Guest Reviews
- Moreno (8/5): -
- Hector (10/5): - Very clean hotel and also liked location. Staff was very friendly.
- Dan Snyders (8/5): Great setup - Staff, cleanliness, business accomodations Noise after 10pm. Just a couple times. But quiet time should be enforced.
- Edgar (10/5): -
- Trujillo (10/5): -
- Kari (9/5): All in all it t was very pleasant. I would stay again! - Cleanliness
Polite staff Breakfast selections were minimal. What happened to real scrambled eggs or real meat choices?
- Juan (8/5): -
- manjima (5/5): Will not stay at home suites Hilton property again - Location , it was near to the event we were attending. The bathroom has bugs. đ A line of bugs in he shower and on the bathroom floor on both if the days .
- Breanna (3/5): Not worth it - It is in a good location, the breakfast was nice, the pool was fine and had towels. The blanket for the hideaway couch was dirty (it had obviously been used and put back without being cleaned), the pillows in the bag were also gross, there was used creamer and trash in the coffee holder in the kitchen. After all these things, it just felt gross and uncomfortable to be there, but it was too late to change rooms or leave the hotel. It's not a good feeling to be stuck in that situation. In addition, there was a $6 parking charge, which is ludacris for this location. I would never stay here again.
- Dakayla (9/5): Welcoming and loving - The staff was very friendly and welcoming The pool was a little colder then usually
- lewis (1/5): - Power outage during working hours Power outage during working hours

- Leni (10/5): Excellent - Staff was courteous and efficient.I will be back Everything was awesome
- Solomon (10/5): -
- Muhammad (2/5): Iâve stayed here few times in last few years. But last couple of time I noticed noise at late hours and staff didnât do - Average Staff is not cooperative. Noise at night.

- Heather (9/5): This hotel was a great value and worked well for our family. - The breakfast food choice was good and the area was spacious. It worked very well for our family. The check in process was a bit confusing with incidental charges. I didnât know we were being charged a parking fee for each room because I wasnât told specifically and not given a receipt when asked. I booked three rooms, but we all arrived in one vehicle.
- alexandrasN9493PM (2/5): Terrible Customer Service and Care - My family and I enjoyed our time at the hotel and were pleased with the rooms and the facility itself. However, we are giving this hotel 1 star for the following reasons:
Severe Understaffing: The hotel was clearly understaffed. One employee was left to manage the entire breakfast service alone, and housekeeping was lackingâlikely due to the same staffing issue. While inconvenient, this alone would not have prevented us from returning.
Unjust $500 Smoking Fee: The real issue was being charged an exorbitant $500 fee for smoking in a room where no smoking occurred. The hotelâs sensors falsely flagged my hair dryer as smokeâa documented issue with certain hotel sensors. I was staying with my brother and my 12-year-old daughter. Neither of us smoke, and I would never allow smoking around my child.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Management: I immediately called to dispute the charge and was told to fill out a form since the GM, Derek, was unavailable. I was told he would be in Monday, but when I called, he was not. I called again Tuesday and was told he had already left for the day at 1 PM. At no point was management available during a busy holiday period, and the front desk staff were dismissive and rude. A hotel operating during holidays should have management accessible or at least ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Unprofessional Handling of Dispute: Derek denied my claim twice, despite evidence from both myself and my brother. His only response was repeatedly sending the same report, showing a lack of willingness or ability to resolve the issue. His absence during critical business hours and failure to assist customers reflects poorly on his leadership.
I will never stay at this hotel again and will share this experience widely. I expect a full refund and will escalate this matter to corporate. My family will do the same.
- Zachary (8/5): - Breakfast was amazing
- GREGORY (9/5): Great place for singles of families - Great Breakfast Buffet and Dining area⌠open space airy, bright and clean. Charged for parking.
- Mario (8/5): - BreakfastđŻ Rooms were nice and big Pool needs more maintenance
- Neill (8/5): - Breakfast OK.

- Daniel (10/5): - Really nice, staff was fantastic and the room quite comfortable and nice. n/a
- Jenni (10/5): -
- christinaeA1069GB (8/5): Positive review for the most part. - Basic but clean rooms. Staff was hit or miss. Warm nice small saline pool and nice gym. Overall positive experience not fancy but nice for it's value.
