- William (7/5): - The facility is great Staff friendly My room was missing towels

- Michael (5/5): Not a huge fan of renting a hotel room in an apartment building. - There was no breakfast, location was good for what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The listing is a little misleading; this place is primarily a permanent residence for many of the guests who were there. I wasn't familiar with the hotel, so I missed the part about it being an extended stay location and what that entailed. But it doesn't give off the hotel feel when you are walking the halls and in the parking lot. It is a totally different vibe being in an apartment building (which is what this place was) rather than a hotel. The room had a bad smell to it, like it had been smoked in, and they were trying to cover it up; also, there was mold in the shower. I'm sure it has a purpose and helps a lot of people who need a place to live. I just wouldn't recommend it for a short-term hotel stay. The price was good, but this had to be the reason why.

- queenB (7/5): Just okay - The location was good I felt like it was kind of run down it wasn't that clean and it was kind of ghetto outside other than that I guess it was okay.
- Jennifer (4/5): -
- Diocelina (6/5): -
- Griselda (7/5): Focus on the cleaning - Near by the location I was heading Rooms were pretty dirty, a lot of hairs in the bedding sheets. No toilet paper in the bathroom
Hair dryer didn't work
- Mey (7/5): - Location to shopping was indeed the plus, price reasonable for hotel rate. To noisy, from other guests.
- Paulo (9/5): I do recommend theis hotel, to whoever travel to Seatlle - Great place to stay, I travel quite a bit for work, and here is one of the fewer hotel that I accutally like to come back.
sincerlley Paulo Gracia Everything, the staff, breakfast, cleanigness of the place, free wifi

- Joe (8/5): The cooking facility was good for us, and the utensils. Fridge and freezer great. We saved. - Staff is great, security good. Accessible to Starfire and to mall. Would like to see rowing machine, a chest bench, more free weights, and a leg extension, flexion machine. Also, the vending machine was near empty. We'd have liked some iced tea, maybe chips.
- Randi (6/5): It's alright - I found it quite appealing that the hotel required a key for access, even to the lobby. This place is probably good if you're staying for a month or longer. But for just one night, it wasn't my favorite. The room wasn't clean, and I think there was mold in the bathroom. My husband also found a bug in the bathroom, and we were worried it was a bedbug.
I didn't realize it was a pet-friendly hotel, and both of my daughters are allergic, so there were dogs everywhere.
- Aton (7/5): For the most part it was okay probably needed a couple more pillows but like I said it was okay - There was no breakfast as far as I remember We had to change a rooms cuz the first one when you turn on the AC and the curtains it smelled like fish so we had to change rooms
- April (3/5): Not very good. - If you’re looking for a clean comfortable stay this is probably not the spot. Property dirty, room dirty (poorly cleaned) and no parking for guests in the actual parking lot. Also, no one was there for us to check out at 9am, no signage for instructions and had end up calling Booking .com for assistance.
- Yohannes (1/5): -
- Rayven (5/5): okay for a weekend but wouldn’t stay there longer then that - i liked that it wasn’t far from some restaurants and activities i didn’t like the way one of the staff members told us about the fact that we had to put our dirty towels in our own sack and bring them downstairs and said there was a basket rudely like we were supposed to know that without anyone telling us
- Mercy (1/5): Felt swindled, did not enjoy stay at all. - Terrible service, absolutely not clean/disinfected, totally over priced and not worth it. Uuh like EVERYTHING. literally
- Theresa (3/5): Don't recommend! - The location and room size. Other than the staff that checked us in, the other 2 were very short and almost rude. No one told us we had to take our own towels down to get more. There was zero housekeeping so we had to get our own toilet paper.. For a extended suite, there was no coffee and when there was, there was no creamer or cups. For the price and type of hotel, I would expect more as what we got we could've gotten at a motel 6.

- Johnny (6/5): It was Ok it could have been better quality. - The price. The poor quality of craftsmanship.
- Norman (3/5): Disappointing - Okay location The power went out in the room. Was in the dark for over 3 hours before finally moving rooms. Very very inconvenient. Not so much as a sorry from the staff. Any decent place would have compt it
- JOSEPH (1/5): -
- Heather (1/5): - Free parking and near mall and restaurants. The front desk was as helpful as she could be. Her management failed her by not giving her proper training. One computer was down. Our cards for our room didn't work. She had to come manually open the door. The TV was broken as if someone punched it. Walls had several damage. Requested a refund. She offered a new room. Fixed card keys for new room. Microwave was filthy. Wall damage. Precious renter left their work Keychain hanging on wall. Clearly their housekeeper was not doing their job. I would never stay there again. Felt very unsafe and poorly managed.
