Kind of a bed & breakfast feel, which makes it pretty comfortable walking around the grounds. This location has a rustic feel. The town is a bit run down looking at first glance but if you look close there are great shops, food and nice people. I’d love it more if it had coffee in the rooms. And a full service restaurant would really step it up a notch!

- Hernandez (9/5): Great way to relax and unplug for a while - The hot tub mineral soaks are amazing! Very relaxing environment and courteous staff. The facilities are always clean and comfortable. Balcony rooms are a great way to continue relaxing after soaking. The outdoor tub can be nice, but also a bit distracting if cars are trying to park or people are talking in the parking lot. Breakfast options are limited although the burrito bar is good.

The hotel springs baths were just so relaxing, serene, clean and fantastic! We were able to enjoy both inside and outside baths! The breakfast was very nice! Wish they had an onsite restaurant and bar open! We would never left for the duration of our stay ( although Los Arcos restaurant and Bobby, the owner, were great)! Sadly, our vacation came to an end- that was the truly sad thing!!!!

Fantastic customer service and very friendly and helpful staff. One bed in my twin bedroom was hard as a rock and I had back spasms that woke me early in the morning. This was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I was in pain for several days afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

- MIchael (10/5): - I had a tremendous experience at Sierra Grande. Great facility, great staff, very quiet, the room was large and well appointed, the soaking tubs were great and I definitely felt pampered. One of the great surprises was the quality of the included breakfast.

- Debbie (10/5): second floor rooms - Comfortable rooms, but all on the second floor, so you have to carry your own suitcase up the stairs . Lovely bathrub/shower combo in room. Mineral bath soaks in nice private rooms and spa treatment was excellent.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall nice property but it is an old building so somewhat dated. Biggest concern is the shower/tub where it required stepping up and over into the unit. If mobility is of any concern for you it might be an issue. We didn’t think we needed accessibility features but this could be hard for some.
- Gary (6/5): - Nicely maintained older place. Outdoor spa area drab, good service for your spa use times, need cup or glass in bathrooms, a self service coffee/ tea machine seems like a typical convenience that is missing. Overall nice place that feels overpriced.

- Karen (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing - Enjoyed both the outdoor private soak and an indoor private soak. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had such an incredible variety of choices.
- tom (10/5): T or C Boutique Hotal - Very pleasant staff. Very helpful with various services and recommendations. No porter service at check-in. Bed was a little too soft for my tastes. Minor renovations need to be done in the room. Room was roomy and the soaker tub was a nice touch! Security was outstanding for both self and my truck. Will stay again.

The only complaint I have was my massage I was not pleased with it; I was not expecting what I got. My massage was more of a pressure point deal, but my wife loved her massage.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Service was good, but I expected it to be for the price. The restaurant was not operating when there in Sep 2024. A smaller nicely renovated old building but be aware there is no elevator to the rooms if you are mobility impaired. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning included, but nothing extravagant. Note to management - please keep up with appearance and maintenance of the facility inside and out. The small things make a difference (like the nice coffee and water availability in the common area) but trash in the exterior area, broken walkway lights, cracked exterior border walls etc.. are a start to a declining property which will not bring a market premium in what customers are willing to pay.
- Jessica (8/5): - Really cute, unique property. The hot mineral soak was really nice after a long drive. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. My only issue was that the shower in our room was not warm, it was borderline cold-lukewarm and never warmed up.