- Karen (10/5): - I wish there was a hot tub
- Cindy (10/5): We were in town for a dentist appointment. Itâs a great place to stay! Great breakfast variety! - It was very clean and really nice! Walking through the hallway to your room is clean and smells nice! I donât think it has a hot tub so that was sad. Itâs nice to relax in a hot tub.
- Douglas (10/5): Enjoyed the stay. - Breakfast and the fitness room. No recommendations.
- Grace (6/5): - The property was very clean and well maintained. The front office staff was very rude and unwilling to answer questions. I had a double charge on my room that turned into a triple charge nearly a week after my stay.
- Jimmy (10/5): -
- Linda (10/5): Great stay! - Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was abundant and delicious.
- John (10/5): - room amenities, frog, dish washer, food service, m wave, set up for food prep, able to stay for extended period, roomy, suite with sitting, tv, work table, fix a meal. sleep, quite and clean... nice for our 3 days there..
- 860risac (10/5): Clean, comfortable and homey. - The hotel is lovely with great amenities and a helpful and courteous staff. The rooms are spacious and clean with a very usable kitchen area and good options on the tv. We enjoyed the quality and selection of the breakfast buffet. The pool area and patio are great for hanging out and relaxing.
- Melanie (10/5): - Room was very clean, friendly staff. Pool was clean and well supply with towels.
- Ivonne (10/5): - Dani was very welcoming & helpful!
- Sherrie (10/5): - Very comfortable. A bit pricey!
- SARAH (10/5): - Room was very spacious and clean.
Had pleasant stay.
- Yash (10/5): - The stay was comfortable
- TravelingGG24 (10/5): Great place to stay! - Great location! The entire hotel was clean and comfortable. We travel often always choose a Hilton hotel. This location has been one of our favorites: )
- Ann Louise (10/5): - Convenient , comfortable ,repeat customer.
- Travis (10/5): Great place to stay in longmont - This is my favorite place to stay in longmont. The staff is great. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.
- Jason (8/5): - One of the elevators was out of service so going to and from the room took some time. Air Conditioner was leaking and it looked like there was some black mold where it was leaking. Breakfast wasn't great, good selection but improperly seasoned and quality was low. Otherwise, room was very spacious and the finishes were pleasing. Amazing area to visit; plenty of shopping and restaurant options.
- Wallace (10/5): We had a very nice day and the best hotel breakfast ever. - The room was perfect for a family of five I didnât like having having to pay for parking when we ended up parking on the street anyway.
- Marc (10/5): - Great staff and really nice rooms.
- Lori (4/5): - There were a few things that surprised me. One of the Elevators was out of service and the one elevator took FOREVER!
Our suite was not has clean as I thought it should be. It was dusty. The hand towel on the bathroom sink looked like someone might have used it before us, along with the soap being unwrapped and stuck in the soap dish. The soap looked new but it was the perception of the soap and towel.
For the 2 days that we were there for Breakfast, there wasnât any butter- at least that I could find. The Coffee âhotâ out of the pot was only a little warmer than lukewarm.
These are mostly minor issues, but all together, it made me a bit uneasy.
- max (2/5): - Our reservation was messed up. They didnât reserve the room I wanted. A total and complete disaster
- DREW (8/5): Good, but some quirks - Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, property in good shape, safe. Breakfast was well-stocked.
Our particular room had a few challenges:
door closer mechanism was very tight, had to wrestle it aggressively to get the door open every time, was tougher with with luggage. Door looked like it had been damaged previously.
Big floor stain that seems like it could have been addressed.
Blanket combination was a bit strange: one layer on top of the sheet seemed to be a mattress pad? was a quilted rectangle with linen wings. Was difficult to stay covered for a couple.
- Laurie (10/5): - 2nd elevator was broken from august 21st until aug 31st
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice hotel. Large well equipped rooms. Kind and well intentioned staff. Housekeeping, especially, impressive.. I had loud neighbors first night. Guy at front desk tried to help as best he could.
Great exercise room.
Great breakfast.
- Jonathan (4/5): - Elevator never worked. One of the front desk ladies was rude to a customer stating "it works you just need to trick the other elevator" after he stated he had to wait 10 minutes since his mother was unable to walk the stairs. Rather than own up and apologize she created an excuse and was irrate about it.
- Travis (10/5): Great place to stay in Longmont - Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.