- Helen (5/5): Awful - Uneventful Excessive noise from 9:30 pm to 6:30 am
All throughout the evening.
Good luck if you can sleep
Noise is not control.
- Helen (5/5): Uneventful and will not stay again. - Clean Awful , it’s impossible to sleep throughout the entire night people upstairs pounding the floor, they knew there are guest below them .
- Yasmani (10/5): -
- Becker (5/5): - Room was comfortable TV didn't work. There was miscommunication about moving rooms.
- Roderick (1/5): -
- Tony (7/5): Super hôtel - La situation de l'hôtel Les odeurs dans l'ascenseur
- darartu (10/5): -
- Sandoval (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - That it’s nice and quiet. A little bit away from the city. Nothing
- CHANGWEI (8/5): - Quite stay, the suite has a kitchen which is nice, you can get groceries from a store 3 minutes away
- Sara (6/5): - Staff could have been a little more friendlier and welcoming. Room smelled like potent chemicals. There were burn marks on the floor near the refrigerator.
- Christian (10/5): - I like the location it was clean very friendly staff
- Liz (2/5): - Checked in and was greeted by a squashed cockroach by the elevators. Asked for a refund, but my refund was declined, although I mentioned the cockroaches and the dirty room. The hotel mentions being pet-friendly, but they had a small patch of dried grass that was more dirt than anything. I don't know what it had more of, cigarette buds or unpicked-up dog feces. Even my dogs refused to go to the bathroom. The hotel had a weird overpowering smell on every floor, probably an attempt to mask the pungent smell of urine, ESPECIALLY coming from the first floor. The bathroom was worse than a filthy hair salon. It was full of hair all over the floors, toilet, and counter. The hairdryer was dirty with what I hope was makeup, and a couple of bright pink hair strands were stuck on it. I know I voluntarily stayed, but it's because I'd be dammed if I let this hotel rob me anymore. Never AGAIN will I be staying in this hotel. And also, people live here. Longterm. With the cockaroaches.
- Diego (10/5): - Great
- Diego (10/5): - Great
- armie (8/5): - ?
- Khrystine Joanne (2/5): - Staff told us that we dont have reservation even after showing her proof that we do have
- Debra (4/5): Would not have stayed knowing a dog was next book - Nothing my outlets did not work.
TV only had one channel no break fast
- Heather (8/5): - Good location if having to catch an early flight. They need to focus on cleaning measures. This is my 2nd stay with this company. This stay we had hair on hair dryer, in the sink & shower, a laundry basket on the shelf and a toddlers pajamas on a shelf.
- Sadie (2/5): - Weird, late check in procedure and lack of signage.
The room was clean, mostly, but smells really foul.
- Megan (8/5): - Nice place to stay
- Sarah (4/5): - I would not stay here again. Walls are paper thin. It’s like there isn’t a wall at all. I wouldn’t say this play is a hotel, more of a motel and it’s wayyyy overpriced for what it is. They have long term permanent residents that live there. It’s not the most suitable place for travelers. I do like that they have someone walking around at night to watch the cars. My room was very clean and spacious.
- Fabrice (8/5): - Very clean, spacious room. Checking In and checking out process was very smooth. Great staffing overall. TV in the room had a already cracked screen, with no remote available which wasn’t expected. Wasn’t a big deal since I didn’t plan on using it. The gym available is a bit petite but worth it. Air conditioning worked very well in keeping the room at desired temperature levels.
- Eva (6/5): READ BEFORE BOOKING - Cons:#1 asked for extra pillows as those where flat girl said they didn't have any it's hospitality very obvious she was Lying.
#2 went to get clean towels in morning #2 of staying there a lady seemed annoyed and said you're supposed to wait till 9:00 a.m. to ask for towels let her know no one told me that how was I supposed to know.
#3 I asked housekeeper for dishwasher tablet as the ones I brought ran out as the dishes or all dirty in dishwasher on arrival had chunks of SpaghettiOs or something on the dishes. She looked at me and said oh we don't have any right now, which made me think so you're just putting dirty dishes or not washing them to the new cleaned rooms since you don't have any ??again very obvious they were lying!
Every single interaction with the employees was not good but not stay there again only had two bath towels and two washcloths no hand towels in the room no soap for the kitchen area I mean Bare Bones Hotel pillows were horrible very cheap wobbly.
