- Kim (10/5): - Could do with a little paint and update and dusted but apart from that was lovely staff were lovely and friendly
- Emma (1/5): Disgusting - The owner wasn't helpful at all. I left a day early as the bed was so uncomfortable. I had snide remarks when I got there, commenting on the luggage I have. When I first spoke to Peter to say I was disabled the message I received back wasn't helpful. I sent a message to ask how to turn the heating off or if he could do it for me and was totally ignored. The following day I went out in my car and when I came back there was no space, I rang peter to ask if there was somewhere safe to park my car close by and the answer I got was I told you when you arrived dont move the car. I then explained I needed the car for me to go out to then be told I'm not a carpark warden I cant just move cars around to suit you. I was travelling alone and had to ring home as I was so upset. I rang peter the day I left he was rude on the phone when I said I was leavingsaid just leave the key in the door and put the phone down. Needless to say I will not go back there and would warn everyone else to stay anywhere but here. Kettle leaked everywhere and tiny tv did not work.
- Garry Dunn (1/5): - The staff member was very helpful. The room was dirty, needed painting and updating. The bed was clean and comfortable. It would be nice if it was updated throughout and more amenities. At the minute I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family.
- christine (10/5): - Toutes Rien
- Hayley34 (8/5): - 2 minute walk down to sea front. Walking distance to attractions. 3 days in blackpool, walked everywhere, car never used. Close to central pier, 12 minute walk.
Owner friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable.

- Ashurst (5/5): Amy's review - It was easy to find With kids it was to far up the flights of stairs. The heating wouldn't turn off so it was extremely hot. Mattresses I would say needed some protection on. If you get there before 3pm it looks derelict like It was shut down.
- Nolan Bentley (4/5): Disappointed - Convenient location, large room size, pool room. Mould in shower room, smells of damp, cheap mattress, no blackout curtains.

- Paul (8/5): VALUE FOR MONEY - The owner was cool and laid back I think the owner is on his own and sometimes the cleaning in the corners weren't brilliant... My curtain on my window well basically it was only one curtain and it was not big enough and it let too much light in at night when I try to sleep

DISGUSTING! - Nothing I arrived at 5pm check in was 3pm the bed sheet was covered in long black hairs the bedding had not been changed blood stains on mattress cigarette butt's inside kettle floor had not been hoovered the WORST SH@T HOLE iv ever visited, I left after only 30 minutes, paid over £100 pounds for my stay and the owner or manager named Peter a deligunal self opiniated idiot refused give any kind of refund!! For the people that have left previous feedback saying this place isn't all that bad should be ashamed for writing such false stupid reviews it helps no one, im leaving an honest review of how my visit actually was! These kinds of hotels who by the way have people living here permanently are a disgrace to the hard working hoteliers of Blackpool! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

- Tracy (8/5): - Have stayed here before so know what it would be like and was plenty of tea and coffee ☕ in the rooms and milk and if you needed more you just can help yourself downstairs in the little room that as a pool table in it as they are Extra on the side . And you can on the pool table for free anytime just not after 11.30 or 12 at night. Also they is a good shower gel and hand wash in the rooms as well. THIS is Nothing really to do with the place has this is to do with My own preference But unfortunately I don't drink Tea or coffee So I always have to take my own hot chocolate with me But it be a good idea to look into it maybe just buying little packs of hot chocolates in and putting in the room's as I'm sure if any families stayed the kid's would love having a hot chocolate.

- Jimothyy (10/5): Bargin for a mid-peak time of year (fireworks) - The owner was really helpful by allowing us to check in early. Clean room. No problems. Absolute bargin for a Friday night. Looks bit run down on the outside. Almost like an abandoned building. It's what's inside that counts. Dont judge a book by its cover.
- tuckley (1/5): Very disappointed - Nothing about the place an im still been charged for stopping there when I walked out before my stay started an when I've called the hotel it's coming up different name an they don't answer very poor needs shutting down

- Billy (2/5): Don't stay - The location Absolutely disgusting how they let that room out is beyond me it was filthy pulled bed out ta make it and there was tissues toilet paper everything you cud imagine didn't unpack as drawers was all stained inside them the bloke Peter came into my room while I was asleep and made my stay uncomfortable asking me when I'll be going n then shouting at my because off a post and literally standing n coming to my doorI went out front for a smoke because U cnt smoke in there but he sits there n smoke all time I left my key in room and couldn't get back in so I rang him for him to tell me I would after wait and then he got back back and again made me feel uncomfortable for a person to make U feel not welcome when I paid for my stay he also said that my reviews on the hotel would make his boss mad with him not be funny sitting and smoking in the lounge all time when U are there and not cleaning is not my fault I had too put things behind the door so I'd know if he had been in only stayed because I paid for it and wudnt get a refund I love Blackpool and stayed in 4 more hotels on this street well I've stayed in over 50 in Blackpool
