- Renato (10/5): Ciutadella com conforto. - O o hotel é bastante confortável, e conta com um spa e sala de ginástica, além de uma bela piscina. Há também um restaurante. Funcionários atenciosos. O restaurante não é lá muito bom. O que nos chocou foi cobrarem, no café da manhã, por um suco de laranja natural. Para jantar também não foi muito bom. Comida sofrível e preço alto. Mas no geral o hotel é muito bom
- Hans (9/5): Modernes Hotel am Rand von Cuitadella-City - Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles ist noch sehr neuwertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist normal gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer, der wurde allerdings durch die direkt vorbeiführende Straße mit lebhaftem Verkehr getrübt. In 15-20 Minuten war man im Zentrum von Cuitadella. Das Zimmer ist sehr schmal. Zwischen Bett und der Wand am Fußende beträgt der Durchgang max. 50 cm. Mit dem Straßenlärm vor den Meerblickzimmern hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Zusätzlich empfanden wir noch die hellen Straßenlaternen als recht unangenehm.

- Meera (8/5): It was good. - The hotel was good, it has good spa facilities. The room was very spacious. The location is really good. Just 10 mins walk from Ciutadella town centre. They charge for parking. Parking garage is beneath the hotel and entry and exit is quite narrow. It is a very big garage and the room prices are quite high compared to others so don’t think they should be charging extra for parking.

La porte de notre chambre pas assez isolée , mal insonorisée , on entendait toutes les personnes qui passaient devant. nous étions au RDC , tout proche du bar et le matin les gens passaient devant notre chambre pour aller au petit déjeuner tout en parlant. Un sas dans la chambre/suite serait le bienvenu vu la taille de la chambre il y aurait la place, cela atténuerait les bruits.

No se veía que fuese de calidad, vale que estén cerrando pero no por eso ya que te entra el desayuno con el precio que has cogido no tiene porque ser de mala calidad ya que tú has cobrado un “servicio”

- Blais (9/5): Un hôtel agréable et reposant avec un spa bien équipé. - Une suite avec vue sur l’océan nous a été offerte à la place d’une chambre standard. La spa est bien équipé et l’hôtel est lumineux et les espaces sont agréables. Le petit déjeuner est un peu ordinaire et le restaurent au sous-sol manque charme en comparaison avec les autres espaces de l’hôtel qui sont très biens. Un hôtel reposant et à une distance agréable du centre de la ville (17 minutes à pied de marche au bord de l’eau). Les employés ont tous été gentils et souriants. Une nourriture plus locale au petit-déjeuner et un restaurant plus charmant et intime au sous-sol.

Muy bien el gimnasio y el spa (aunque no funcionaba del todo bien). Camas muy cómodas. Desayuno excelente Encontramos pelos en el Vater y en la ducha al llegar, aunque l resto estaba muy limpio; creemos que fue un despiste, pero no asumible en esta categoría de hoteles. Encontramos la habitación algo estrecha, quedaba un estrecho pasillo entre pies de cama y pared. El spa era genial pero el agua un poco fría y había alguna cosa que no funcionaba

- Sophie (9/5): Charmant hôtel à Ciutadella - Chambre vue sur la mer avec un petit balcon fort agréable qui donnait sur le soleil couchant. La chambre était toute en longueur, moderne et propre. L'hôtel se situe à 15 minutes environ du centre et permet une joli promenade le long du port de Ciutadella. Le bar de l'hôtel est très sympathique tout comme le barman, les "gin-tonic" sont bien copieux, attention à l'abus. Nous y reviendrons. On aurait préféré un grand lit double, plutôt que des lits jumeaux, mêmes attachés. Nous n'avons pas aimé la situation du restaurant en sous sol et n'avons pris que le petit déjeuner pour cette raison.

Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and featured a private balcony.The food was consistently delicious, with a variety of slow-roasted meat casseroles, paella, and fresh fish dishes that showcased rich, hearty flavours. Vegetable sides were tasty, but they often came in oily sauces; I personally would have appreciated a few simpler options like steamed green beans to balance the richness. Overall, a delightful experience with just a small note on the veg!

Não me agradou a água do chuveiro e da pia, pq é salobra. O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro. Da pra ir a pé mas não é pertinho. Não tem praia perto do hotel, mas a piscina é mto bonita.

- Cathy (7/5): Un séjour très agréable grâce à la gentillesse du personnel et sa position idéale - J ai aimé son positionnement idéal sur l’île de Minorque, la proximité de la plage, du port et du centre historique de Ciutadella. J ai aimé la sympathie du personnel et le ménage fait impeccablement chaque jour. Je n ai pas du tout aimé les buffets (petit déjeuner et dîner). La facilité de l’industriel est trop évidente. Peut être vaudrait il miser sur la qualité plutôt que la diversité. Heureusement que l’espacé grillades sauve un peu la mise, surtout le jour des gambas et des seiches.

- Emily (10/5): Exceptional from start to finish - Property was immaculate at all times. Location was excellent and views from the hotel were just breathtaking. A lovely relaxing ambience with a fantastic pool, with no fighting for beds, and access to sun all day. Lots of different seating areas indoors to cool down, eat some lunch and have a drink. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was exceptional. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide range of fresh food, freshly cooked pancakes and omelettes and complimentary Prosecco. Nothing.
