- Andrea (8/5): - El apartamento está muy bien. El tamaño es ideal, la cama muy cómoda. Tiene un balcón y súper importante aire acondicionado. Pasamos unos muy buenos dias aquí. El apartamento se encuentra a 15 minutos del centro de Hvar. Muy buena la ubicación. Recomendado.

- Edney (9/5): A lovely short stay in Hvar. - I loved the little balcony with the sea view and that we had a small kitchen unit to cook with as we desired. It’s a little far from the centre but you quickly got used to the walk to and from. The property was in great condition and was in a quiet neighbourhood which meant for peaceful nights sleep too. The only thing that we couldn’t work out was how the shower head fitted onto the fixture on the wall, meaning you had to hold the shower head whilst washing your hair etc. apart from that, there are 0 complaints and I would be very happy to go back there!

- Laura (7/5): Nice host and relaxing location - The host was very kind and she gave us many useful recommendations.By far the best part of this apartment is the fact that it is a 15 minute walk away from one of the best beaches in Hvar (pokonji dol) I would highly recommend visiting it has beautiful water . The apartment was clean and had a spectacular view from the balcony . The host also greeted us with fresh lemonade . I would highly recommend a restaurant nearby called Bepo it has amazing seafood which is slightly outside the old town and it is a more affordable option . The apartment also has 2 supermarkets nearby The location is not the best as the walk from the port / old town is a little longer than expected and it is uphill so not comfortable with luggage’s however it is still easily accessible by foot . The apartment is a little small and outdated .

To say something, the house is a bit uphill, which may be tiring for those who don't like walking but most guesthouses are also uphill. This is nothing to do with the apartment but, for info, the closest supermarkets are overpriced. The konzum nearby the bus station is more reasonable

- Kate (8/5): Lovely apartment, would recommend. - Lovely apartment, looked better than the photos. It was clean, good location, nice terrace, lovely host. Tea or coffee would have been nice.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - no sea view and no kitchenette!!! - Totally false misleading room description - the basic "Double Room, Balcony, Sea View" option was described as "45 square meters" with "sea view" and "kitchenette". The green room (and all rooms on that side) is at most 20 square meters (no way it is 45 sqm). There is absolutely NO sea view as what you see is apartment complex and hills on opposite side. In fact, the sea is behind you so there is no way to see the sea from room balcony (physically impossible). And as for the rooms on the other side of hallway, they also face a steep hill with apartments on other side. So that building with 5 rooms has absolutely no sea view for any of their apartments. Perhaps their other 3 apartments in another building might have had sea view, but certainly not the apartment with green room, yellow room, orange room, etc. What they call a "kitchenette" is also laughable. Only a small mini-refrigerator inside a closet and a small electric water boiler. No microwave, no stove, no pots/pans or anywhere to cook or wash anything. Seems like the owners were too lazy to properly describe their most basic room option and decided to falsely market it size-wise as having the same sea view/kitchenette options as their most expensive apartment options. The positive reviews are misleading. Read the single tripadvisor review as that fellow also had the same bad experience staying in the green room. In fact, all 3 rooms on that side have no sea view and no kitchenette. Very disappointing!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property is located about 10 minutes walk from the port ,so it s not noisy as it is in the port area during the day or night,you have a balcony ,so you can enjoy a drink on the balcony watching the sunset. Very nice lovely place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice/Quiet Location - I had a basement suite apartment for my 4 night stay in Hvar. A basic apartment with all the essentials for cooking in the kitchen. It was just a 5 minutes walk to the sea for swimming and to the supermarket for food which was ideal. Central Hvar was a 10-15 minutes walk along the beautiful waterfront. To my knowledge this was an owner/operator family run building with several apartments. The lady I dealt with was very sweet and accommodating.

We were greeted & well explained of where sites & things were in Split. The location of the apartment was perfect. Literally across the road from the old town & a 10 minute walk to Bacvice beach. The apartment was clean & looked after well.
