Peter (7/5): - Friendly employees especially the elder guy at the breakfast. The location was conventient when traveling with a dog and also close to downtown. The room was not cleaned and made during our stay. Although this seems to happen in more and more hotels since Covid time, we pay for it and expect it to be done (or reduce the price). That is the reason why you go to a hoteland not to a less expensive AirBnB. The AC was very loud and even when it was switched off, the fan was starting. The toaster in the breakfast room did not work properly. Coffee in the room was not refilled.
Judy (3/5): Loud noises and no sleep. Not good. - the size of the room and the bed was comfortable. We stayed at the hotel to be close to UVA hospital my husband had a procedure early on Friday morning. At about 1:15 we were awakened by several women in the room next to us laughing and talking VERY loud. this went on until 2 am. sounded like a party. by this time we were wide awake. and we needed to get up by 5 am to be at the hospital for a 7 hour procedure. We complained to the front desk and again the next morning and just got a I'm sorry. We need to be reimbursed for the room since we got no sleep at all.

Donna (5/5): The Homes2 we chose was in wrong neighborhood, and not worth $178 per night. - Parking was convenient but cost $10. Comfy beds Breakfast was okay but needed FRUIT salad and non dairy/meat choices. Perhaps bagels with margarine choices, grains, toast, preserves/jellies. Some people like myself cannot have meat or dairy (life threatening allergy called Alpha Galactose Syndrome) so I was unable to eat anything but an apple or orange. There are very few places that try and help those with food allergies. Aside from that, we did not like the location (never been there before), the parking fee of $10 sprung on us, the high cost of the room that was laid out in one long room with a curtain between TV/sofa/kitchen/bath area and the two beds. Tons of unnecessary shelves, and a mottled window we couldn't see out of at all. Least important but worth mentioning, the complimentary coffee in the room, is the worst we have ever tasted.

An easy walk to the downtown pedestrian mall which is most pleasant with great shopping and dining options. We were able to get an early check in , and the desk person was able to assign rooms in close proximity to the friends we were meeting from out of state. A great experience! Easy to find too. We liked that the parking was in an on site lot right outside the front entrance.

Melissa (6/5): - The room was large but felt like a bowling alley: long, narrow, not appealing. The only window was smallish and completely covered by shrubbery, so the interior was dark. Random, low wattage lamps did not make it feel much brighter. While the room was clean, there were stains on the couch, which was off-putting. Bed was okay, but two of three pillows had visible lumps and were basically unusable. Room was only cleaned once during my stay. Location is very handy to the downtown mall, but hotel over all is a 3 out of 5: since it was NOT cheap, I really regretted choosing this place. Would not stay there again!

Also if you are serving breakfast with cereal and oatmeal you shouldn’t run out of milk two days in a row. Someone from the hotel should go buy a few gallons of milk

John (10/5): - The suite we stayed in was excellent! Nice and clean with plenty of parking. We went to see a show at the Paramount Theater,and we were able to walk to the venue from our hotel. The hotel was close to the downtown outdoor mall where they had shops and plenty of places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.

Alison (10/5): - I chose the property for the kitchenette. It did not disappoint! Plates, glasses, utensils and a dishwasher! The property is pet friendly which was perfect for my grand-bunny. The sheets were amazingly soft. The bed had good support with some cushy comfort. I travel with my own pillow so I can't comment to those. The duration of my stay was 5 days/4 nights for a wedding. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was close to the University and downtown walking mall. Parking was plenty - outside of the lobby entrance and below with a gated entrance. I gave 5 starts for location, comfort, staff, amenities, cleanliness.

Chris (8/5): - Love the spacious and amenities, not sure if we were given a Handicap room but it was huge, great amenities, big fridge, microwave ,coffee machine , great. Overall grate experience. They even have free wash machine and dryers too . that was great for us considering the fact that we were on the road for a few days .

Maybe she was taking a break outside the building. That was my first experience waiting for the receptionist at the hotel.
