• Franck (6/5): Dommage …. Ca aurait pu - Accueil très mitigé , nous semblions ennuyer , pourtant seuls occupants de l’hôtel …. Les petits déjeuners étaient t inclus mais selon la propriétaire ce n’était pas le cas car le prix payé était trop bas … jusqu’alors c’était l’hôtel le plus cher … nous avons du insister pour obtenir un café , jus et gâteaux . L’eau n’était pas chauffée pour la douche la première nuit , sinon à part avoir été mordu et agresse par les chiens ( petits Loulou) ça s’est amélioré … le point fort une piscine un jacuzzi et le calme quand il n’y a pas de dispute ( je pense que le propriétaire a râlé sur ce que je pense une de ses filles qui a les chiens qui sont très agressifs et pas qu’envers moi … c’est dommage car même excentre e besoin d’un véhicule ça aurait pu être un lieu sympathique pour une visite de pula à rythme senior et un peu de repos ….

• Ciriaco (2/5): - The property needs updating. We stayed for four nights, and during that time they never cleaned the room or provided fresh bedding. They advised me not to use Uber for a taxi, arranged one for me instead, and I ended up getting overcharged—£21 for a 5-kilometre journey. For the same distance, Uber charged me only £9. There was no reception and no ongoing communication from the owners—only when we arrived and when they happened to see us on the property, and even then they barely acknowledged us. Overall, the service was poor and the stay simply wasn’t worth it. I decided not to complain at the time because I didn’t want the hassle of arguing with the owners. However, my rental car door was damaged while parked at the hotel, and when I asked about it, I received no response.

A notre arrivée la receptionniste n'a pas ete en mesure de nous donner la chambre prevue pour la seconde nuit et nous a reproché de ne pas avoir payé assez, alors que nous avions juste bénéficié d'une nuit gratuite grace au programme de fidélité... Nous avons donc ete transférés dans une chambre plus petite apres la premiere nuit. Air conditionné à bout de souffle, hotel rustique mais vieillot .Piscine et bain à remous très agréables.

• Keith (6/5): Reasonable but basic - Staff were pleasant and hotel was clean. However, the hotel is located quite far outside of the town with few local amenities. The bus to/from town only runs until around 7pm so budget for taxis or car hire. The facilities are quite basic. It was a matter of luck whether the hot water was running for a shower, and at least one of the sockets was hanging out of the wall.

Everything about my stay was enjoyable, but two standout features made it truly unforgettable: the spacious swimming pool and the luxurious hot tub.

• Christian (1/5): - Maximale Abzocke! Die Werbung versprach Frühstück, dieses hätte man vor Ort für 200 weitere Euro hinzubuchen können. Im Hotel gibt es eine völlig gestörte Inhaberin und eine geistig behinderte Mutter die mindestens so abgerockt ist wie das Hotel selbst. Die Bilder des Hotels wurden vermutlich vor 30 Jahren aufgenommen. Inzwischen gibt es 2 Hunde die jeden auf dem Grundstück bestenfalls anbellen, den Bewertungen zufolge beissen diese Mistköder aber auch. Innen drin gibt es eine Maximale Überwachung mit Kameras und unser Zimmer wurde während unseres Ausflugs inspiziert. Laut AGB's ist man dann für Entfernte Dinge selbst verantwortlich! Die Überwachung, sowohl durch die Hunde die wohl auch schon Leute gebissen haben als auch der Dreck der teilweise von den Hunden stammt da sie sowohl um den Pool urinieren als auch hinscheissen. Der Pool ist maximal dreckig und die Zimmer haben Ungeziefer und sind sehr veraltet. Man könnte sagen das Highlight dieses Hotels ist das Eingangstor. Das Hotel selbst hat Ungeziefer in Form von (Ameisen und Spinnen) genügend stechmücken überall.