- Robert (2/5): - The management was nice. It appeared clean but there was a lot of roaches
- Alicia (6/5): Quiet, safe place to stay - The safety and security of the place was amazing love the fact that you could not access the building unless you were staying there so I felt very safe. The bed was really high up so I had trouble getting into it one of the light flashed constantly I reported it as soon as I checked in I was told there were no other single rooms available. They could put me in a double room, but I would have to pay extra so I said just put in a maintenance request at the nine days that I stayed there not one time did maintenance come to fix that light so I was not able to use the light in the kitchen area at all. There was no light above the stove so anytime I cook to cook in the dark I know at most places housekeeping checks on the room at least once a week. I did not see how keeping one time.
It was extremely quiet, which was nice overall it was a nice hotel and I would possibly stay again. Maybe not at that location due to the fact that I had to cook in the dark and I couldn’t get into the bed properly.
- Clinton (2/5): - This place should advertise that they have low income and homeles living there. When we showed up there was a food bank giving food out to to the residents. Check the rules for the place that will clue you in.
- Andrea (4/5): Given a downgrade on arrival - I booked a King room nine months in advance, but upon arrival, we were informed that we had been downgraded to a Queen room because our originally booked room had been given to someone else.
We were told there are only three or four King rooms in the entire hotel, with the rest being Queen rooms. While we were given a “discount,” it was simply the price difference between the King and Queen rooms — not a meaningful gesture given the inconvenience.
Had we known we would end up in a room with only a Queen-sized bed, we would not have booked this hotel.
- Raechel (6/5): - Property was very clean, beds very comfortable and good security.
However, no soap in room or available at front desk, "We're all out, sorry." No phone in room, "Some of phone jacks not working so, if no phone means jack not working." The inability of the front desk to contact our room led to us almost losing our delivery dinner, since front desk would not let them go to room, due to security. No one from hotel came to our room either.
Front desk person said hotel was undergoing remodel. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
- Theresa (10/5): - It was a good hotel. There was no coffee creamer or lids when we left early in the morning which was a bummer. Also the pillows werent the greatest when we asked for extra pillows they didn't have any so we went and bought some
- Hal (9/5): -
- angelahA9871CY (6/5): No soap - There was no soap. They ran out and couldn't find any. The staff was pleasant but unable to help. Pillows and bathroom smelled of cigarettes and heavy pot smell. The AC didn't seem to be working. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, no soap to wash them. Microwave was dirty. Perhaps this is a no soap facility.
- Arisbeth (10/5): - lovely stay
- Angela (3/5): - The staff was polite. The bed was comfortable but pillows smelled of cigarettes Heavy pot smoke. No soap, staff said they ran out. Dishwasher had dirty dishes and also noodles stuck on door. AC didn't seem to work. Microwave was dirty. We did not use any of these things. Basically it was the no soap that was the biggest issue. I was too tired to drive to get some. Not sure I would stay there again
- Petr (4/5): - Terrible conditions.
- Frances (10/5): -
- Kathy L (4/5): -
- Maricel (10/5): - Staff their friendly
- Wendy (10/5): - It was excellent for an urgent overnight stay. Loved the kitchen set up
And supplies! Fridge microwave etc
- Luther (10/5): - Nice and quiet, with friendly staff. The building always smells great, and there's plenty of parking. Plus, it's close to everything.
- Megan (5/5): - Had an available room. Clean, reasonably comfortable. No issues with parking etc.
- Martinez (5/5): - I cant belive. It was only 1 iron for the whole facility..
- Tekie (8/5): -
- Lauren (8/5): - It was quite convenient and spotless. Check in was slow, but other than that, was great!!