- Angie (6/5): - It was ok
- John (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean rooms and centrally located to the activities we had planned.
- Petty (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Unfortunately upsetting - Terrible, I hate to complain but it was like no one was trying to help until I called the customer service hotline. The front desk was angry when I checked in and I was exhausted trying to make her feel better. Then the others just went down hill. The floor I was on smelt so bad every time I came off the elevator it was worse. The housekeeping was so very lazy with the linen, I had animal hair on it, wrinkles everywhere like they used the same one the night before. The lamp was broken, a bulb was almost completely out, and the phone was not working when I entered. Then the washer was broken and left all my clothes completely wet. Which I had to pay to begin with. I was told to wring them out from the front desk and that it already happened but they didnât put a sign up! My clothes didnât dry all the way in the dryer which I paid for Again! I had to hang my clothes, I had to ask for them to refill the lotion⌠it was the worst stay. Drug addicts were around as well as homeless in the lobby at night once. The only compliment I have was the breakfast. It was amazing and delicious. There was a male at the front desk and he was kind, I saw him once. They recovered my stay through customer service but really it wasnât worth it for staying almost two weeks there.
- Donald (9/5): very nice and comfortable room - Had to pay for parking which I thought should be included since paying for the room and the parking is onsite
- C2IKjohns (10/5): Great stay at Home 2 suites - Wonderful room and amazing breakfast and the staff was too notch too. The room was clean and the beds were great. The maintenance guy came immediately when we had a question
- Marco (2/5): - They hold my card when i make the reservation..i call 3 hours before my check-in this lady says no reservation under my name so i try to get another room she say no vacancy so i make the reservation in another hotel..few days later i check my bank account there was a 187 dollars charge from this hotel..so i call they says it was for non show fee...i speak to the manager he says it was my foult for non show try to explain no listen to me..this person was very rude just hangout my call..
- Wojciech (10/5): - Clean
- Chris (6/5): - Front desk service personnel is very inconsistent. Some were very friendly and helpful, one in particular was neither. Carpets in room were in desperate need of cleaning. A dog was a guest in and adjacent room and spent a fair amount of my stay barking. Pool was nice, breakfast was fair. Be aware that there is a nightly charge to park that rivals resort fees. Not likely to be a repeat customer at this location.
- Steven (2/5): - Guest service was terrible. Room was not prepared. Items like no toilet paper. No coffee at breakfast and when I informed the front desk they were too distracted to care. No recognition for being a Hilton honors member. Too many other lodging options to ever go back to this hotel
- Maricela (10/5): - Perfect
- Jolene (9/5): The facility was designed beautifully, the staff was excellent! - I love the suit layout especially the little kitchen I was not happy with the breakfast choices, nothing in the heated container tasted good or even looked appetizing. I prefer the buffet style warmed food.
I do wish they had a king bed option
- Snow (5/5): Poor Maintenance and Follow Through - Location is great. When we arrived Friday night, our air filters were hanging out of our air conditioning unit and our privacy screen was broken. We contacted the front desk to help us with a privacy screen. She hung a shower curtain and told us she would put in a maintenance request. She also said she would let the manager know so we could get some form of compensation for our stay. Neither ever happened and we went the entire weekend with a broken privacy screen and a shower curtain to block sunlight and the parking lot from seeing straight into our room.
- Darcey (10/5): - This was my favorite!
- Chris (8/5): - Relatively new property. Appreciated the full fridge and freezer, clean room, adequate light for reading and quality breakfast. Didn't like the cheap linens, towels, etc. Beware the hidden parking fee of $6/night. Also parking is limited, we literally got the last spot available one evening. They need a real toaster. Overall, not bad for the price.
- Emily (8/5): Nice place to stay in Longmont - Fair breakfast, nice clean room, and nice indoor pool. Really like the fridge size, extra sink, and counter space along th entire room. Centrally located and about 5-10 minutes from everything in Longmont. Really comfortable and fun for the family!!
- Juana (8/5): - It was nice. The breakfast was ok.
- Thomas (10/5): - I like that they have a pool and fitness center close together. The staff is great. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The breakfast is by the lobby too.
