Zachary (8/5): Need a place to sleep and we kinda slept. Got snack but most of it had to be tossed due fridge - Staff was nice Fridge didn’t work at all, tv was lagging both streaming and cable. Emailed coupon didn’t work at all.

Pamela (9/5): People are great, record-keeping may be problematic - The people who work there are uniformly knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Arriving at the airport late at night is no problem for them. They have an apparent reservation on file for May 31, when I'll be out of the country. Booking.com does not have a record of such a reservation. But they say they cannot "cancel" it--I have to go through Booking.com. It's a Catch 22.

Melvin (8/5): Very convenient, overall satisfied. - Location was walking distance from the airport. Breakfast was pretty standard for these locations, but certainly satisfactory. I made the mistake of forgetting my shirts in the closet, was able to make do on our short 4-day trip, and they had kept them aside for me (after I called to request that), so I could make a quick transfer to my luggage on the return trip. I was glad I had left my usual tip for housekeeping!! There was a lot of outside noise, mechanical, which didn't bother me but did bother my wife. The bed was not as comfortable as many that I have experienced in these motel environments, but that's partly because our flight got in so late that we didn't get to bed until 1:30 am!

Gaber (8/5): Late arrival at Harrisburg? Always stay at the Fairfield! - Breakfast, room, facilities were all especially good. I was leaving by bus and it wouldn't leave until 3:15 pm, so I asked if late checkout was available. The man at the desk said he would check, and asked if 2pm would be good. I agreed. He did not tell me I would be charged 1/2 day extra.

I did not like that you have to enter the airport to get to the hotel. The included breakfast was very nice and offered an impressive selection. Entering a dark room. Would be nice if the lighting system was automated/sensory driven. NO TV entertainment -- all private app generated. More technology ports, etc. high speed internet, etc.

It would been nice to have girts.

Justin (10/5): Fracking Fantastic - I travel to the west coast 1-2 times a year. I use to fly out of Pittsburg, but after finding this hotel I now only travel out of Harrisburg International Airport. To leave the night before, buy a night at the hotel, and literally walk a cross the street to get through TSA buys a lot of piece of mind. Greatly lowers the travel stress. Couple this with the great service and clean accommodation; great way to start a vacation! N/A
Ellen (7/5): I have stayed here more than once and generally don't mind it - The desk clerk was very helpful and personable. was disappointed that there were many ants, both dead and alive in our bathroom. I feel this should have been noted by housekeeping and immediately addressed prior to the room being occupied. Thankfully the clerk was gracious and moved us to a room minus the ants!

Deiirdre (7/5): Issue with Booking.com - When I tried to check in the reservation made through booking.com was not on their system. After contacting booking.com to try to rectify the problem I was told that a new reservation had to be made 🙃Booking.com position was that I could not cancel my reservation and receive a refund unless the hotel agreed; which they did. A new reservation was made with the hotel, I am waiting to receive something from booking.com verifying that a refund will be given. I am reluctant to go through a 3rd party again if it is this difficult to rectify a problem.

Also appreciated the secure parking lot, breakfast selection and how quiet the rooms are even with being right by the airport! Excellent place to stay!

William (10/5): - This is a true airport motel. You can literally walk to the terminal in a few minutes. It was very convenient for us as my spouse and I were not rushed the morning of our flight. The motel has a fitness room where I used the treadmill. The breakfast is satisfactory and the scrambled eggs were adequately moist. Nice Place! Only drawback is that they do charge you for parking on their lot, but it is a reasonable $12 a day.
