The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — you can tell they really care about quality. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were top-notch, and everything exceeded our expectations. Jang (4/5): 온수 문제가 많은 숙소 - 젯버스나 공항버스를 이용하려했기에 근접해서 좋았습니다 2박 숙박하며 이틀 내내 온수 문제를 겪었습니다. 첫째날은 두시간 넘은 뒤에나 해결 되었고 둘쨋날은 처리 되지않아 결국 찬물로 샤워했습니다 11월 중순에 찬물로 샤워는 너무 괴로웠습니다. 다른 후기를 보니 저 말고도 이런 사례가 여러번 있더군요 요르단에서의 여행은 좋았지만 이 숙소가 매우 아쉬움으로 남았습니다.

Saria (3/5): Not 7 nor 3 stars nor suites quality - Staff is nice. Buffet style breakfast We took an executive room with twin beds. Beds are tiny 90cm wide only. Space in bedroom is too small. No TV in the room only in the living room. Old furniture. Avoid the location if you are a ladies only group. We got many verbal harassment from male drivers while walking next to the hotel in the evening.

The facilities were excellent, and everything was exactly as described. What truly made my stay special was the staff name Enas and Layeth– they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Khaled (2/5): Very bad - They was surprised how we booked by booking application!!! And they told us we didn't receive any reservation via booking!! We took a lot of time of negotiations with them just to stay , my family was tired and needs a rest So they give me different rooms and far a way each others as a temporary rooms and promises to change the rooms after 22:00 same night but they didn't change..... Nothing