• Bungić (1/5): Hotel u raspadu i prevara - Prevarili su nas za skoro dupli iznos na plaćanju(jer je dijete starije od 5god-to vam piše negdje malim slovima/još uvijek ne znam gdje, ali dobro). Cijeli hotel ima zaostali miris na koji se samo stavi ovlaživač zraka. Terasa je puna paučine. Hrana je prvi dan bila OK, drugi dan je nisi mogao gledati. Ista osoba radi na recepciji, u kuhinji i čišćenju. Gospođa na recepciji je jako neljubazna. Napravila mi je na kartici četiri puta transakciju i ne izdala račun, te ga ni ne poslala na mail uz moju molbu. Gospodin koji je plaćao mislio je da mu se jednom skinuo iznos. Manipulacija karticom i novcima je nedopustiva. Stvar plaćanja se može rješiti na lijep način. Skinula je novce za dijete koje nije ni unijela u sustav da je ikada bilo u hotelu. Kada ju je gost pitao "Zašto mi prvi dan niste rekli da moram platiti duplo?", odgovorila je "Nisam ni primjetila dijete." Mjenjala je iznos koliko će novaca skinuti za dijete koje je starije od 5god. Gdje je zakon? Gdje je moja zaštita prava i kartice? Kako se prvi dan kaže jedan iznos(isti koji jr na bookingu) i zadnji dan drugi iznos? Kako se smije ne izdati račun? Kako gost nakon plaćanja može biti lažno uvjeren u skinuti iznos+dobiti bankovnu potvrdu za taj iznos, a ostali skinuti iznosi se ne prilože gostu?

• Regina (2/5): - Chef war ziemlich unverschämt, unfreundlich.und laut weil wir anscheinend die Fahrräder ins Blumenbeet (Gestrüpp mit einem Lavendelstock) gestellt hatten.....Sauberkeit der ganzen Anlage samt Innenbereich lâsst zu wünschen übrig....
• Ivica Snjezana (1/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr unordentlich und teilweise anekelnd. - Ich fang mal so an, dass Personal war sehr unfreundlich.Um das Hotel Drumherum war sehr viel Müll,genauso wie im Haupteingang des Hotels.Das Treppenhaus ist sehr dreckig und von Blumentopf Erde bis alte Kaffe Flecken gab es alles.Im Zimmer war alles voller Staub und es gab verschiedene Ungeziefer.Innerhalb unseres Aufenthaltes von 5 Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal das Zimmer geputzt, Handtücher gab es sogar 1 mal frische (und das erst bei Nachfrage). Dieses sogenannte Hotel hat den Namen „Hotel“ nicht verdient.

Per favore leggete le recensioni prima di prenotare, cosa che noi non abbiamo fatto per la fretta. La struttura è vecchia e tenuta molto male. Unica cosa decente la piscina, solo alla vista, perché non sperimentata. All’arrivo la camera era una matrimoniale piccola, quindi senza possibilità del terzo letto per ns figlio. Ci viene consegnata la chiave di una doppia dove mandarlo a dormire. Odore di muffa e letti con trapunte sporche. Da brividi. Confessano di aver dato la ns camera ad una signora per sbaglio che non voleva però cambiare; il giorno dopo ci passano in questa camera. Se non avessimo purtroppo pagato in anticipo saremmo scappati, a costo di dormire in auto. Una reception con due poltrone anteguerra ed un attaccapanni con camicie usate appese. Deodoranti ovunque per coprire odori sgradevoli. Impianti elettrici e idraulici arrangiati, fili che escono direttamente da un buco nel muro, altro che “a norma”! Colazione: che dire? Due croissant (2 di numero) una coppetta di pezzettini di pesca sciroppata. Pane raffermo. Sala infestata da gabbia di uccellini e altri uccelli che volano. La proprietaria faceva tenerezza, non riuscivi ad interrompere il fiume di parole. Mai più.

• Jeroen (1/5): HORRORHOTEL!!! - Helaas niks! Letterlijk alles viel tegen aan dit afschuwelijke hotel!!! Wij zijn samen op huwelijksreis geweest in Kroatie en hebben daar met pijn in ons hart 4 nachten geboekt (met ons stomme kop geen reviews gelezen). Maar wij zijn na de 2e nacht al vertrokken omdat het ons zooo erg tegen viel... Details is precies hetzelfde wat andere mensen in de reviews geplaatst hebben, zo hebben wij dat ook ervaren. De positieve reviews liegen, dat klopt niet... Wij zijn niet hoog eisend, maar dit sloeg echt nergens op. Voor de geïntreseerde die deze accomodatie willen boeken raad ik het sterk af.... HORRORHOTEL en OPLICHTERIJ!!!

• Nick (4/5): Not the best - Handy for Pula Airport No restaurant available. No access to Bar. Ordered drinks and had to take them outside. Two small dogs locked in restaurant very noisy and aggressive. Went to book in only to be met by a male sitting half clothed watching a load TV. Other member of family/ staff obviously drunk. Wished I’d have read reports before booking.
