monique (8/5): - The location is perfect for the airport and car rental companies. It's also.close to food and shopping. The rooms are spacious. The toilet was loose and rattled everytime you got up and the shower had some rusting around it, also the shower door wouldn't stay closed.

Lanae (9/5): Houston family visit - I liked the proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle/shuttle. I liked that the shuttle will take you anywhere within a mile distance from the hotel. I liked that there was a restaurant on site.The food was delicious and cooked to order.The restaurant staff and day manager Russell were very friendly and accommodating. The bottom of the bathtub didn't look clean. I was soo looking forward soaking in the tub. I used the shower instead Housekeeping doesn't clean daily.

It was impossible to stay there because they had sold all their rooms - Hilton accepted my reservation, charged me the room fee, even though they were fully booked and did not have a room to sell me, but they sold me a nonexistent room and charged me for it This Hilton hotel was fully booked did not have any rooms to sell and yet they took a reservation from me. Sold me a nonexistent room and charged me money. And then told me I would have to try to work to get the money back if I wanted to, but they could not help me at the hotel.

Only 2 complaints are you have to pay for parking as a guest (i know its because non guests would use as a free parking lot when leaving town but still). In room switches the same check in lady didn’t inform us the room was ready she just assumed we’d eventually come downstairs because she couldn’t leave her desk. She didn’t call us or send someone up to tell us our room was ready. At no point did she communicate we needed to go downstairs for our new room. And apparently there is free WiFi but you need a code that wasn’t posted anywhere in the room in the pack with room keys and you weren’t told about. And the tv WiFi was broken anyway.

Kijiana (2/5): Terrible - The shower, sheets, microwave in my room were very poor. I assumed they would have at least checked the room before someone stayed in it. Which tells me, there poor supervision and management involved. When I spoke to the manager, she not only didn’t care about the staff being unprofessional but also the cleanliness wasn’t a concern for her. The manager never bothered calling me about how they addressed the issues I had, it felt like she wanted to stand up for the staff over the customer who paid them. I would never recommend this location to anyone moving forward. Plus you could definitely tell, you’re near an airport. The head chef was extremely unprofessional and rude. The cooks also gave small portions

The windshield was in perfect condition when I parked last night. The receptionist reported that his car had been damaged in the lot a few weeks earlier. Of course, there was no video available.

Staff is pleasant and friendly enough; however, I requested replacement of the room coffee maker after my first night and although I was told it would be taken care of, it never was. The mini fridge did work well either. I stayed 5 nights. Also, it was very inconvenient that the laundry facility was out of order & the parking vendor was a complete nightmare. I rented a car that had unpaid fees and they tried to make me responsible for it, including late fees, and accused me of freezing my credit card when they clearly charged me TWICE a day for overnight parking. Hotel staff did help me navigate and communicate the issue via phone and emails for a complete refund and I think I received a small credit from Hilton as well.

tekj2016 (10/5): Great for Airport Trip! - Stayed here solo before an early flight, which was a great decision. Room was spotless and the A/C worked like a charm (important in Houston). Lobby was basic, yet chill. Great bang for the buck.

Jaime (8/5): - The property was clean and close to the things we traveled to Texas for. The girl who checked us in was not very friendly. I didn't like that I had to pay for separate parking. The parking should be included in your stay.
Kimberly (2/5): - My truck was stolen out of the parking lot. Workers could’ve cared less. Asked to see camera footage and was told it couldn’t be accessed.
