Un service de restauration de très bonnes qualités, personnellement nous nous sommes régalés les deux soirs de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement.

- Jörg (8/5): - Wir waren zu dritt und jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Zwei Zimmer waren absolut in Ordnung, in einem Zimmer befanden sich Ameisen und Silberfische, am ersten Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gerichtet. Die Zimmer waren groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag konnten wir bereits um 5.15 Uhr frühstücken, wir mussten zur Fähre. Apropos Frühstück: Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel war aus meiner Sicht die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse sehr gering. 3 Sorten Wurst, eine Sorte Käse, keine Abwechslung an 4 Tagen. Das Schwimmbad war okay, andere Angebote haben wir nicht genutzt. Insgesamt okay, für den Preis aber zu wenig Leistung.

Finalement, c'est l'environnement de l'hôtel qui n'est pas joli. Mais gros avantage : grande proximité de l'aéroport et de la voie rapide.

- Kyra Maria (6/5): Leider zum Schluss sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt - Sehr schönes, modernen und komfortables Hotel. Sauber und die Lage nur 15 Minuten von Bastia ist auch gut. Bis zum Check Out war alles toll. Leider hat der Herr an der Rezeption einfach meine Kreditkarte mit dem bereits bezahlten Betrag für zwei Nächte belastet und war komplett uneinsichtig, als ich ihm sagte, dass das Zimmer bereits von mir bezahlt wurde. Er konnte auch kein Englisch, wollte, dass ich ihm die vorgezeigte Rechnung übersetze und selbst als mein Mann ihm auf Französisch nochmal dasselbe erzählt hat, hat er den Betrag immer noch nicht zurückerstattet. So eine Frechheit habe ich selten erlebt. Schade für die anderen Mitarbeiter, die sich bemühen. Wir mussten leider schnell zur Fähre, weshalb wir uns nicht auf unser Recht bestehen konnten. Nach einem Anruf beim Hotel wurde uns dann zugesichert, dass wir den doppelt bezahlten Betrag zurückbekommen.

- Juergen (8/5): Guter ausgangspunkt für Nordkorsika - Sehr schöner Spa mit großem warmen Innenpool, Whirlpool, Dampfbad und Sauna. Personal war sehr freundlich, zu Beginn unseres ersten Aufenthalts war es etwas laut von der Be- und Entlüftung. Dies wurde aber kurzfristig abgestellt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, welches ausreichend groß war. Mit Auto sehr empfehlenswert, da man sowohl innerhalb einer Stunde in den Bergen ist, als auch innerhalb weniger Minuten am Starnd oder in Bastia.

- Fabian (8/5): Schönes modernes Hotel, aber.. - Insgesamt wirklich gut und zu empfehlen, nur mit den Wäscheservice waren wir leider nicht zufrieden. Im Zimmer war auf den Wäscheservice kein Hinweis, bei der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass es ein Wäscheservice gibt, gab uns aber keine Preisliste. Wir sollten unsere Wäsche einfach bei der Rezeption abgeben, ein Wäschesack haben wir auch nicht erhalten. Nach 24h haben wir dann unsere Wäsche zurück erhalten, dieses Mal gut verpackt. Als wir dann, am Abflugtag, die saubere Wäsche anziehen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Wäsche zwar sauber war, aber komplett nass. :( Aber sonst ein schönes Hotel, jedoch etwas abseits gelegen, also fast keine Restaurants oder ähnliches in der Nähe.

Friendly staff and a fantastic spa! Only thing they could improve on is a vegan option on the menu but as we found this is hard to find in corsica . Would recommend

The reception staff were excellent and staff in the restaurant were very good on the first night but a bit slower on the second. Great access from the car park to our room, a well thought out hotel.
- Steven (10/5): Great stay ! - Excellent location near a supermarket and only 7 minutes from the Bastia airport. No noise from busy road or airplanes. Good breakfast but a bit pricy.
- I (10/5): - We stayed just for a day as we chose the hotel because of the close location to the airport. However we had a great experience. Staff was really friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was very nice, room was nice and clean, bed - comfortable. We had access to tha spa as well and it was great.
- BJ (10/5): New and very modern. - The design is super funky. It seemed all rooms have balconies or at least a Juliet balcony. It is easy to drive to the center of Bastia (10min) and the near by beach (10min) had a lovely cafe and restaurant. The breakfast is adequate with good coffee. Having free parking was a nice touch. I would stay here again, if I’m ever next in Corsica.
- Amanda (6/5): Nice hotel shame about the location! - It says this hotel is in Biguglia but it is in Tragone, some km down the road. There is nothing there only a supermarket a bar that serves food until 3. Thank fully the train stops here so we used the train to go to the villages nearby. It said the nature reserve and beach were near by, as keen walkers we thought we would walk there. There are no paths or pavements to be able to walk and it is like a game of dare trying to cross the very busy dual carriage way to get to the station even with the pedestrian crossing. Unfortunately we were here for a week. It isn’t suitable for that. It is a short stay hotel.
- Andy (10/5): Great location for business stay & airport - A new, very comfortable and relaxing hotel with an indoor pool. There are not many restaurant options near the hotel but luckily the hotel restaurant offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Breakfast choice and quality was also very good.
- yvonne (4/5): Last night stay in Bastia Corsica dissapointing. - We were expecting the usual quality hotel amenities, attention that we associate with Mercure Hotels. It is advertised as a brand new hotel with all modern facilities but unfortunately it was not finished. There was no swimming pool, no outside lounge/sitting area and generally it was looking like a building site with workmen still operative. Internally very modern, but a few faults became apparent. We were not given the rooms requested, when in the room it again was very modern however the shower door opened the wrong way making it difficult to enter and exit the shower, in fact a big man would not be able to access the shower. Clearly we were disappointed and we pointed this out to the reception staff who said they would have a word with the manager. We were later advise that the Manager was sitting at the bar drinking at the same time we were there and thus we were disappointed he did not approach us with any explanation. The Hotel was not busy and therefore we would expect that the staff and particularly the Manager would have been more attentive. Very disappointed with Mercure Hotel at Bastia clearly the hotel opening should have been delayed or some discount should have been offered.
- Carole (10/5): Amazing staff - Brand new hotel...... Amazing customer service..... and very comfortable room. WI-Fi works very well....very close to the airport.
