• MIRIAM ESCRIVA (5/5): Fotos engañosas y hotel muy descuidado - Wifi La experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Las imágenes que aparecen en Booking no corresponden con la realidad. Solo al clicar dentro de la habitación aparecen fotos más reales, pero las principales llevan totalmente a engaño. Entre lo que esperábamos y lo que encontramos había un mundo. El hotel es muy antiguo y poco cuidado. Pasamos bastante frío porque la calefacción apenas funcionaba y únicamente había una manta muy fina e insuficiente. Además, el secador estaba roto y sujetado con cinta adhesiva, algo bastante lamentable e imposible de utilizar con normalidad. El servicio de bar también dejó mucho que desear: poca predisposición y constantemente poniendo pegas para todo. Creo que deberían ser mucho más transparentes con las fotografías y mejorar considerablemente el mantenimiento y la atención al cliente.

• Ulrike (8/5): Gut für Unternehmungen in Igualada und Umgebung - Lage am Stadtrand war gut für Unternehmungen. Fußweg von ca. 15 Min. in das Zentrum der Stadt. Bar direkt im Hotel sehr gut für Frühstück und Snacks. Der beste Duschstrahl! Die Zimmer sind recht alt und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

• Celine (10/5): Très agréable. - Le calme, propreté, facilités l’accès et parking, centre commerciaux en face. Tout s’est bien passé. Juste pour le petit déjeuner, c’est un bar à café, donc pas de kelloggs ou fruits.

El hotel ha renovado las zonas comunes, pero las habitaciones siguen como en 1970. Grifos sin mezclador, sanitarios de 'Cuéntame', no hay champú, se oye cuando se bañan o hablan en otra habitación. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, pero les vendría bien un repaso.

• Francisco (7/5): Sabor agridulce. La carencia de servicio estable laxsalca el magnífico proceder del personal. - Bien en lineas generales, pero pobre de contenido. Pésima señalización de la ubicación del Hotel. Cuesta encontrarlo aun utilizando el navegador. El cuarto de baño precisa una remodelación urgente y un buen acondicionamiento a la modernidad. Excesiva presión para llegar antes de las 22:00 horas. A partir de esa hora cierra la recepción y la cafetería y te facilitan un código alfanumérico para entrar en el hotel y en la habitación.

• Sharon (7/5): - The saff where so friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel it's self was very clean and tidy. There was only a few issues it was very strange that a big hotel had no facilities of a restaurant to have dinner in the evening time it would have been a great bonus for us if that facilitie was available and also a bar you could sit and relax to have a drink like you have to go out for food by the time you get back in the cafe bar is closing. Another issue we found was a quite a serious in the case of a fire there is only one escape route on each floor there should be two on all floors we did address the issue with staff but was told that one escape route was closed off and made into a laundry so in the case of a fire and the fire was in the only escape route available sadly you couldn't get out. It is shown on the map on the wall there is two escape routes on each floor but when you go to both of them on each floor one is locked. Maybe someone should address this issues as it would be serious in the case of a Fire

La calefacción muy alta... tuvimos que dormir con la ventana totalmente abierta!! Y creo que no se puede regular desde la habitación....
