- Cliche (6/5): Séjour trop cher payé. - Lors de ma réservation, j'ai pris l'option "de luxe avec accès au Lounge" en payant un supplément. Bien que l'on m'ait dit lors de l'enregistrement que le lounge pouvait nous accueillir à 17 h, il n'était pas ouvert, pas de cocktail, pas d'hors d'œuvre. Mauvais information. Cette option ne devrait pas être disponible au calendrier pour les fins de semaine étant donné qu'il est fermé. La piscine était belle, malheureusement, trop d'enfants (6 enfants qui criaient). Pas du tout relaxant. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur (oeufs cuits durs).

Gutes Fitnessstudio, up-to-date eingerichtet, dazu ein kleines Schwimmbad auf dem dritten Stock. Im Zimmer jedoch kein richtiger Schreibtisch - man kann improvisieren, den Beistelltisch zum Sessel ziehen; es geht. Super Betten, sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Exzellente Qualität, sehr gut geschlafen.

- RICHARD (6/5): Not for families - For a family trip this is not the hotel. There is no microwave or ice machine. The rooms are loud from the outside and the air/heat system is not good, had many issues trying to get a proper temp. The bathroom’s ventilation is bad and everyone can hear you of what’s going on.

The noise from someone dropping weights at 8.00am was disturbing…we were placed on the 3rd floor as it was their pet-friendly floor, however this room was just too close… Housekeeping need to make sure quality and condition of towels provided are presentable… Front desk staff excellent! Food at restaurant was good. Room was spacious.
