The bed linens looked used & wrinkled as if someone just woke up and straightened the covers. We were assigned a second room and it just didn’t feel right again. The pillowcase and sheets still appeared wrinkled. We were refunded our money and we left.

• brettmR7000LK (8/5): Early Check-In - Big thanks to Shoshanna for helping get early check-in ahead of a wedding! She was quick to help us out after we planned to arrive early. The facilities were clean. Very soft towels and a comfortable bed. Easy check-in with the application, too.

• Vicki (10/5): - We wanted to see the rooms before we booked as we recently had a bad experience at a different hotel and Shoshaunna was so friendly and helpful and showed us the rooms and we were very pleased with them. They were quite new. The kitchenette was super-useful and the beds and pillows were very cozy. There was very slight noise from the people walking upstairs but i couldnt hear any voices or other noise. The ac/heat was nice and quiet. The breakfast options were really nice and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms really clean and tidy. We really loved our stay here!

The staff did not see my information then I pulled up my receipt from hotels.com, then she realized she was looking at the wrong guest reservation. Then I had to call the front desk twice on the guest above my room. They sound like they were going to fall through the ceiling. Lots of loud noise and bouncing of balls. Along with running around the room.

Our room had a kitchenette which had what we needed along with a Keurig and an assortment of tea/coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the bed was way too soft for me and my wife. We only spent one night there, but don't think we could take several nights sleeping on that bed.