- Hannah (4/5): Quality lacking on accessible features. If you're physically disabled you will need an aid. - Great location, not too busy but close to everything you need. Comfortable mattress. Spacious room and bathroom. Good refrigerator. Good TV. Yummy tuna salad with crackers snack in the vending machine. The toilet was very uncomfortable. It had no toilet seat lid so if you leant back you'd be hitting the toilet tank. The seat had hard edges and curved up in the back which made it hard to sit back enough. It was too high. The bathtub didn't have a bench to sit on and the hotel didn't provide a shower chair to use. The bathroom sink was moderately accessible: my knees and arrests still hit the vanity and I couldn't reach everything unless I sat on the edge of my wheelchair seat which a lot of disabled folks can't too. The kitchen really isn't accessible. The fridge opens into a corner, there's no space for a wheelchair to fit under the cooktop or kitchen sink. The cookware, silverware, and dishware are lacking. There's only 2 of everything and the one pot and one pan provided are tiny, you can hardly cook in them. The bed: it's way too high for a disabled person. The pillows are mostly air and deflate when you put your head on them. They are small and do not fit a king sized bed. The blanket is also small and does not fit a king size bed so if you're sharing a bed with someone both people will not be covered. Speaking of two guests, there is no desk or table big enough for two people to eat at. Overall I had to spend hundreds of dollars on bigger cookware, a folding table to eat at, a chair for the shower, cushions for the toilet, another blanket, etc. And that's just the room. Getting into the hotel is difficult as well. There are multiple doors you have to go through, some that only unlock with your room key card, and are not automatic doors. The handicap spots are always taken so you're basically going to be stuck taking up two spaces in the back of the parking lot just to have room to get your wheelchair out. It would be great if there were accessible parking spots that corresponded with the accessible rooms.
- Robert (4/5): - This property was awful. Not as clean and spacious as advertised. It was unclean, noisy, and had people who were obviously permanently living there. I did not feel safe at the hotel and will not be back.
- Teresa (4/5): Nice staff, smelly room with safety issues - Front staff was friendly but the room was not good. There was a heavy cigarette smell, the bathroom door was installed too low to the floor so was nearly impossible to open and close, and the smoke alarm in the bathroom was totally gone. There was one spoon and one fork for two people to use, no dish soap, and no hand towels. Not a great experience. We won’t be staying here again. Door issue is a major safety concern for seniors and small children. Room 312 should not be used until it is fixed.
- Jason (10/5): - Clean property at a good price!
- Blanca (10/5): - The feont desk people patty great person to deal
- Amy (6/5): - Property felt safe. No bathroom available when we were checking in… no Kleenexes in the room and no hand towels and no towel bars. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Loved the full size fridge!
- sete (6/5): - Ok
- Bands (5/5): -
- Jeff (4/5): - Chairs were damaged. Toilet was damaged. Floor damaged. Walls damaged. Bath towels and face cloths but no hand towels.
- Andres (4/5): Good but dirty - Found a cockroach a live in my room then asked about it they said its normal nothing they can do about it
I had to walk my dirty towels down wait 20 min in the lobby then got new towels in the same basket as old very unhygienic
- MEHER (8/5): - .
- Emmylou Jill (8/5): - Clean and bigger beds.
- Kodi (2/5): - Didn’t even have our room ready 2+ hours after check in-time.. the room was disgusting. I took photos there was hair everywhere in the bathroom… would never ever stay here again. No apology from staff either.
- Brad (8/5): - We had a nice 2 nighter at Woodspring Suites. Upon entering building we were greeted by the nice manager Jackie, who checked us in and provided room keys. The room was nice with amenities are as seen in the pictures.
When we went to turn on the AC we noticed it wasn't pumping cold air and mentioned this to Jackie and he promptly replaced the newer designed modular AC unit with another one as well as a light bulb (pot light) that was flickering) and did this right away. Thank you Jackie! The toilet paper, towels and soap situation were sparse, and not replenished and recall signing something at the front desk acknowledging that there's a fee if sorts for more supplies. Overall a decent visit, good sleep.and really appreciated the attentive manager who really helped make our stay comfortable.
- Melvin (4/5): - Please don't be fooled by the professional pictures. While it's a "newer" property, it's already showing it's age. So-so check-in, no toilet paper in the room, and general uncleanliness of the cleaned room - little hairs everywhere (the kinds of hairs you don't want to see), floors generally dirty. Also had "wonderful" neighbors talking away until 3am.
- Edgar (6/5): - Property was easy to find is what I liked. I dislike my room, bed had blood stainon it and room smelled like bleach.
- Mikrae (10/5): - Great
- Sarr (6/5): - It's bare bones and priced accordingly. Having a low base price and charging extra for things only some people want (eg a coffee maker, hangers) is a plausible approach. But a second chair in a 2 person room would have been nice.
- Brian (4/5): - We stood at the front desk wanting on service for about 10 minutes... We could hear employs talking and laughing. I finally had to say excuse me loudly to get their attention. My intentions were not to be rude and disturb them.
- Colin P (10/5): - The staff was very friendly.
- Kelsey (10/5): - Friendly Staff
- Corinne (8/5): - Went for soccer tournaments - convenient location. Close to area mall and dining options. Room was plain, clean/comforatable and had nice kitchenette.
- London (10/5): - It was a really great stay!
