• 三宮 (1/5): 最悪！ - 名前を間違われていて、チェックイン時に予約がないと言われた。 その後、部屋に向かう途中に呼び止めやれ、支払いが出来ていないと言われ、再びフロントへ。 カードで支払い済みの筈だと告げ、調べ直してもらうとホテル側の間違いだと判明。 チェックイン時に２つのあり得ないミスがあり、とても不愉快な宿泊となってしまった。

• 木村 (5/5): - 駅近でよかった 入口に至る道が駅からは、ぐるっと一回りするような導線になってしまっている。スタッフに聞いた近道はよその駐車場を横切っていくというもので、駅側からでは分かりにくい。 トイレの便座が冷たかった。

• susumu (5/5): - コストパフォーマンスは良かった 部屋の広さは、儲けものです 当地はタクシー事情が極端に悪い。 絶望的です。であるなら、ホームページに載せるべき。 ホテルにタクシーを要請したが、 お客様自身でとのこと。 現地でのタクシー台数は極端に低い。通夜、葬儀で関東からきたが 通夜からホテルまで帰ることにも 危機感を覚えた。 遠隔地からの宿泊客への配慮が全く感じられなかった。残念。

• yamamoto (5/5): 忍者ルーム、最高！ - フロントの人は愛想もよく、丁寧でよかった。 忍者ルームは大人も子どもも喜べるしとても落ち着いた雰囲気で素敵だった。 街の中にあり、散策するのには利便がいい。 近くに店がたくさんあってとても楽しかった。 午前中散策している間、駐車していても良い、と言ってくださった。 何よりこんな町中で駐車料金が無料なのがお得に感じる。 大浴場がない。（大きいお風呂に入りたかった） トイレの鍵が閉まらない。 朝食の内容（バイキング）がイマイチ。

• Jonathan (8/5): Great place to stay; recommended to others. - Generally fine. Good-sized room for any hotel in Japan, and nice to have a large bathroom + tub. I only wish the staff at check-in had alerted me to the fact that I had to notify them by a certain time the day before if I wanted breakfast the next morning. I have no complaints about the policy, since it avoids pointless wastage, just wish I had known earlier, since I never saw the sign until it was too late. Price, though slightly steep for a tiny town, was somewhat understandable given the size of the hotel, its rooms, and the fact that tourism is pretty low there.

• ?? (8/5): - お部屋も広いし、お風呂が使いやすかった（温度調節）ので、ゆっくり過ごせました！ お城も見えて、夜はライトアップされて綺麗でした！ ホテル周辺が歩いて観光でき、お店がたくさんあったので、歩いて見てまわるのも楽しかったです！伊賀牛が食べられるお店も近くにたくさんあり、とても美味しかったです！

• ヨウイチ (4/5): - ダブルベッドを使用したが、軽くて安っぽく、少し動くだけで大きく振動するので熟睡できなかった。 風呂の排水許容量が小さいため、風呂の栓を抜くと排水しきれず、浴室の床にあふれてきた。 エアコンの温度調節がうまく機能せず、低い温度に設定しても部屋が暑くなりすぎて困った。
