but all are manageable. if you riding subway over, be prepared for a walk and have to look for the right exit so you can get an elevator for the luggage, otherwise you will have to hand carry that up to the street level.

• Marco (10/5): Perfect stay in Tokyo for family - The hotel is very close to the metro station and to the temple in a nice and quiet area of Tokyo, even though full of restaurant and shops. Free Coffee machine available and donuts also for children at the night. The room has a nice view and the staff was helpful. The laundry service (dryer) was not so performant, if we have to find a negative point. Prefer an outside machine to be more efficient

• 美由紀 (6/5): 朝食は素晴らしいがベッドがとても残念 - 交通が便利でホテルに2,200円で駐車場がついていること。カジュアルだけれど清潔感があり、朝食メニューが良かった。サラダやデリも美味しく野菜も新鮮で、品数は限られるもののどれを食べてもおいしかったです。ウェルカムスイーツに和のお菓子があっておいしかったです。 部屋に入った瞬間から変なにおいがあったのですが、ベッドに寝たらおねしょ？のにおいが凄かったです。前の宿泊客かと思うけれど、子どもが眠ってしまったので部屋を変えてもらうなどできずそのまま寝ました。起きたら身体中おねしょの匂いがついてしまったのでシャワーを浴びました。シーツなどは清潔でしたが多分布団が汚れてそのままだったのではと思います。 朝食がとても混んでいてダイニング前でしばらく並びました・宿泊客が多い時には時間を分散するなどの対策をしたら良いのではと思いました。

• Liao (7/5): Great staff, location but cleaning needs to be upheld. - Location was very convenient right next to the Tsukuba Exp line or the metro at Tawaramachi. Full body shower was great, enjoyed having a separate shower/toilet. Also liked having free sweet treats at night and coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, the cleanness of the property was poor. I found hairs in my shower and the wall was marked with stains. The sanitary bag on the wall bathroom also had some very suspicious bodily fluid stains. One of the pillow cases also had a stain too. This is unlike any other B Hotels I’ve stayed at. It would be great if the staff would address the cleaning standards.

• Zugravu (5/5): - Bra läge i asakusa. Nära flera tunnelbana linjer. Lätt att ta sig runt. The room can use a good deep Cleaning. The walls are stained and give the room a dirty feel. The attention to details was clearly lacking since we stayed in the same room for 4 nights and the small garbage bin next to the sink was covered with dust, despite the fact that it was emptied every day. We stayed in similar hotels (3 stars and the same price class) in both Kyoto and Osaka and those were amazing so this was really surprising.

• Mekayla (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They included anything we needed like toothbrushes, combs, razors and face wash. They served a variety of teas and had complimentary pastries in the evening. I really enjoyed their breakfast (additional fee) but worth the price! The location was great as well. They also held my baggage for me complimentary for a few hours until I was ready to head to the airport.