- 881renic (10/5): Great safe place to stay - Easy stay and staff very helpful and considerate. Bedding is great, oh and the pillowsâŚ. Super. Will be purchasing once home :)))
- Cody (10/5): Nice place to stay for a getaway - The stay was wonderful and the price was well worth it. We enjoyed the late night swims and the nearby cuisine. The only drawback were that breakfast items such as meat and eggs went fast and that it took almost 45 minutes for a re-stock, so breakfast wasnt enjoyable
- Denise (8/5): Adequate, convenient to main streets to get around - The doors were very noisy could hear them slam in our room. PTAâs unit needs maintenance sounded like it was throwing a beating on start up. Breakfast was adequate. Ice machine good. Pool was excellent. Guest Laundry was good. Parking limited but worked just fine. Beds comfortable. Pillows great.
- Jennifer (1/5): - I didn't stay They cancelled our reservation at 3:00 and claimed that they were at capacity so we did not stay.
- keith (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Fuzzywaters (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudia (10/5): Definitely recommend - Room was excellent! Great amenities! Great for families! Will be using this hotel going forward for my Colorado trips!
- Jave (2/5): - My room was so nasty
- Anthony (4/5): - I should get a refund for a portion on my cost. The power went out on 7-21-25. Because of no power the elevator was not working in addition to not being able to get ready in the morning we also had to take all of our luggage with two babies in tow down and up the steps multiple times to load up the car. This room was pricey and to not even have the simplest of conviences was a huge problem. Please contact me to issue compensation for this issue.
- Carla (10/5): family traveler - our day was good and the girl who checked us in on Friday was amazing. she had several things going on and she got us checked in very quickly. The beds were great and the room was nice other than a carpet stain. We wouldâve loved to have enjoyed the outdoor area however there was a group of men who sat out there each night and drink and smoked. They pretty well dominated the area so no one else sat out there but them, they were very polite but we did not feel comfortable sitting outside.
- Anna (4/5): Disappointing - Bed and bad bedding. Old and icky. Very disappointing. In fact gross.
- Yasar (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at Home2 Suites in Longmont. The staff at checkout were exceptionally friendly, setting a great tone as I wrapped up my visit. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintainedâexactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. Parking was hassle-free with plenty of available spots, and getting to Rocky Mountain National Park was a breeze thanks to the convenient location. The only downside was the breakfast, which was fairly mediocre and didnât quite match the quality of the rest of the experience. Still, overall a solid choice for comfort and accessibility.
- Alan (7/5): Good - Parking fees!
Seriously, where else are we supposed to park???
- Mansoor (9/5): Superb - Breakfast has very limited items Refrigerator sound during night
Also elevator was making weird sounds
- Nis (6/5): - Staff did the basics. Didnât feel welcomed. The room was clean. They charged for parking ($12/day) which was the first for me. Location was good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Maintenance issue and pay for parking??? Really! - Because it was my first time to stay, the hotel gave me free parking. This was not the type of location I would have expected to pay for parking! There was a large parking lot, and it seemed really strange to me that this would even be possible.
There were electric window shades in the room. While trying to figure out how they worked, the header on the top fell down, hit me on the hand, and was hanging by one screw. This was a delayed/ignored maintenance issue. Clearly I was not the first to be pulling on cords and trying to figure it out.
On the plus side - I stayed in a queen suite. It was large and had a very nice kitchen area and large bathroom. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was large and pleasant.
- David (10/5): - .
- Lauren Tye (10/5): - Clean! Friendly and helpful staff! Had a wonderful week stay with them.
- Randy (8/5): - Queen size beds were probably the biggest draw back. Everything else was good.
- U6573TWamberb (10/5): Amazing staff - Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The environment is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this stay to all
- emilysZ9188JM (4/5): Could have been better - The room was not well kept. The bedding and towels were clean but the carpet was very stained across the entire room as well as the hallways. The bathroom sink had stains from a former guest, the edges of the room were very dirty, the counter in the bathroom was also dirty. It seemed liked it had been cleaned quickly and not thoroughly but also the general standard of cleaning was pretty low. We needed a room for one night so just dealt with it but if we had to stay longer I would not have stayed in the room. The halls were pretty dirty so my assumption was this was the standard for the hotel.
- Joseph (10/5): - It was clean and had great service as well as a kids area where they could play games with their parents. The breakfast was very good too !
- HIRAL (8/5): - Stayed for 7 nights. Staff was nice. Same breakfast everyday. Room floor was dusty. But overall good.
